Very cozy hotel but unfortunately every time I come here it’s becoming worse and worse Very quiet at nights even tho it’s airport hotel and people move all the time If you take the most basic room (everything is half fixed) Can’t compare better room which I took before and basic single room for these 3 nights Had my shower with water running cold and hot and changing every 2 seconds So I didn’t l ow what to expect hot or cold water …. But area is so beautiful which gives an extra star to this place

We requested a change of room since the aircon in our room did not work well, and the staff, without any hesitation, helped us with the change - which we really appreciate, it's a much better room. The bed was very comfortable. Overall the staffs are friendly and we enjoyed the good service they provided. Their 24hr restaurant also serves really good Thai food, very convenient since there were no Thai restaurants nearby. Will definitely stay here again.

The hotel environment is nice, and it's very close to Suvarnabhumi Airport. The hotel offers a free shuttle service. We arrived at the airport at 9 PM, found the staff, and the shuttle picked us up promptly at 9:45 PM. The ride to the hotel took about 15-20 minutes. Although the direct distance is short, it took a bit longer due to the winding roads in Thailand. Check-in was quick, and the hotel breakfast was plentiful. After a good meal, we took a stroll around the hotel before heading to the airport for our flight. If you have enough time, the hotel also has a swimming pool and gym that you can enjoy before going to the airport.

The service was great, the staff is always friendly and helpful and the pool is great. Overall great atmosphere. Could however have a more diverse menu in both restaurants. We stayed for a week and after three days the selections gets a bit boring.

I checked into the hotel at 9 PM and the air conditioning was broken. The front desk initially refused to change my room, even though it was so late. They called a repairman, who tried to fix it until almost 11 PM before they finally gave me a new room.

Divalux is my absolute favourite. You start with the lobby which is so beautiful and impressive. The staff is AMAZING, the venue is fantastic. The rooms are fabulous and the pool is to die for. For me this is the place to go!

This is my fourth stay here. It's really convenient for drying clothes, and in the mornings, I can go for a run around the hotel and the neighboring community. After my run, I grab breakfast at 7-Eleven. It's so comfortable and convenient, though it is a bit far for shopping in the city.
