The Venetian Macao is an incredible, immersive hotel experience. 350 world-class shopping choices line a masterfully reconstructed Grand Canal, bridges spanning each bank, just as they do in Venice. An incredible array of dining options, bring guests the best of global cuisines no matter their appetite.

"This hotel delivered a full 5-star experience, and I couldn't be happier! It's super convenient to get to – we just hopped in a taxi from the ferry terminal straight to the hotel. And for our return trip to Hong Kong, there's a direct shuttle service to Tsim Sha Tsui right from the hotel lobby (the 'HK-Macau Express'), which was a great way to experience the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge. The hotel is connected to The Londoner and The Parisian, so you could literally spend an entire day exploring and still not see everything. The service was excellent, and the room was incredibly spacious. With two queen-sized beds, it could easily accommodate four people. Definitely much better value for money than the 'pigeon-hole' hotels you find in Hong Kong!"

NEW ORIENT LANDMARK HOTEL deluxe hotel The Landmark Macau has been renamed as New Orient Landmark Hotel by New Orient Group. Renowned for the exceptional personalized services and luxurious comfort, New Orient Landmark Hotel has become one of the best hotel choices in Macau as the official hotel of the 50th Macau Grand Prix Golden Jubilee. The 23-storey hotel building is perfectly located in the city centre (just 10-minute distance away and 20-minute distance away apart from the Macau Ferry Terminal and Macau International Airport) and close to most tourist attractions.

"The lobby seating area on the first floor felt a bit small, with only a few chairs. However, the rooms are very spacious, especially for Macau standards. The hallways and elevators were clean and tidy. The room service staff on the sixth floor were very enthusiastic. I booked two non-smoking rooms, but one of them had a strong cigarette smell upon check-in. I called room service, and they quickly brought an air freshener to deal with it, although a slight odor lingered."

Grand Emperor Hotel offers cozy accommodation with a combination of traditional British Royal Style and contemporary design. Situated in a prime location in the heart of Macau, walking distance to Macao World Heritage and attractions - The Ruins of St. Paul's, Mount Fortress, Senado Square, etc. Just 5-minute walk to Bus Terminal with convenient access to the Macao and COTAI attractions; 15-minute drive to ferry terminal and airport. Perfect for business and leisure travelers.

"This hotel is a bit old, and in Macau, where there's a big disparity between hotels, you have a lot of choices. However, this one is pretty good. We took a ferry from the Hong Kong-Macau Ferry Terminal to Macau, then a shuttle from Grand Lisboa to near the hotel, and it was just a short walk. Next door is New Yaohan, which is great for shopping, and there are also places to eat upstairs. It's quite close to the Ruins of St. Paul's on foot, and you can catch a bus downstairs to Taipa. All in all, it's excellent value for money."

"We came from the Wanzai Ferry Terminal, and it was about a seven or eight-minute walk from the ferry to the hotel, which was quite convenient. The hotel is a bit older, but the environment, cleanliness, and service are all up to par. There's a bus stop right outside, making it easy to get to Taipa and the Gongbei Port. What I loved most was strolling through the charming backstreets and alleys from the hotel to the Ruins of St. Paul's. It felt so authentic, full of local life, and there were tons of unique specialty foods and snacks. This trip to Macau, these local experiences were truly what impressed me the most."

The Parisian Macao provides a great place for travelers to relax after a busy day. The Parisian Macao offers a pleasant stay in Macau for those traveling for business or leisure. The hotel is conveniently located a short 4km drive from Macau International Airport. Being just minutes away from Union Hospital Metro Station allows guests to explore the city with ease. There's plenty to do nearby, with House of Dancing Water, Kids' City and The Parisian Macao all within a short distance. In their spare time, guests can explore the hotel's surroundings. For those driving themselves, parking is provided on site. Our guests consider this hotel to have excellent service. This hotel is particularly popular with those traveling with families.

"First of all, the 7th floor of the Eiffel Tower is free to enter, so the 'free entry' voucher offered by the merchant was meaningless. When checking in, Calrin upgraded our room and gave chocolates to the children. However, the staff helping with luggage when we checked out had a bad attitude and wouldn't open the trunk for us, which immediately soured the experience. The hotel also had an overpowering perfume smell."

