Awarded two MICHELIN Keys, Grand Lisboa Palace Macau offers a stunning tribute to Macau's rich cultural heritage and vibrant traditions, paired with Forbes Travel Guide elegance and sumptuous comfort. From its modern, Chinoiserie-inspired interiors to bespoke art pieces created by famous local artists, the hotel tower showcases the exotic grandeur of East-meets-West, presented in elegant and exquisite detail. The hotel tower's 1350 guestrooms offer opulent relaxation with a breath-taking view of Cotai or the resort's Jardim Secreto. The spacious rooms and suites range from 60 to 300 square metres, with luxurious in-room amenities and attentive service that elevate the Lisboa standard to a new level of excellence.

"The guest rooms are spacious and airy, providing a comfortable stay. The hotel is ideally located in the city center with excellent transport links; there are plenty of taxis, but be mindful of the pick-up spots. It's incredibly convenient for getting around, making travel very efficient, and there are beautiful views to enjoy during evening strolls nearby. Special thanks to the Trip.com concierge for their care. Although I couldn't get a high-floor room (I was hoping for something quieter), which was a bit of a shame, this will still be my first choice for my next stay!"

"Had an incredibly rejuvenating trip to Macau staying at The Londoner Macao. The hotel's design is exquisite and grand, with complete facilities, and it's located right above a shopping complex – the location is simply unbeatable. She proactively shared local tips for exploring. Michelle was attentive throughout our stay, responding to our needs promptly and gently. Staying in Morpheus has been a gorgeous experience for both my friend and me. Both its architecture and service are top-notch! We arrived at 12 noon aiming to simply drop.off the luggage to wait for checking into.the room at 3 pm. The receptionist kindly advised us that the room will be available at around 1:30 pm. Then, he personally took us to the room and patiently explained to us all the advanced operating tech in it. The ambience and the facilities in the room are unforgettable! This is one of the best value for money hotel-stay I have come across so far! Thank you for booking this nice hotel for us and look forward to my next visit there! M. Chan

I've always wanted to stay at Hotel Okura, but it's so hard to get a reservation. I finally managed to book a two-night, three-day stay last week, and I was so impressed by the meticulous and thoughtful service. I have to give it a big thumbs up: 1. Before checking in, I emailed the hotel to let them know it was my husband's birthday in June and asked for some birthday decorations. They replied quickly, and to my surprise, they even sent a delicious matcha cake! [Strong] 2. The hotel lobby is open and airy with a simple, understated design. The bamboo garden courtyard is serene and luxurious, creating a wonderful ambiance. The front desk staff are all attractive and friendly. When we checked in, Johnny thoughtfully extended our check-out time to 1 PM. When we checked out, Alsen proactively asked about our stay and even gave us a hotel fridge magnet. The service from both gentlemen was truly exceptional. 3. The guest room layout is well-designed, comfortable, and practical. The Japanese design details are perfectly executed. The tea set is very practical, and there were also candies and fruit, with complimentary beverages. The housekeeping staff did a fantastic job cleaning and thoughtfully organized all my jewelry and cosmetics. It's been years since I've seen such a comprehensive turndown service – water, slippers, and a bathmat were all meticulously placed, and they even provided a sleep spray and paper cranes. Coming back to a tidy room every day after enjoying the Grand Resort Deck was incredibly comforting. 4. I've already decided to bring my mom to Hotel Okura next time, and I hope it will be easier to book then. I do wish the trash can in the bathroom was a bit bigger. All in all, my stay at Hotel Okura was very pleasant and excellent.

Every year, I choose Galaxy Resort to celebrate my mother's birthday. Since it's summer, we can go to Grand Resort Deck to play in the water, and it's a one-stop shop for dining and watching movies. If you want to go from the hotel to the resort's mall, you can take a shuttle bus or walk to the JW Hotel. It's actually just across the road. On the day of check-in, I'm very grateful for the arrangements made by Yannie and Fung at the front desk. Both receptionists were polite, friendly, and very thoughtful. It was extremely busy that day due to a concert, and it was rare to see them maintain such professionalism. Their service attitude was excellent, and they provided us with a wonderful stay.

