"This is one of those hotels you just want to return to. Over six days, we never once felt like we were missing anything. On the contrary, every day we discovered something new, and we really didn't want to leave. The most striking impression was the level of service. They truly surround you with care from the moment you check in until you check out. It was incredibly convenient that we could communicate with staff via WhatsApp: we ordered room service, used the laundry, booked activities, and any question was resolved quickly. The Kids Club deserves a special mention. We loved the eco-friendly approach: the hotel has its own garden where children can walk around, plant and care for plants, make crafts from natural materials, and participate in various creative activities. The club itself is very clean, well-equipped, and the educators are incredibly kind and attentive. Besides that, there’s a real, small mini-zoo on the premises. Every day we went to see the animals: there are deer, goats, rabbits, birds, an otter, and other inhabitants. The deer impressed the children the most. You can also go fishing. The hotel grounds are incredibly beautiful. The pool with a jungle view is one of the most memorable spots, where we wanted to spend time every day. The food also left an excellent impression. Breakfasts were very diverse. A personal discovery for me was the coconut vegan yogurts – so delicious that I ate them every morning. And when we left in the middle of the night to catch the sunrise at Mount Batur, they thoughtfully prepared breakfast for us to take with us. Over the six days, we still didn't manage to try everything the hotel has to offer. There are so many activities for adults and children that you could easily spend your entire vacation here without hardly leaving the property. The only thing to consider is that the hotel is located not in the center of Ubud, but closer to Kintamani. For us, this was actually an advantage – it's quiet all around, with fresh air and a feeling of complete unity with nature. There's a free shuttle several times a day to the center, so getting there isn't difficult. Due to its elevated location, it's cooler here in the mornings and evenings than in Ubud itself, so I recommend bringing a light sweater."

"This hotel is very beautiful. Hidden in the tropical rainforest surrounded by rice paddies. It’s a little bit further out from central Ubud but I rented a motorbike and parked i at the hotel. The bath was great. The pool and restaurant was fantastic. The onsite Indian restaurant was phenomenal."

During our stay, there were some unfortunate incidents: cigarette smoke entered our room, and a hair was found in the food at breakfast. However, in both cases, the staff responded very promptly and with genuine care. "Right by the Ayung River, the scenery is absolutely unbeatable. I honestly think the natural beauty here surpasses even places like Mandapa and Como, which are also on the river, where I've stayed before. The hotel has its own waterfall, a royal temple, and a holy spring. Most of the guests seem to be from India and the Middle East. The hotel has been operated by royal descendants for generations. While it might be a bit older, it's well-maintained, and the service is excellent. The only minor downside is that the food isn't really suited for Chinese palates, but that's not a big deal if you're only staying for two or three nights. As I was leaving, they even asked me to promote the hotel in China!"

