The Venetian Macao is an incredible, immersive hotel experience. 350 world-class shopping choices line a masterfully reconstructed Grand Canal, bridges spanning each bank, just as they do in Venice. An incredible array of dining options, bring guests the best of global cuisines no matter their appetite.

"Our stay at The Venetian was absolutely fantastic! The room was spacious and spotless, and the hotel's luxurious environment was simply stunning. Having a shopping mall right downstairs made dining, entertainment, and everything else incredibly convenient. Cynthia and Miro provided exceptional, thoughtful service and even gave us a little gift. We were extremely satisfied!"

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Exceptional Stay at Londoner Grand Macau Our stay at Londoner Grand exceeded our expectations from the moment we arrived until the day we checked out. The hotel feels elegant, modern, and luxurious, yet still warm and welcoming. Our room was beautifully designed, exceptionally clean, and very comfortable. Every detail seemed carefully considered, from the quality bedding and spacious bathroom to the premium amenities and thoughtful touches throughout the room. We especially appreciated the complimentary coffee machine, TWG tea selection, luxury toiletries, and the stunning views overlooking Cotai. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the surrounding resorts, attractions, shopping, and dining options. The hotel itself is connected to a vibrant complex, so there is always something to see and enjoy without needing to travel far. What impressed us most was the level of service. The staff were professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and throughout our stay we felt valued as guests. The facilities were equally impressive. Everything was maintained to a very high standard, and the overall atmosphere felt refined, comfortable, and relaxing. It is clear that Londoner Grand aims to provide a premium guest experience, and in our case, it absolutely succeeded. One tip for future guests: if possible, I highly recommend paying the full reservation amount in advance. We prepaid our stay through Trip.com, and when we arrived for check-in, we were pleasantly surprised to find that we were exempt from paying a security deposit, which made the arrival process even faster and more convenient. Overall, this was one of the most enjoyable hotel stays we have had in Macau. We would gladly return and would not hesitate to recommend Londoner Grand to anyone looking for a luxurious, comfortable, and memorable experience."

The Parisian Macao provides a great place for travelers to relax after a busy day. The Parisian Macao offers a pleasant stay in Macau for those traveling for business or leisure. The hotel is just 3km away from Macau International Airport. Transportation around the city is also convenient, with Union Hospital Metro Station within walking distance. Guests will find Kids' City, House of Dancing Water and Grand Resort Deck just a short distance from the hotel. When guests have some time on their hands they can make use of the onsite facilities. This Macau hotel provides parking on site. Our guests consider this hotel to have excellent service. This hotel is particularly popular with those traveling with families.

"This was my first stay at The Parisian Macao. I'd previously stayed at The Venetian and found it huge, but The Parisian is just as big, if not bigger! The hotel offers a shuttle service to the central district of Macau, which makes getting around incredibly convenient. Rua da Cunha is also nearby, offering plenty of dining options. The room was clean and tidy, and it offers great value for money. My only minor critique is that the perfume scent throughout the hotel is quite strong; I personally think it could be a bit lighter."

Altira Macau is a contemporary luxurious hotel offering highly personalized and tailored customer service catering primarily to the high-end Asian-oriented market. Altira Macau features a 38-storey tower including approximately 183,000 square feet of dazzling multi-level casino as well as exclusive private gaming salons. The complex also features a contemporary Forbes Five Star rating hotel with spacious guestrooms, including luxurious suites and elegant villas, signature restaurants including Ying, Aurora and Tenmasa, the stylish 38 Lounge and the award-winning Altira Spa.

"First time staying at this hotel, and it was quite comfortable. It's conveniently located whether you're heading further into Taipa (it's actually right at the border between Taipa and the Peninsula, just across a bridge) or exploring the Macau Peninsula. On arrival day, it's better to take a public bus to the hotel rather than the hotel shuttle, as missing one means waiting almost an hour. Also, on check-out day, you can get a free shuttle to the Border Gate by showing your room key card holder, according to their schedule. The hotel's room service food was also good and tasty."

Awarded two MICHELIN Keys, Grand Lisboa Palace Macau offers a stunning tribute to Macau's rich cultural heritage and vibrant traditions, paired with Forbes Travel Guide elegance and sumptuous comfort. From its modern, Chinoiserie-inspired interiors to bespoke art pieces created by famous local artists, the hotel tower showcases the exotic grandeur of East-meets-West, presented in elegant and exquisite detail. The hotel tower's 1350 guestrooms offer opulent relaxation with a breath-taking view of Cotai or the resort's Jardim Secreto. The spacious rooms and suites range from 60 to 300 square metres, with luxurious in-room amenities and attentive service that elevate the Lisboa standard to a new level of excellence.

