"This stay exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I stepped into the hotel lobby, I felt the meticulous attention to detail. The front desk handled check-in efficiently and professionally, and they even kindly upgraded my room. The room was spacious and bright, the bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The bathroom had a separate shower and bath, plenty of hot water, and the toiletries were of good quality. I especially want to praise the breakfast at the restaurant – there was a wide variety of Chinese and Western options, and the ingredients were fresh. They even gave me a small gift when checking out, which was a lovely touch. Excellent value for money, highly recommended!"

"The hotel service was absolutely top-notch! Before our arrival, they called to check on our booking, and upon hearing we had children and seniors, they kindly upgraded our room for free. They also sent us important notes and details about our benefits. They even helped us store refrigerated items for free – we had so many chilled and frozen things, it was almost embarrassing! 😂 The staff also assisted us with our luggage, which was a great help. The location couldn't be better. St. Sophia Cathedral and the Red Brick Morning Market are just a 10-minute walk away. There are only four parking spots, so I was lucky to snag one. Plus, there are free hot and cold drinks and snacks! Plenty of restaurants and supermarkets are nearby. The room was a bit on the small side, but given the excellent location, it was bearable. The in-ceiling Bluetooth speaker was a bit of a bug though; it started playing a ”cat and mouse” sound while we were trying to sleep. After calling the front desk, a staff member came to fix it very quickly. Overall, it was a good stay, mainly because the service attitude was fantastic. Highly commendable!!"

"Let's start with the pros: The hotel is right next to Sophia Square, and booking a superior city-view twin room offers a fantastic view of Saint Sophia Cathedral, especially beautiful at sunset! It's perfect for a family of three, as the hotel sets up the sofa bed in advance, and the two single beds can be pushed together to form a huge king-size bed. The room is very spacious, making it comfortable for three people. The Central Street is within walking distance from the hotel, and the Daoli Vegetable Market is directly opposite. It's also quite close to Metro Line 2, making transportation convenient. The front desk staff proactively adds guests on WeChat, so you can easily contact them with any questions, which is very handy. For a four-star hotel, the breakfast is quite extensive compared to others in its class, featuring sticky bean buns, Northeastern-style dipping vegetables, a rich variety of fruits, and even Mengniu boxed yogurt – excellent value for money. The hotel's complimentary afternoon tea with pastries, fruit, drinks, and coffee is a nice touch for a relaxing break after a day out. The 24-hour gym and self-service laundry room are very convenient; the laundry facilities are excellent, with washing and drying done in an hour, and you can even get phone reminders to collect your clothes. Now for the cons: The bathroom lacks a non-slip mat and shower slippers. Despite being quite large, there are no hooks for clothes or a drying line, and no trash can under the sink, which makes disposing of trash inconvenient. The only trash can in the entire room is under the desk by the window, which is very impractical. In terms of service, the facial tissues in the bathroom ran out after just one use upon check-in, indicating they weren't fully stocked beforehand. When I asked for a refill, I only received two rolls of toilet paper. Moreover, upon opening the tissue box, I found it to be very dirty, clearly not having been cleaned, and there was dust on the mirror, suggesting many overlooked hygiene spots. Also, there's no full-length mirror near the entrance, making it inconvenient to check my outfit before leaving each day. The biggest issue is that there are only two elevators, leading to excessively long wait times! Overall, it's still quite good, so I'd give it a 4.5 rating."

"The newly opened hotel is good, the lobby coffee drink is free to drink, and the service attitude is particularly good. I went out to play with the clothes during the day and got wet. I didn’t have time to wash the clothes. I told the front desk and then helped me wash them. We asked for a lot of ice at night. The waiter sent it several times. The service is full 💯 His breakfast tastes very good. I forgot to take pictures in the morning. We stayed for a few nights and gave a small gift when we left. Next time I come to Wuchang, I will choose this one and I have not run. There is also a night view. Awesome 👍"

"The hotel's location is fantastic. It's right next to a shopping mall and Central Street, and the soundproofing on the windows is excellent, so it's not noisy at all. The whole room is smart; if you need anything, you just tell 'Xiao Du' (the smart speaker) to contact the front desk, and a robot delivers it. Their prompt response is a big plus! 👍 In the morning, it's just a few hundred meters to Hongzhuan Morning Market, and if you're hungry at night, there's an iron pot stew and BBQ skewers right outside, so you don't have to worry about what to eat."

"The hotel's location is pretty good, about a 15-minute walk from Central Street. The room was clean and quite spacious. The front desk staff were welcoming and provided attentive service. The lobby even offered complimentary iced hawthorn tea daily, which was a refreshing treat after a day of sightseeing. The buffet breakfast was also good, with a decent variety and tasty options. My only suggestion would be to offer one or two fresh fruits every day. We had breakfast twice; there was watermelon on the first day, but no fresh fruit on the second. Overall, it was a great stay, and I would definitely choose this hotel again when I return to Harbin."
