The Venetian Macao is an incredible, immersive hotel experience. 350 world-class shopping choices line a masterfully reconstructed Grand Canal, bridges spanning each bank, just as they do in Venice. An incredible array of dining options, bring guests the best of global cuisines no matter their appetite.

"Our check-in experience was fantastic, thanks to Andy. He was incredibly professional and efficient, allowing us to check in early and even upgrading us to a room with a great view. The whole process was smooth and pleasant. He also gave us some small candies as a welcome gift, which were delicious! Overall, a very enjoyable check-in. When we checked out, we stored our luggage at the West Wing lobby, and Sheng there was also wonderful. The service was impeccable, very thoughtful and attentive. All in all, my experience at The Venetian was excellent, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Macau."

"I booked a King Room with an ocean view. The room was spacious, spotless, and well-maintained. The minibar items were complimentary, except for the premium bottled water and wine (though no wine was provided in the room). A deposit of MOP 1,000 was required at check-in, which was fully refunded upon checkout. The hotel also offered free shuttle buses to major hotels and key departure points across Macau. The concierge, Charles, was particularly helpful in advising us on the correct shuttle bus number to reach our intended destination."

NEW ORIENT LANDMARK HOTEL deluxe hotel The Landmark Macau has been renamed as New Orient Landmark Hotel by New Orient Group. Renowned for the exceptional personalized services and luxurious comfort, New Orient Landmark Hotel has become one of the best hotel choices in Macau as the official hotel of the 50th Macau Grand Prix Golden Jubilee. The 23-storey hotel building is perfectly located in the city centre (just 10-minute distance away and 20-minute distance away apart from the Macau Ferry Terminal and Macau International Airport) and close to most tourist attractions.

"The lobby seating area on the first floor felt a bit small, with only a few chairs. However, the rooms are very spacious, especially for Macau standards. The hallways and elevators were clean and tidy. The room service staff on the sixth floor were very enthusiastic. I booked two non-smoking rooms, but one of them had a strong cigarette smell upon check-in. I called room service, and they quickly brought an air freshener to deal with it, although a slight odor lingered."

"After booking, I tried to contact the hotel multiple times without success; no one responded to my requests. Finally, Ctrip helped me communicate with the hotel the day before our trip. Initially, I was concerned about renovation smells in the Bond Tower and asked to be moved to the Banyan Tower. Ctrip informed me that as of April 2026, only the Bond Tower was open, which I accepted. Then, I requested to switch our king room to a twin room, and the hotel said it would cost an additional 90+ RMB, which I also agreed to. Many online reviews mention free room upgrades, but honestly, don't expect any of that anymore. I had also mentioned it was our 10th wedding anniversary, and while they didn't upgrade our room, they did give us a small cake. However, it was clearly an oversight as it said 'Happy Birthday' – very perfunctory. Furthermore, during check-in, halfway through the process, a South Asian supervisor-like staff member suddenly came over and, with a disdainful look, told us we needed to pay extra. I was thinking, hadn't Ctrip already clarified this, and hadn't we agreed to pay? Why did she act as if we were unwilling to pay and deserved her contempt? This was the first time I'd ever had such an uncomfortable check-in experience in Macau. The hotel's facilities and design are undeniably exquisite and beautiful. Although the room was small, the Bond Tower didn't have the strong renovation smell that some online reviews mentioned, which was a relief. The hotel also provided Eiffel Tower tickets, which was a pleasant surprise. After returning to the room in the evening, I noticed there was no turndown service provided, nor was the room tidied up a second time. The service was a bit lacking. Also, there were no size options for children's bathrobes; my 130cm, 80-catty (approx. 40kg) son couldn't wear theirs. The service staff and front desk employees had poor English proficiency. The only thing that truly impressed me was the heated swimming pool. Located on the 3rd floor, it offered great views, with comfortable loungers, lemon water, and towels readily available by the pool. The water temperature was a very comfortable 36 degrees Celsius, making it suitable for swimming even in winter, which was excellent. Overall, you can stay at this hotel, but don't have high expectations for the service."

