Wow what can i say about this hotel? Well for the price it was excellent! Really clean room with a comfortable bed and great amenities! Vr in room too! I was really surprised at how good this place was, although the location was a slight inconvenience for me (personal reasons), i would happily stay here again and think i will. Even though i checked in after a few glasses of of wine at 3am and speaking little Chinese, the hotel staff were able to process all my details and get me in swiftly! Unfortunately i didnt manage to take any good photos of this place but after staying in kempinski for 2 days, i would choose this hotel over the kempinski

The hotel is very good, clean and hygienic! The layout is reasonable, the room facilities are fully equipped with refrigerators and washing machines, there are free three-line charging, the front desk Gao Hui service is warm and thoughtful, the surrounding facilities are very complete, there are five major halls, there is a music fountain on Saturdays and Sundays, and the Vientiane City shopping mall is very convenient for eating. There is also a room cleaned by Aunt Zhang Junling, and the hotel also has a disposable toilet cover!

從廣東來太原出差，第一次來北方城市，入住體驗真的太好了，從落地到離店的整個過程我的心情都是無比的開心，酒店安排的接送服務非常方便，對於時間緊張的我省去了我自己找交通工具的時間，一進酒店大門就被酒店的裝修驚艷到了，工作人員服務也非常的好，我帶的行李比較多，工作人員主動幫我把行李拿到房間裏，真的讓我輕鬆了很多，酒店也提供了早餐服務，在就餐過程中服務員還擔心怕我不合胃口專門給我做了一份甜食，真的有被暖到，早餐的種類也很多是自助的方式，房間佈局也乾淨整潔，頭一次在外邊住讓我有了一種家的感覺，也可能是服務態度周到，工作忙完想的在周邊轉轉，酒店也很貼心的給我推薦遊玩吃喝，這種感覺真的非常舒服，一分價錢一分貨，以後出差還會選這裏，必須給酒店一個五星好評
