Clean and big room. Daily cleaning and service recovery can be improved. Our toilet was clogged up and couldn't be used to shower because daily cleaning did not remove the hair. However hotel couldn't resolve the problem immediately at night as they didn't have engineering dept at work. There was also no service recovery for this incident.

We booked the city view room, but honestly, the view was a bit disappointing. Maybe it's because we were only on the 2nd floor. But otherwise everything else was fine and the staff were really helpful.
Breakfast was packed with a variety of food, none suited my taste but that's more of a me problem. Definitely recommend going a bit early as it tends to get more crowded later on for breakfast.

Great customer service with staff who were patient to explain and helpful in making our breakfast order. Breakfast was fine for us Asians. Safe & bustling area. The only complaint was the design of the bathroom. The shower door was not effective in keeping water out despite our attempts & the 'shower curtains' cover the full windows facing outside was a bit disconcerting. Other than this, we have a pleasant stay.
Novelty: Check out the very small but cute toilet same floor as lobby.

It is located in a non commercial location which does not have a lot of night activity around. Breakfast has limited choices, also it states breakfasts ends at 10, but they stop replenishing food when we got there at 9AM. They did minimum on cleaning, the couch has a big stain and also if you check the floor under the couch and bed, you will see dust. There was not a lot of interaction between front desk and customers.

There are two buildings and the one on Google is the one for more than one person's rooms. I wish it was an information I got before arriving so I didn't have to walk around, even though both are really close by. The other building only has a Chinese name on Google map - 西門星辰精典大飯店.
Apart from that, my stay was very good! Room is nice, I didn't use the TV so I don't know about its quality. Aircon works wonder and the shower's pressure is top tier ! 🤣 We also got free hot drinks and I do love my hot chocolate from time to time. 😌
Window is useless though, it feels like you don't have one.
Location is perfect. Not too far from the subway and some bus stops.

Room was clean and spacious. Excellent location almost opposite Taipei 101. Service was good and the breakfast buffet was extensive and delicious. Bed was comfy and nothing went bump in the middle of the night!
Just Palace, with its exquisite design, invites travelers to step into a corridor of infinite imagination, inspired by "Alice in Wonderland" and "The Travels of Marco Polo." Combining European light classical and modern fashion visual styles, we pursue various tastes in an elegant lifestyle. In this boundless dreamland, we offer services that exceed both "value" and "quality"!
The guest rooms feature two different themed murals above the beds. One mural showcases a whale gracefully swimming in the vast, free ocean, embodying the concept of limitless imagination during travel. The other mural, inspired by medieval artwork, presents the picturesque scenery of a European estate. Staying at the Triumph Hotel is like embarking on a journey of exploration, just like Marco Polo. It stands as the most beautiful boutique business hotel under the Caesar Hotels chain!

I have been a frequent visitor to this hotel for many years. I feel that the attitude of the service staff is not as friendly as before and it is too commercial. The corridor on the 3rd floor is filled with fresh sheets and the equipment is also old. .