"Overall, the hotel room was very spacious and comfortable, and the cleanliness was excellent. The hotel staff also provided good service. The only drawback was that on the first day, check-in was supposed to be at 3 PM. We arrived around 3 PM, and despite clearly stating in our booking that we wanted a non-smoking room, the room was still not ready. We had to wait until past 5 PM to get into our room, which was quite inconvenient. The hotel did upgrade us to an inner garden view room, which had a beautiful view. During our stay, there was a Vivienne Westwood exhibition, which was very nice. The hotel also had regular performances, making it very suitable for children. Additionally, having the Yaohan department store nearby made shopping very convenient. For two out of our three days and two nights stay, the hotel's pool was closed, and we had to use the pool at the neighboring hotel. Although it was accessible through the mall, going back and forth took a considerable amount of time."

The Conrad Macao, Cotai Central (Jinshacheng Zhongxin Langlaide Jiudian) is a five-star luxury resort located in Sands Cotai Central, only 2 km from the Macau international airport and 6.5 km from the Casino Lisboa.Guestrooms and suites are equipped with LED TVs, Wi-Fi and writing desks among other amenities.Conrad Macao, Cotai Central serves dishes of international and Asian flavors. The Lounge is a nice place to catch up with friends or simply to relax after a day of travel. To event planners, this deluxe hotel provides 64 separate function halls, which have the latest audio-visual and technical facilities. A business center is also available on the premises. To unwind, guests may head to the Health Club with fully equipped gym and Jacuzzi. They may also pay a visit to the spa.

"Mainly, it offers excellent value for money. 1. Great location. 2. Good service, right from the entrance. The staff are generally enthusiastic and provide excellent emotional value. The service process and all aspects are well worth the price, and the front desk operates efficiently. 3. During my stay, I went to the Churchill restaurant and ordered room service for breakfast. However, shortly after eating breakfast, I threw everything up. I'm not sure why. 4. The slippers have good anti-slip properties, but the soles are too thin, making them uncomfortable to wear. 5. Being an older hotel, there are few bedside outlets. They should learn from other older hotels on how to renovate this. 6. The bedside tables are small with limited space, so they shouldn't put so many traditional items there just for the sake of it. Guests can't use them. Give the space back to the guests so they can put their own things there."

DDudusimidaHygiene: The room was cleaned meticulously every day, a big thank you to the housekeeping staff. Service: I had such a good experience with my best friend in January that I decided to bring my in-laws and kids back to the hotel. However, the breakfast restaurant service this time was quite subpar. The staff weren't proactive enough, and their service felt stiff and lacked warmth. One specialty breakfast item took an exceptionally long time to arrive. On one particular day, after we were seated, no staff member asked if we'd like coffee or tea. This was a stark contrast to my first visit, where staff even remembered our names. Breakfast: The crackers at the cheese station were already stale. Breakfast has never been about a wide variety of options, but the pastries are exquisite, and the congee is also quite good. Overall, my experience from check-in to check-out this time was quite mediocre compared to my first stay. However, I do want to commend the housekeeping staff. Anyway, a huge thank you to the hotel for preparing an anniversary cake for my in-laws' room.

GGuest UserMy girlfriend and I traveled from Hong Kong to celebrate our 2-year anniversary, and our stay at this hotel completely exceeded our expectations! I originally booked via Trip.com, but wanting to arrange a small surprise, I emailed the hotel directly about three days before our arrival. Ms. Jane Chong handled my request, and she went absolutely above and beyond. Not only did she arrange a beautifully warm and lovely room design for the surprise, but she also proactively shared fantastic local recommendations to help us build a memorable itinerary. Her assistance truly made our trip unforgettable. Throughout our stay, I was consistently impressed by the hotel’s meticulous attention to detail. For example, finding a glasses cleaning cloth provided in the room is a rare and thoughtful touch that most hotels overlook. The entire staff is exceptionally professional and well-trained; every team member who assisted us always made sure to ask if we had any other needs before finishing their service. I also want to give a massive shoutout to Trista at the front desk. Since it was our first time staying here, she gave us a wonderfully detailed walkthrough of the room services and amenities. Later, when she was helping us view a higher-tier room setup, she showed remarkable consideration. She arrived and waited silently outside our door 10 minutes early, purposely not knocking until the exact time just to ensure she didn't disturb our rest. This level of dedication, discretion, and personalized care is world-class. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a flawless experience, and I deeply hope management formally recognizes both Jane and Trista for their outstanding hospitality!

MMuxi456A legendary hotel. Designed by Zaha Hadid, with an investment of 6.5 billion, utilizing 28,000 tons of steel, and managed by Lawrence Ho, it opened in 2018. The service is impeccable; guests are escorted to their rooms, and luggage is handled for them. The soundproofing in the rooms is excellent, and the fully smart features were truly ahead of their time 8 years ago. Don't miss the open-air pool on the 50th floor. Breakfast is served directly to the room. Guests in executive rooms can also have breakfast at the lounge on the 30th floor. It's a semi-buffet style, and the quality is superb. I do have to complain about the behavior of some mainland Chinese guests. Half of them were wearing slippers in the lounge, speaking loudly, playing audio on their phones without headphones, and generally lacking etiquette. Such 'uncouth' individuals really shouldn't be present in such an establishment.