"We chose the Cotai view room at Studio City for our honeymoon in Macau, and we could see the Eiffel Tower. Studio City has a shuttle bus, which made it very convenient to get directly from the airport to the hotel lobby. The hotel service was incredibly thoughtful. I had emailed them in advance with my requests, and they met all of them: a non-smoking room and a high-floor room with a tower view. The room view was excellent, and we received complimentary fruit and snacks (drinks in the mini-fridge were free, and snacks were replenished daily). Knowing it was our honeymoon, the hotel decorated the room beforehand and even surprised us with roses and a chocolate cake – it felt very special. The Eiffel Tower view was even more spectacular at night. Our view room offered a panoramic vista of Cotai's bustling cityscape, and we could even spot the Londoner's Big Ben. We also tried Studio City's Golden Reel Ferris wheel, and the night view from there was fantastic. The hotel's amenities are comprehensive. The Don Quijote on the first floor was very convenient for shopping; you could find a wide variety of Japanese bentos and snacks there, and we went almost every day. The hotel breakfast had a good variety and was generally quite nice, plus there were many other dining options available, which was very convenient. Overall, it was a very satisfying stay!"

The resort offers an exceptional range of gastronomy with authentic flavours and enticing aromas of Macanese, Portuguese, regional Chinese and Western cuisines, presented by first-to-Macau and trendsetting restaurants.

"Check-in took way too long. When I booked, Trip.com showed that Grand Lisboa Palace offers 3 PM check-in. We arrived at the hotel at 2:40 PM, planning to shower and rest a bit before heading out in the evening. However, we were told our room wasn't ready and we'd have to wait an hour and a half. So, we walked around the mall and garden. At 4:30 PM, we checked again, and they said it still wasn't ready, another 30 minutes. We were getting sleepy from all the walking, and finally checked in at 5:30 PM. That's a solid two and a half hour delay. After complaining online, Grand Lisboa Palace only offered a small fruit platter as an apology, and nothing else. As for the hardware, I found the bed a bit too soft, which gave me a backache. The soundproofing in the room was mediocre; I could clearly hear people talking in the hallway. The shower gel and shampoo in the bathroom were bolted down, as if they were afraid guests would take them. Service-wise, it wasn't bad, but it wasn't amazing either – just average."

Artyzen Grand Lapa Macau proudly announces that it has become the first hotel in Macau to achieve the prestigious LEED Gold Certification under the LEED for Operations and Maintenance (O+M): Existing Buildings—an internationally recognised milestone awarded by U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC). We are the only urban resort in the city, with a large heated outdoor swimming pool surrounded by lush gardens. Our award-winning spa also offers authentic relaxing treatments and private outdoor jacuzzis. Our sports facilities include 3 tennis courts, a fitness and exercise room. For our family guests, KidsCo, the adventure playground keeps the little ones busy.Set in the heart of Macau, near stunning UNESCO world heritage sites, boutique lifestyle hotel Artyzen Grand Lapa Macau offers a window into the city’s culturally rich heritage. The name “Artyzen Grand Lapa” draws inspiration from the prestigious neighbourhoods of Lapa in Lisbon where celebrities reside and as a truly homegrown brand, the hotel celebrates Macau’s remarkable heritage.

"What we loved about the Artyzen: it offers an extra bed for a child for FREE! It has free shuttle buses operating to most places you want to visit (you just have to walk to the next door hotel). It’s across the road from Fishermans Wharf. Whilst it doesn’t have a casino on site (grateful for that) it’s easy to access one if you’re that way inclined. There is a pool and jacuzzi open all year round, opening as early as 6:30am. The cocktails at the bar are excellent & happy hour (50% off all drinks) is extremely good value. Breakfast had a good variety of Western & Chinese options. Staff are friendly and attentive. A true family friendly resort."

YYuhanxiaojiejieFacilities: The hotel is very new, both the software and hardware are up to par, meeting the star rating standards. Hygiene: I absolutely trust the hygiene in Macau, no issues there. Environment: The environment is great, smells lovely, thumbs up. Service: In terms of service, the only thing is that check-in at the lobby was a bit slow, even though it wasn't peak season. Hope they can improve on that, but the service itself was otherwise flawless.

