"Family, you absolutely must stay at this mountain hotel when you come to Luoping!
I was pleasantly surprised as soon as I entered the room. It was incredibly spacious, unlike the cramped feeling of other hotels. The room was spotless, the bed was tidy, and the bathroom had no unpleasant odors. The building's unique design, with its irregular shape blending perfectly with nature, and many clever design elements, like a clothes rack made of tree branches and a washbasin made of stone, were particularly creative.
I was also very reassured by the cleanliness of the food. The ingredients were fresh, and the cooking methods were healthy, making every bite a satisfying and reassuring experience. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, always ready to help from check-in to check-out. There's a large parking lot right outside the hotel, making parking super convenient, especially if you're driving. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Luoping!"

"I seldom write reviews, but this hotel is a good place to stay. It is close to the center of the county, but not noisy. The hotel has many parking spaces. We arrived late and parking was convenient. We had a lot of luggage. The front desk staff ran out to help with the luggage. Later, we took the clothes to the first floor to wash. The front desk staff said that they could help dry them at night. The next day, they were folded and packed. The service was very good. "The room was clean and tidy. There was a large terrace outside where you could sit and enjoy the scenery. There was also a small swimming pool which was unfortunately not open. The room has a smart toilet and electric curtains, and the bath water is large and hot. Four people checked in and added mineral water and breakfast without charging any money. The staff was warm and thoughtful, very good!"

I turned around and didn't receive a call for a while. I waited on the side of the road for half an hour and was really anxious. I didn't respond until I called Ctrip's complaint call.