Booked this hotel nearby for my sister's TF Sports Meet! Everything exceeded our expectations in the best way possible! From check-in, we were already so impressed with the hotel's service. The bed was incredibly comfortable – a real lifesaver for someone like me who struggles with severe insomnia! I was drifting off to sleep within half an hour. Housekeeping was also impeccable, and breakfast was delicious! It was an amazing experience, and this will definitely be our top choice for our next trip to Macau!

My stay at The Parisian Macao L'Occitane themed hotel was fantastic! The vintage Portuguese ambiance was captivating, and the public areas were exquisitely designed, perfect for photos at every turn. The room was clean, tidy, and spacious, with comfortable bedding and complete amenities. The hotel has an integrated shopping street and multiple restaurants, making it very convenient. It's only a few minutes by taxi to The Venetian Macao's Cotai Arena. The staff were polite and efficient during check-in. Its proximity to the Hengqin Port makes it super convenient for returning after a concert. The only minor drawback is that the shops in the mall close quite early. Overall, the value for money is excellent, and it's a great choice for catching a show in Macau. I'd definitely consider staying here again.

This hotel stands out a bit in Taipa, located away from the main luxury hotel zone (though it's not really that far, given how small Macau is; a taxi from central Taipa is only about 50 MOP). It's nestled by the mountains and the sea, making it quite peaceful, right next to Hac Sa Beach. The decent-sized outdoor pool is definitely a highlight. However, it's an older property, so the facilities and decor have a 90s vibe and are quite dated, which explains why the price is lower compared to hotels in central Taipa. On the plus side, the rooms are spacious, and the shower has great water pressure, making for a comfortable experience.

Lisboeta Macau The hotel located near the east asian games dome which is our destination during our Macau trip, and the hotel also just next to a shopping mall and near Grand Lisboa Palace Casino and also close with the Macau Airport. If you want to use the LRT you'll need to walk a little bit and the LRT will take you to other attraction places. There's also a lot of shuttle here to other destination you'll just check the schedule with the security or hotel staff. It's not difficult to find something to eat and there is convenience stores nearby open until midnight. The breakfast also nice with plenty of dishes served in the morning. The service is fast during check in, they opened several check in counter to accomodate us, the luggage storage and concierge serve us very well, their english also very good. The room is large and nice, with large bathroom, nice view from the window especially at night with the sparkling city view, there's vending machine in the alleys so we can purchase drinks and free ice machine.

The hotel is within walking distance of the Macau Outer Harbour Ferry Terminal, which takes around 15–20 minutes even with luggage. There’s also a nearby public bus stop that provides convenient access to the Cotai area. The housekeeping staff were friendly as well. Overall, the stay was good, although the design feels a bit old-school. The in-house casino has also ceased operations since November 2025.

Folks, let me tell you, for being in the city center, this is a pretty charming, decent, almost retro hotel. The staff are very pleasant and always smiling. There are tons of shops and restaurants around. Exchange offices are just 2 minutes away. If you see a more or less reasonable price around 500, it's better to book the hotel in advance if you need it for several days or a week, as the price changes daily from 500 to 900 closer to the weekends. Reading reviews of other hotels in the area that are cheaper, there have been cases of personal belongings and money being stolen from rooms. In any case, always be careful. It's better to overpay a hundred or two dollars for a few days than to lose half your cash and deal with the police. I'm sure it's safe here. For those who need it, there's a bathtub where you can relax. Overall, it's good, I like it here!!!🫶🧘🏻‍♂️💁‍♂️🍀

Stayed 4 nights here. Simple and clean classic rooms. Beds and bathrooms are ok. Location is directly opposite the Galaxy via covered overhead bridge. Stay here if you prefer a quieter and peaceful place. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is very simple, able to fill up my stomach. There are two convenience stores beside the hotel. Walking distance to Broadway Food Street. I crossed over the bridge to Galaxy Diamond Lobby, took their free shuttle service to HZMB port to transfer to Hong Kong.