EEnhengenhengenhengABCFirst, the positives: The shower facilities are better than anything I've experienced in Japan, with bath salts and oils available, and excellent water pressure. The view from the window is absolutely stunning, and the service recovery is on point. When an issue arose, the assistant front office manager promptly came to my room to discuss and resolve it. Now for the negatives: They haggled with me over extra bath towels and refused to provide them. I requested a firmer pillow three times within half an hour, but each time I was met with excuses. Finally, the butler claimed to have forgotten due to being busy, and brought a disgusting small pillow stuffed into a large pillowcase, which looked dirty and ugly. This really tarnishes the hotel's luxurious image. The compensatory fruit they sent wasn't prepared at all – just a pile dumped on the table, completely inedible unless I prepared it myself! Only the complimentary champagne had enough ice, making it the only thing consumable. The chocolates were also terrible! When I requested a late check-out, they refused three times, only eventually extending it from 11 AM to 11:30 AM. Although I eventually spoke to a manager and resolved it, this kind of experience feels more exhausting than staying at a small domestic motel. If you're not particularly keen on showers and baths, and aren't impressed by scenic views, then this hotel's value for money and service quality are just average.

TTuzi1030We came to Macau for our anniversary this time. We stayed at Studio City's Celebrity Tower first, then the W. The contrast was so stark that I absolutely had to leave a glowing review for Celebrity Tower. Before checking in, I sent an email hoping they could help decorate for our anniversary. When we opened the room door, the bed was thoughtfully decorated with rose petals and towel-folded swans. The room was a basic suite, very spacious and beautiful. My girlfriend loved the bathtub and vanity area. What was most touching was that the Housekeeping Manager sent us a handwritten anniversary card and a small pony plushie – it was incredibly heartwarming. On the day of checkout, we went for a swim, and the hotel proactively extended our checkout until 1 PM. When I returned to the room after swimming, I found staff members waiting at our door with a luggage cart. They helped us load our bags onto the cart one by one and carefully delivered them downstairs. The butler stayed with us the whole time, waiting for us to sign off on the handover, and then personally accompanied us all the way to the W Hotel. Since the two hotels are not interconnected, the butler specifically explained, 'I need to go with you to ensure a smooth luggage transfer' – such attention to detail completely exceeded our expectations. Compared to the W where we stayed afterwards (they mixed up our anniversary with a birthday, offered perfunctory compensation, and only gave us an hour for late checkout), Celebrity Tower truly made us feel 'at home'. Their service isn't just going through the motions; they genuinely treat you like a valued guest. From now on, whenever we come to Macau, Celebrity Tower will be our only choice. Thank you to the butler and the housekeeping team; you made our anniversary truly special.

CCarey LoyAltira Macau provides an experience that justifies its reputation, particularly for those who value service over superficial flair. During a four-night stay, the property maintained a high standard of cleanliness and operational efficiency that is becoming increasingly rare in larger integrated resorts. The convenience of the location allows for easy access to the surrounding area without being trapped in the chaotic atmosphere of the Cotai Strip, making it a more sophisticated choice for a multi-night visit. What truly distinguishes the hotel is the execution of their service. The staff managed a birthday surprise for my wife with genuine care rather than a scripted checklist. Seeing her reaction to the effort they put in made it clear that this team understands how to personalize an experience. If you are looking for a stay that prioritizes the guest’s emotional experience as much as the technical details of hospitality, this is the place. Plan to improve your travel standards: 1. Mindset: Stop viewing hotel stays as just a bed and a shower. A four-night stay is a significant investment of time. Look for properties that offer ”anticipatory service” like you experienced here. 2. Action: When traveling for milestones, always provide specific details about preferences well in advance. Altira delivered here, but you can maximize these results elsewhere by being the architect of the surprise. 3. Strategy: Prioritize boutique-style luxury over massive resorts. The attention to detail you found at Altira is often lost in 2,000-room hotels. Stay where the staff has the bandwidth to care about your specific itinerary.