I don’t know it because I was in the pool and just forgot to hang a do not disturb sign in the entrance door. It’s because I communicated with that worker. The worker didn‘t know English. He wanted to use a telephone translator to communicate with me. I was just asking him a very simple question, that is, when can I fill up the pool of water? He didn’t seem to understand. I think that since a guest has called three times, he should actually send a staff member. In the end, I saw that the water in the pool was slowly pouring back, but if it was really to the extent of Infinity Pool, I remember that it was after sunset. This is a beautiful thing. Facilities: What surprised me about the facilities is that it has a 24-hour fitness room and a treasure drink. In addition, it has a beach chair with sun umbrellas and a view of the sea by the pool. I appreciate it very much. As for the Spa, I think the price is too expensive. It‘s 10 times different from the price of going out on the street. Food: In terms of food, I really appreciate the different styles of breakfast. Although it is a buffet, every detail will change. One of the selling point of his breakfast that I like is that the color is very colorful. It is really first-class. The nutritional value of the food is very high. It is definitely not an ordinary buffet. There are some cereals, such as oats, dairy, soy milk, and some vegetarians’ favorite sweet potatoes, red bean buns, etc. As for the seaside restaurant, I also tried their pizza and buried beef fillet. The level is qualified. As for the food in the restaurant, I think it‘s full enough. There are also snacks on the first plate, which makes me very surprised. Surprised 酒店服務：基本上非常之貼身無論喺用餐嘅過程喺出入reception職員都會問候你，不過有啲突然係佢會喺清潔房間嘅時候行入你間房而我係唔知道嘅因為我喺出邊泳池只係我忘記掛一個請勿打擾的牌，然後職員會定期打電話給你例如係知道你第二日要退房會問你聽日有啲乜嘢安排？即係交通上嗰啲同埋知道你book咗Spa佢又會打電話嚟提你，但係有樣美中不足就係第二日我個泳池啲水冇咗一半，我唔知點解我就叫職員搵人處理，然後我仲打咗總共三次電話先見到有工人喺度觀察我嘅水池而我好驚訝，佢哋竟然冇派到職員即係前台嘅服務生過嚟同我解釋仲要我係打咗三次電話而我嗰三次電話係總共係喺半個鐘頭至九個字之內打嘅自問都唔係比一個好唔合理嘅時間佢哋處理件事，雖然冇池水呢件事喺我租呢一間房間裏便其實都算係一個幾嚴重嘅問題我話驚訝點解佢哋唔派服務生過嚟？係因為我同嗰個工人溝通嗰個工人原來係唔識英文佢要用電話嘅翻譯器去同我溝通我只不過係問佢好簡單嘅問題就係幾時先可以斟返滿啲池水佢都似乎聽唔明我認為既然個客人已經打咗前後三次電話嚟佢其實應該要派個職員過嚟了解一下件事最後我見到啲池水係慢慢斟滿返，但係要真係針到Infinity Pool嘅程度我記得係日落之後嘅事啦呢件算係美中不足嘅一件事。 設施：設施方面令我驚訝就係佢有廿四小時嘅健身室同埋裏面有寶礦力飲另外就係佢有有太陽傘嘅沙灘椅喺池邊仲可以望住過海呢樣嘢我係非常之欣賞至於Spa我就覺得價錢太過貴啦，根本係同出去大街嘅價錢相差10倍 食物：食物方面我非常欣賞佢早餐會轉唔同嘅款式雖然都係自助餐但係佢每個細節都會有變化而佢嘅早餐有個我好鍾意嘅賣點就係個顏色係非常之色彩繽紛用嚟影相打卡真係一流同埋啲食物個營養價值好高，絕對唔係一般嘅自助餐佢係有一啲穀物啦燕麥啦奶類亦都有豆奶啦，亦都有啲素食人士鍾意嘅番薯呀紅豆包啊等等至於海邊餐廳我亦試咗佢哋嘅pizza同埋牛柳水準係合格的至於餐廳嘅食物我認為係夠飽肚的亦都有附送頭盤小食一點令我非常驚訝"

"The villa with a private pool provided a great sense of privacy, allowing us to relax completely! Breakfast is served at an outdoor dining table by the pool! They also offered a floating service! The refrigerator and sink are also located outside. There were ants in the pool, but surprisingly, there weren't that many insects. I'm quite afraid of bugs, so I was worried about that...! Behind the pool, behind a mesh-like design, is the indoor toilet, shower, and bathtub. The mesh section is open to the outside through a void, haha. But strangely, no insects got in at all! A couple of small flying insects came in, but overall, insects weren't a problem! The staff were all very kind and helpful despite our broken English, which we greatly appreciated!"

"This is a rather niche resort with a strong Balinese vibe. It features a wooden lobby and restaurant, rice paddy views, and a black sand beach. The walk to the room is quite enjoyable, through a long corridor flanked by rice fields. 😎 **Facilities:** Built primarily with wood, the resort has been open for a while and shows some signs of age, but it's very well-maintained and comfortable. Our room had an ocean view, and the pool is huge. Falling asleep to the sound of the waves at night was incredibly relaxing! However, if you're a light sleeper, avoid booking rooms in the first row as the waves can be quite loud and might disturb your sleep. **Hygiene:** The cleaning was quite thorough; I didn't encounter any insects. Geckos are certainly around, but not in the room. I did see a lizard sunbathing leisurely in the rice paddies on the way to the restaurant. **Environment:** The overall environment is comfortable. The rice paddies are great for photos, and the communal pool is enormous – though it gets incredibly sunny, haha. There isn't much else around, making it perfect for couples or friends who just want to relax at the hotel. It's also not far from the Bali Safari and Marine Park, which is worth a visit. **Service:** The service was quite good; staff pretty much recognized you after a second encounter. However, breaking a teacup cost me 2.4 million Indonesian Rupiah (excluding tax), which I thought was quite expensive for a regular ceramic cup. But, you have to accept the hotel's pricing for breakages! Overall, it's suitable for a relaxing 2-3 day getaway. The restaurant food is decent, and I found the taste to be better than at other hotels, with a good variety of dishes. Three days was just enough to try most of them."

"Great breakfast, lots of meat, fish, fruit. Spacious rooms, quiet and calm, the pool is shallow and small. There is no gym for weight lifting, it closes early at 9 p.m. The hotel doesn't have its own loungers on the beach, and you can't rent them, like in Kuta for 1 dollar per hour, in a beach club for 30 dollars, which you can spend on food, but there's no point, there's nothing to do more than an hour on the sea: dirty, cool in August and it's poured."