Grand Emperor Hotel offers cozy accommodation with a combination of traditional British Royal Style and contemporary design. Situated in a prime location in the heart of Macau, walking distance to Macao World Heritage and attractions - The Ruins of St. Paul's, Mount Fortress, Senado Square, etc. Just 5-minute walk to Bus Terminal with convenient access to the Macao and COTAI attractions; 15-minute drive to ferry terminal and airport. Perfect for business and leisure travelers.

"I brought my parents to Macau for a trip, and choosing Grand Emperor Hotel exceeded my expectations. Upon entering our room, we were pleasantly surprised by a special anniversary setup for my parents. The spacious room was a welcome relief after the relatively small and cramped space we had in Hong Kong for two days. We booked a family room, and from the bay window, we could catch a glimpse of the sea and the fountain, which was lovely. Both check-in and check-out were seamless; they didn't require a deposit. When we checked out, we left our luggage until later in the evening, and the friendly bellboy was very accommodating. The facilities are a bit dated, but acceptable. There's a plug that works with Chinese appliances, and the room has a safe and a mini-fridge. They also provide complimentary bottled water, drinks, and fruit. Breakfast was plentiful, and the freshly cooked beef brisket noodles were delicious and generously portioned. The Grand Emperor has an excellent location; it's about a 10-minute walk to the Ruins of St. Paul's. Right outside the Yaohan department store next door, there's a shuttle bus to Taipa resorts, running about every 10 minutes. You can also get tickets at Grand Lisboa or Lisboa to take a shuttle to the Outer Harbour Ferry Terminal, which is very convenient. Grand Emperor also has its own shuttle bus, but you need to book in advance, and the last bus at 5:15 PM is a bit early. So, on that day, we took the Lisboa shuttle at around 8 PM to Portas do Cerco (the border gate). The journey took about 15-20 minutes, and the last Lisboa bus is at 9:30 PM. Wynn is a bit further and doesn't require a ticket; you just queue up on the roadside for their shuttle, with the last bus at 11:30 PM. The Portas do Cerco border crossing is open until 1 AM. Arriving from the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge, we couldn't find the Grand Lisboa shuttle on the day of arrival, so we first took a free bus to the Outer Harbour Ferry Terminal, then transferred to the green Lisboa shuttle. After getting off, we could see the Grand Emperor Hotel in the distance. It was about a 10-minute walk with our luggage, and everything worked out perfectly. All in all, I'm very satisfied, and booking through Trip.com was also reliable. Highly recommended!"

The location next to Four Seasons Place is incredibly convenient. We also enjoyed the delicious Wang's Ramen downstairs at the hotel. This hotel truly made me fall in love with Macau! "Our recent stay was a pleasant and memorable one overall. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our visit, always ready to assist with a warm and welcoming attitude, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The room was impressively spacious, offering a very comfortable stay, and the highlight was definitely the beautiful view, it added a relaxing touch to both our mornings and evenings. The hotel’s location is also very convenient, situated right next to Sands Hotel, where buses are easily accessible to various tourist spots, making it easy to get around. We also enjoyed the buffet, which had a good spread of options, and the overall ambience of the dining area was lovely and inviting. That said, there is some room for improvement in terms of cleanliness, as certain areas of the room could have been better maintained. Nonetheless, with the great service, spacious room, and excellent location, it was still a very enjoyable stay."

JJiafeiaichiniangaoOh my goodness, this hotel is absolutely fantastic! The front desk staff are all incredibly nice and accommodating, always ready to help and very friendly towards children. They even give you hand cream before bed, and everything in the mini-bar except alcoholic drinks is complimentary – there are even instant noodles, which my kids loved! The semi-buffet breakfast is also wonderful. I've stayed at The Londoner and Four Seasons in Macau before, and this time I tried Morpheus and St. Regis. I have to say, I highly recommend The Londoner and Morpheus; I'll definitely choose these two again next time. Of course, I'd also like to try other hotels, haha. And a big shout-out to Yí Lóng Hè at Morpheus – the food is delicious, the service is excellent, and for my birthday, they even gave me longevity buns and a pen with the Yí Lóng Hè logo. This was the most comfortable stay! I do have one small suggestion though: it would be even better if the customized birthday room key card also included the birth date.

