Absolutely embarrassing that a hotel is functioning on top of a discoteque/night club/karaoke. The walls and floors vibrate with the music, sound and base bits from downstairs. The second floor elevator doesn’t work therefore to not have to carry further the luggage they placed all the unfortunate guests on the second floor on top of the night club. It’s central and has a great view, but are you ready to not sleep?

Мы останавились в отличном отеле Kopala. Отель идеально расположен в романтическом историческом центре, хорошее сообщение транспортом. Завтраки обильные и вкусные, обслуживание гостей идеальное, еда в ресторане превосходная, и никакие шумы с улицы не беспокоят. Персонал дружелюбный, всегда готовый помочь, всегда с улыбкой. Мы чувствовали себя в прекрасном настроении!!!!!!. Мы жили с 13 по16 июля 2023 года в номере 112 с отличном видом на город!!! Особую благодарность хочу выразить гл.менеджеру, на ресепшн работают отзывчивый персонал- Ник, Алекс, Михаилу за гостеприимство!!!!!!!! Приедем в следующий раз обязательно!!!!!!!

Отель мне понравился. Очень удачно расположен. Мы были втроем с 13-14.09 снимали 3 номера. Сами номера в таком романтическом стиле. Мне понравился персонал. Очень вежливый и тактичный. В следующий раз когда приедем в Тбилиси остановимся только в этом отеле. Галина