EEricaDear Doubletree by Hilton Taipei,
I would like to offer my compliments to your dedicated team for our very enjoyable stay in your hotel from 3-7 June 2024.
We stayed in rooms 1203 and 1205 and the reservation was made under Ms Erica Tan.
I had stayed in some 5 star hotels such as Shang Ri La Singapore, Westin Singapore, Ritz Carlton Singapore, Kempinski Xiamen to name a few but my stay in Doubletree by Hilton Taipei was one of the most comfortable and pleasant.
The check in by the warm and friendly reception staff was efficient and smooth.
When my daughter accidentally dropped one of the delicious welcome Hilton cookies on the floor, the reception staff quickly replaced it with a warm smile.
When my daughter teared after knowing that there isn’t a swimming pool in the premise, your reception staff, Tina, immediately walked up to us with a map and suggested that we can go to a nearby swimming pool facilities.
Tina also gave us some excellent food suggestions. We had a very satisfying and affordable meal at the Michelin recommended Ji Jia Zhuan ( 鸡家庄), thanks to her recommendation :)
Whenever we return to the hotel from a day of sightseeing, the reception team on duty never failed to greet us in a warm and friendly manner. We felt genuinely welcomed:)
The modern Japandi style rooms and bathrooms are kept in an excellent condition and feel brand new. We especially like how bright, airy and spacious the rooms are.
Kudos to the housekeepers ( Ms Cai Xiu Hui 蔡秀慧阿姨) on level 12 who kept our rooms 1203 and 1205 so clean and comfortable. They always chat amicably with us and confirmed with us if we need any housekeeping service.
The TV entertainment system with its 47 channels ( including TLC, Discovery) , Netflix, YouTube and IQiYi really impressed us.
The semi buffet style daily breakfast sets
( Chinese, Japanese and Western) are healthy and delish and we really looked forward to breakfast every morning.
We hope that Chinese baos (包子)and dim sum pastry such as you tiao ( 油条、蛋饼)can also be offered in future when we next pay a visit to your hotel :)
We would also like to thank your reception staff and housekeepers who helped my mom who stayed in room 1205 on 6 June when the toilet encountered some flushing issues.
My mom had approached the reception staff at around 4 pm on 6 June and the very helpful male reception staff accompanied her to her room and helped remediate the problem along with the housekeeper. She was very impressed by how efficient and friendly your staff were.
All in all, your team has done a great job in our stay. Their service attitude are genuine and warm :) My daughter enjoyed her stay so
much that she kept remarking she would like to extend our stay to 2 more weeks:)
We hope you will pass on the compliments to your team and the staff we named, as a gesture of our appreciation.
AAlvin CharlesGreat Hotel in Xinyi Area, everything is good, but for my personal taste, the hotel is a bit too bright and like discotique theme, which i’m not into.. location is great, quality of amenities also very good.
MMoGorGorThe hotel is conveniently located near Taipei Station and popular places such as Ximending. As we go to Hualien and Taichung during our visit, location is very important to us. The hotel is also featured with exceptional sauna and hotbath facility and gym and nice Michelin star Chinese restaurant.
PPioneer34591270501It is the first time we are staying at CityInn Hotel Taipei Station Branch II and it is conveniently located nearby the Taipei Main Station and Bus Station. On the first day when check in, we receive warm and genuine greetings from the service staff stationed at the reception counter. My friends and I were impressed by the excellent service provided by the staff (led by Lilian and her team mates Nancy and Aria) who provided as a insightful introduction to the premises and amenities available in the hotel. They helped to look after our luggage before the check in timing at 3pm and recommended us to some of the popular food spots around the vicinity. Afterwhich, we collected the room cards from them timely at check in counter without any delay. The room was sparkling clean and room amenities were all avaliable for us. There were also a self service pantry area where you can choose your drinks (coffee or tea and water dispenser) and light snacks such as biscuits and bowl noodles (after 10pm) were provided free of charge. Kitchen utensils as well as Freezer, Microwave and Oven were also made available for in house guest to use 24/7. We were also delighted to know that there is a on-site laundry room where we can wash our laundry which is especially user friendly and helpful as we were on a long trip with soiled clothings. They even provided both the washing machines and dryers as well as the detergent powder. It was so convenient and homely for our 3 days 2 nights at the hotel. Special shout out to Debby (night shift staff) who advised us on the aircon issue we had on first night on how to adjust the right temperature and also Aria assisting us with getting the engineering team to fix the air con on the next morning. Debby thank you for also doing the night shift and maintaining the cleanliness of the pantry in the morning. Lastly, we will like to thank the service team for their excellent service and great hospitality. We are deeply touched by the genuine service and surprise little gift for our friend's birthday. (Thank you Lilian and Kenny and team) Keep up the great work and stay passionate in what you do.
GGuest UserStaff is excellent. Friendly and most helpful, from the reception to cleaning staff. Location is mist convenient, walking distance to Beimen and Taipei Main stations. Direct bus to Jiufen and National Palace Museum outside of Beimen Station. Thought the hotel writeup said no toothbrush, but the room has. The only minus is that I could hear traffic noise and it did keep awake. I didn't hear neighbours, though.
RRod SoLocation is good though not very near MRT station. There is complimentary fitness which hotel collaborated with a fitness center company, music is too loud which made the experience not good. Stayed here due to an exhibit in Nangang Exhibition Center.
LLondonEdThe Fullerton gets a bad wrap on a lot of these reviews. It's both good and bad. I'm a frequent business traveller to Taiwan and have stayed in probably 30 different hotels so I speak with some experience. The Fullerton has a lovely downstairs area with free coffee - proper coffee from a proper machine which is even better than the coffee at breakfast. This is great. As a business traveller, it also gives me a nice relaxing place to work, and I don't need to walk around to find a coffee shop / bring coffee back. Staff are also very polite. The hotel, like many in Taipei is outdated and a bit old - but most here are like that sadly from my experience. My room was a bit dark and smelled a bit musty - but was generally very clean. The window glass had some crap between the layers though and I'd prefer a window I can open even if just a little. Bathroom was very clean as was the bed - which, let's face it, is the most essential. After travelling south for a night, I came back to Taipei and then booked the Miramar Garden hotel for the same price. This hotel is 10x better for the price range. I have an elite business room on a top floor and free hotel lounge access with free coffee, beer, drinks, snacks, along with other facilities like the pool. For the price range, it is far better value for money. Fullerton isn't terrible though.
SSharmaine Arby IliganThe hotel is very clean and the room that we booked for a couple of days was awesome. Staffs were kind and can speak english. They were very helpful and they won't let you wait longer when you arrive at the hotel. Their service was great. Complete toiletries, beautiful room. The bathroom is so spacious with hot and cold shower. There's a glass division, where the shower area is separated to the toilet area. Nice 🛁 and very comfortable. Our bed was so comfy and perfect for a rest after a long day of sightseeing and walking around taipei area. We had a wonderful experience in beauty hotel and definitely will come back again. By the way, the hotel has a nice small lounge and a section where you can make a coffee for free. Plus they also has a water refilling station so you don'tneed to buy water from outside. The location of the hotel is also perfect because it is near to Jiantan train station and surrounded with lots of restaurants, bakery, coffee and tea shop and 7 eleven.
BBig BeckerI’ve stayed a lot of places in this has by far been my worst experience in years. I think as far as the location and amenities and the cleanliness everything is fine. But I tried to cancel my booking they refuse because somebody is snoring so loudly I can’t sleep from 2 AM to 7 AM. It’s impossible for me to sleep. so then I finally get a few hours of sleep I’m awake and I am packing my stuff getting ready to leave and they promptly come right at 12 o’clock as I’m already leaving, the system they have in the checkout has them want to charge me. The front desk was pretty rude to me as I was leaving I told them this isn’t fair. Also, as I was leaving, there was a European guy there was working for the place. He was doing his daily activities and I was offering to clean the bathroom by taking out the trash that was overflowing and he freaked out at me and told me to put it back. let’s just say it was a horrible night and even worse but luckily the dumplings that were right outside put me in a better mood. I wasn’t going to leave a review, but I noticed that the Fun Inn (that was nothing but fine. I asked a few people if they were busy they were just sitting around on their phones and they all said they were) had already sent Trip.com a message that I had checked out a couple minutes late. Well, I just wanna let everybody know that this could stay anywhere else other than that place.