AAnonymous UserMinibar snacks and complimentary drinks: Far too many for two people to finish! Facilities: Excellent Hygiene: Excellent Ambiance: Excellent Service: Excellent I want to give a special shout-out to Tiffany at the front desk. Her attitude was simply wonderful. She learned it was our first time in Macau and even escorted us to our room, explaining everything clearly. I didn't have any cash for a tip, but she still bid us a cheerful farewell as she left the room. By the time I got some cash and went to find her, her shift was over. Having stayed in so many hotels, Tiffany truly gave us a fantastic first impression of Macau. From the housekeeping staff to everyone we met when checking out, everyone was friendly. We'll definitely stay here again next time and will highly recommend it to others. Hope they keep up the great work!

TTuzi1030We came to Macau for our anniversary this time. We stayed at Studio City's Celebrity Tower first, then the W. The contrast was so stark that I absolutely had to leave a glowing review for Celebrity Tower. Before checking in, I sent an email hoping they could help decorate for our anniversary. When we opened the room door, the bed was thoughtfully decorated with rose petals and towel-folded swans. The room was a basic suite, very spacious and beautiful. My girlfriend loved the bathtub and vanity area. What was most touching was that the Housekeeping Manager sent us a handwritten anniversary card and a small pony plushie – it was incredibly heartwarming. On the day of checkout, we went for a swim, and the hotel proactively extended our checkout until 1 PM. When I returned to the room after swimming, I found staff members waiting at our door with a luggage cart. They helped us load our bags onto the cart one by one and carefully delivered them downstairs. The butler stayed with us the whole time, waiting for us to sign off on the handover, and then personally accompanied us all the way to the W Hotel. Since the two hotels are not interconnected, the butler specifically explained, 'I need to go with you to ensure a smooth luggage transfer' – such attention to detail completely exceeded our expectations. Compared to the W where we stayed afterwards (they mixed up our anniversary with a birthday, offered perfunctory compensation, and only gave us an hour for late checkout), Celebrity Tower truly made us feel 'at home'. Their service isn't just going through the motions; they genuinely treat you like a valued guest. From now on, whenever we come to Macau, Celebrity Tower will be our only choice. Thank you to the butler and the housekeeping team; you made our anniversary truly special.

GGuest UserThis stay far exceeded my expectations! I originally booked it just for the decor, which I loved, but when I checked in, I found the room was incredibly spacious with excellent facilities. The housekeeping service truly went above and beyond with every detail. It was my first time seeing towels thoughtfully laid out at the bathroom entrance, in front of the vanity, and on the toilet floor even before I used anything. Honestly, the overall quality was well beyond what I paid for. After checking in, I went out for some shopping, and when I returned in the evening, I was pleasantly surprised to find that housekeeping had serviced the room again! Not only had they tidied up, but the half-empty water bottles by the bed were replaced with fresh ones, complete with new glasses, and another towel was placed at the foot of the bed. They even left a thoughtful complimentary travel-sized face cream. The only minor inconveniences were having to transfer once at City of Dreams if taking the hotel shuttle from the airport, and the standard Macau hotel check-in time of 3 PM with an 11 AM check-out the next day.

AAnonymous UserEvery staff member at the St. Regis, from the charming men to the lovely ladies, was incredibly welcoming and had excellent service attitudes. Although there was a minor hiccup during my stay, it didn't affect my experience at all. The city lights glittered like a spilled galaxy, with the clock tower standing still, as if a night watchman was gently strumming the strings of time. The service was as warm as the spring sunshine. The tea sets were arranged precisely like soldiers at attention, and even the ice bucket exuded a sense of ritual. The towels by the mirror were folded into neat little boats, and the washbasin reflected the clear morning light. Every detail conveyed silent respect. A notepad and pen lay ready by the phone, as if to say: 'You speak, and we will listen intently.'

NNichengbaixiaobaiI booked this for my parents for 4 nights, and they said it was excellent. The hotel upgraded them to a suite, which they estimated was at least 120 square meters – much more luxurious than the room they originally booked. The location is excellent, within walking distance to Grand Lisboa and Fisherman's Wharf, and right outside is a bus stop, making it convenient to go anywhere. There are many snack options nearby. The front desk service was very efficient, and they even upgraded our room for free, which was a pleasant surprise!