GGuest UserChoosing The St. Regis Macao for our important anniversary celebration was absolutely the right decision, filled with surprises and warmth every step of the way. We're incredibly grateful! 💕 From the moment we arrived, our dedicated butler greeted us warmly, taking our luggage and offering hot tea. This meticulous service immediately left a great impression. We had mentioned our anniversary beforehand, and the hotel thoughtfully remembered every expectation – upon check-in, our room was already exquisitely decorated with warm touches, a handwritten card, chilled red wine, and a beautiful anniversary cake, all accompanied by a fresh and plump fruit platter. The sense of occasion was perfect, with every detail showing immense care. Our room was spacious and elegant, featuring a marble bathroom and high-quality bedding, ensuring ultimate comfort. The floor-to-ceiling window offered a stunning view of Cotai's dazzling nightscape, with the Parisian Eiffel Tower lights perfectly framed, creating just the right romantic ambiance. The 24-hour butler service was always on call, and the turndown service thoughtfully included a sleep-aid spray and dessert, providing a meticulous and reassuring touch. The hotel's location is superb, offering direct access to shopping complexes like The Venetian and The Londoner, making travel and shopping incredibly convenient. The daily evening champagne sabering ritual was a unique St. Regis experience, adding a special touch to our anniversary. We sincerely thank all the staff at The St. Regis Macao for their dedication and enthusiasm, which made our anniversary exceptionally memorable and full of warmth. This is not just a luxurious residence, but also a place that holds cherished memories. We will definitely return in the future and will not hesitate to recommend it to all our friends. ❤️

AAnonymous UserFacilities: Although it's an older hotel, the facilities are quite good after renovation. The lobby has a classic, old-money feel, and there are luxury and art shops. The pool, fitness center, and sauna are all very well-equipped. The attached Thai restaurant serves authentic food and was once Michelin-recommended. It's rare to find a TV with Cantonese, Mandarin, English, and Portuguese channels. Hygiene: It's clean, and they even provide wet wipes at breakfast. Environment: It's a rare Portuguese-style garden hotel in Macau. Service: The staff are all very friendly. There are concierges at both the front and back doors, and they even guide guests to the elevators during peak hours. The cleaning staff proactively greet you and are very responsive to any requests. Room service has embraced the internet; you can scan a WeChat QR code to make requests.

Ffly_me_to_the_moonBig shout-out to Mandarin Oriental Macau! This was my third trip to Macau, and this time I stayed in the old town. The Mandarin Oriental immediately caught my eye. Transportation is super convenient. From the airport, we took the MGM Macau shuttle, and since the two hotels are connected, it was an easy walk to the hotel after getting off. When we went to Hong Kong, we had a private car pick us up from the Mandarin Oriental and take us directly to our Hong Kong hotel. If you're going to the airport, I'd also recommend booking a private car, as the MGM airport shuttle always has long queues. The location is excellent, very quiet, and surrounded by plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options. The hotel service was fantastic. During check-in, they specifically gave me a room with an amazing view, where I could see the Macau Tower from every angle. The bathroom faced directly towards the Grand Lisboa, so you could take stunning photos right from your room without even leaving the hotel. Regarding the room: The room was huge! Compared to the cramped spaces in Hong Kong, Macau's rooms are so big you could play hide-and-seek. The children's toiletries weren't provided promptly; we only received the bathrobes and disposable slippers on our last day at checkout. The slippers were adorable little bear shapes, very cute, and you could take them with you – good quality too. Regarding breakfast: The variety was extensive. I recommend going early; after 9 AM, it gets very crowded, and they'll arrange for you to dine in the lounge, which makes it less convenient to get your food. Regarding family activities: I suggest bringing swimsuits; Macau is still quite warm in February, so you can enjoy the infinity pool. The SPA's soap-making workshop was also very interesting. Preschoolers can easily complete it, the process was very enjoyable, and the finished product was quite therapeutic. While there are countless hotels in Macau and it's unlikely I'll stay here again as I want to try new experiences, the beautiful memories the Mandarin Oriental gave us will always remain in my heart.

CCindy_8888The customer service was excellent. We were celebrating our anniversary and to our surprise, we got upgraded to a suite. The room was huge, beautiful, and clean, and they even gave us red wine and cake. It was a wonderful experience. There was a good variety of breakfast options, though paying the full price of 300-400 per person might not be worth it. The transportation is very convenient with a shuttle bus service, and the shopping mall is connected by a bridge to the light rail. It only takes two stops to reach Rua do Cunha. I would definitely stay here again!

The stay was highly convenient, especially with the free shuttle bus service. This was our first time here, and we found the hotel very nice and relaxing. We will definitely come back again! I also want to mention Cristina at the pool reception for her great service.

SSandao. The environment was good, for 200 patacas for a one-night stay in Macau, a big bed, and a private bathroom – it was more than enough. If you're out late in Macau, it's definitely more comfortable to stay overnight. The front desk staff was very gentle and patient. You can dry clothes on the rooftop. The only thing is this room was on the first floor, next to a masseuse, and an older masseuse was a bit... overly friendly.
