The property was extremely dirty, outdated and need some very urgent maintenance. The verandah door Didn’t lock and the overall unit required a really good clean.
The unit was terrible and the bathroom was mouldy and the unit needed a through clean

Clean staff were very accommodating. Though was a little disappointed that we had to clean mop and vacuum before we left. Not cheap However it was hard to get accommodation at this time of the year.

Although the apartment was nice and looked to be clean at outset, there were cockroaches, I even had them crawl on me in bed, I did report it, the next day and was told someone would come up the next day and spray our room, not sure why it could not be done straight away. Also the handbasin had not been cleaned and the laundry tub was full of sand, which made me wonder what else was not cleaned properly. And there is no aircon in the bedrooms, only the living areas. And just be aware if you are on the top floor there is only stairs so that’s 3 flights of stairs if you have a lot of luggage