WWilliam HariI stayed at The Londoner Grand from March 22 to March 25, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. The hotel’s location is incredibly strategic—directly connected or within walking distance to The Venetian, The Parisian, Four Seasons, MGM, City of Dreams, and Wynn. It made exploring Cotai extremely convenient. The room was spotless, quiet, and very comfortable. I especially appreciated the bathtub, the complete amenities, and the fact that the air‑conditioning could be adjusted so it wasn’t overly cold like many other hotels. This small detail made a big difference, allowing us to sleep very well. We also requested extra pillows during our stay, and they were delivered promptly. The hotel facilities are extensive, including a 24‑hour gym, steam room, sauna, and jacuzzi—although I didn’t have the chance to use all of them, it’s impressive to have such options available. The staff were consistently warm, polite, and responsive. Every request was handled quickly and professionally. During checkout, we asked for a late checkout because our flight was at 9 PM, and the team accommodated us without any issue. I would also like to give special appreciation to Koenig from the Concierge/Bell Boy team, who was extremely helpful when we were heading to the airport. His assistance left a very positive impression. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay at The Londoner Grand. It was comfortable, convenient, and supported by excellent service. We will definitely return to this hotel the next time we visit Macau.

MMichelle liewI would give this property more stars, if I could.., just for how every staff member I’ve met made me feel welcome, cared for and important. From the moment we stepped out of our taxi, Tim (a very handsome young man) welcomed us and took care of our luggage’s, walked us up to the check in counter and warmly introduced us to Ryan. Ryan helped us with the check in and immediately made us feel like friends, not just guests. He found us a lovely room (1615 has amazing view) albeit before check in time, helped us orientate around the hotel and Cotai strip, invited us to the champagne ceremony at 6pm and happy hour at The St Regis bar, recommended a lovely restaurant for Macanese food at Taipa Village and of course, walked us to the lift. Behind the scene, he has arranged for Tim to get our luggage sent to the room. It’s a nice gesture to have our luggage’s nicely set up before we got in. Later in the evening, we met Douglas, Hotel GM who hosted us to many different cocktails and mocktails creations at The St Regis Bar. Again, he made us feel like friends, engaging in light conversation while enjoying the relaxed ambience with delicious snacks and drinks. I must recommend cotton club - with the honey comb. Credit goes to Douglas, who led his team to make a difference with every interaction across the hotel. After lunch, we returned to our room to a pleasant surprise. An introduction card and fruit platter from The Butler. Nice touch. I would have requested for a butler drawn bath if we have more time At dinner, Jonathan and his team, Pat and Niles made it just delightful. Every detail was thoughtfully executed - the food (go for beef cheek), ambience and service came together beautifully. We also appreciated the nice gesture of a welcome back dessert and printed photo to bring home at the end of the meal. The next day, seamless check out. Tim assisted us with the taxi and luggages. And as we waited for the taxi, Tim excused himself for a short while and came back with the box of almond cookies (Macao’s specialty) for us to bring home! St Regis really aced at making us feel at home and among friends. We’ll definitely be back soon.

BBenchideyanzhiyaMandarin Oriental Macau truly stands out in the luxury hotel market with its unique 'no casino' policy, unparalleled sea views, legendary Asian service, and top-notch dining and spa facilities. This time, I brought my 88-year-old mother for a holiday, and we even captured the most beautiful sunset over the sea. The breakfast was incredibly rich and delicious; we enjoyed both the Chinese and Western pastries. We also indulged in the hotel's sea salt bubble bath and booked a handmade essential oil soap workshop. Our sole purpose was to revel in the tranquility, elegance, and full sea-view environment – a peaceful escape within the bustling city of Macau.

XXiaofeitutu4424Stayed at the nearby W Hotel during the Qingming Festival to watch the World Cup. The price was quite high, but it's only a few minutes' walk from the Galaxy Arena. It's just one light rail stop from Hengqin Port. Honestly, the hotel lobby is quite small and hard to find, and the rooms are pretty standard. However, the service was decent; check-in and luggage storage were quick. The restaurant staff were also very friendly, and breakfast had a wide variety of options. From the Cotai room, you can see The Parisian, and the night view is lovely. There's also an airport shuttle bus stop just a two-minute walk downstairs, which is very convenient.
