"This is my go-to hotel for business trips to Bangkok! I found out it's a local Bangkok brand, and the hotel ambiance is bright, clean, and comfortable. The room comes with complimentary drinks and snacks, and they even restock them after you finish. My absolute favorite is the breakfast; the variety is incredible, with Western, Chinese, Thai, and Japanese options. I always end up eating too much! This time, they even added a self-serve ice cream cone machine. I heard the pool is great too, but unfortunately, I didn't have time to try it due to my tight business schedule. It's about a 1km, 15-minute walk from the tram, but the hotel offers a free tuk-tuk shuttle, which is quite convenient. Overall, it's a great place, not just for business travelers, but also perfect for families on vacation."

"This was my second stay at Twin Towers Hotel in Bangkok, and I was just as impressed as the first time. The hotel is large, well-maintained, and very clean, providing a comfortable and pleasant environment throughout my stay. Overall, Twin Towers Hotel offers great value for money, a convenient location, excellent facilities, and outstanding service. "I have to say, this hotel was really great, and the price-performance ratio was excellent 😊 Although there's some construction going on in the area right now, making transportation a bit inconvenient, the location is king 😎 The best part is that hotels usually charge guests a deposit (either cash or credit card, which is refunded upon check-out). But what surprised me was that they only recorded your credit card payment and didn't charge you anything, so we didn't have to worry about any follow-up on refunds 👍 This is so awesome 👏 I was originally planning to pay cash (6000 🐷) 🥲 and thought, ”Another 6000 less for shopping!” 😅 Now I'm so happy 🥳 Okay, next, let me introduce this hotel 🏨 First: 1) The hotel is above a shopping mall ☝️ (You need to take the elevator from the 1st floor to the hotel lobby on the 7th floor) 2) Hotel lobby There's a massage shop right next door. I initially thought those in hotels would be expensive 😅, but the prices were about the same as outside, so convenient! 👍 (If you don't mind what others think, you can even go for a massage in your pajamas, since the massage shop is right outside the elevator.) 3) Next, there's McDonald's and Starbucks downstairs, selling snacks 😃😃, which is a big plus 😜 4) Pratunam Mall, December, Central World, 7-Eleven, morning/night market, and the famous pork leg rice are all just a few minutes' walk away 👍 So convenient! Finally, the hotel room is spacious and the soundproofing is excellent 👏 You can't hear any road construction noise outside at all 👍 A little anecdote (from my daughter comment): ”Mom, this mini-fridge is really cold!” 😂 (Because I always complain that the hotel fridge isn't cold, hahaha) 😄 This little girl really knows her mom so well 😅"

"Very good location; exactly connect to the Sky train station, Cool Ac, Warm water works well, Big room, I got the room 911, where is quite floor and zone. Service is excellent. Sadly I don't have time to try breakfast, but looks really good. Anyway, I probably will come back and this hotel will be my first choice!"

"The personnel are very friendly and helpful, especially the front desk, Sara and daisy, they help to explain on the hotel facilities, place of interest etc. The location is excellent which is near to the shopping mall, food, big C, centre world etc. Will book again if coming back to Bangkok."

"One of the reception (LGBT) has a very bad service mind. Seems like did not want to serve at all. Not once, but every time I interact with. Needs to be improved. However, the doorman who helps carry the luggage (tall and skinny guy) has a vey good service mind."

"The hotel is conveniently located about a 30-minute drive from Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport. However, its proximity to an entertainment district means the area is bustling with revelers late into the night, and the streets can be very congested in the evenings. As expected, traffic in this vicinity can be quite heavy. Despite being near such a lively area, the soundproofing in the rooms was excellent, allowing for a comfortable and undisturbed rest without being woken by noise. The surrounding infrastructure is great, with many convenience stores and restaurants nearby. The hotel itself maintains strict security, and the front desk staff and security guards were always friendly and welcoming, which made me feel safe throughout my stay. Regarding amenities, breakfast is served from 7 AM on the first floor, and the fitness center (gym) on the M floor is open 24 hours for guest use. The room condition was very clean, and the hygiene of the bathroom and toilet was highly satisfactory. The bed was a good size, and the bedding was comfortable. Two complimentary bottles of water are provided daily, and the air conditioning temperature control works very well, making it a pleasant place to stay even in Bangkok's hot weather. If you're not sensitive to the entertainment district atmosphere, I highly recommend this hotel for its value for money and cleanliness."

"This hotel is quite large, spread across several buildings: A, B, C, and D. I booked a room with a living area, and it was spacious – the bedroom alone was bigger than rooms in some other hotels. Overall, the room's facilities felt a bit dated, with dark solid wood furniture. The only inconvenience was the power outlets; the three-prong kind didn't work for my laptop charger, though my phone charger was fine. The hotel pool is on the 11th floor, next to a bar. Breakfast was extensive, with a wide variety of dishes. I stayed one night and wasn't even asked for a deposit."
