"The room was clean and quiet, not noisy at all unlike some of the reviews suggested. It was very spacious and great for a family gathering. Most importantly, Ms. Lily at the front desk was a huge help to us. We had three rooms in total with different check-in and check-out dates, and by mistake, one of them was checked out prematurely. Thanks to Lily's persistent communication with the housekeeping department, she finally got everything sorted out smoothly. We are truly grateful."

"We stayed for 5 nights at The Londoner Grand (Bond Tower) on level 16, facing a near open garden and a far land of further development; side viewing of Studio City, not really a fantastic external view but a spacious internal which is good enough for 2 pax.  We felt room was clean the very 1st night.  Subsequently nights until the night before check-out, room didn’t seem to vacuum as we still saw strands of hair left on the toilet’s flooring.  Throughout the 5 nights, we were quite perturbed about not having a Smart TV in this considered new hotel in this era.  Pillows were a little too soft for us.  But, we were delighted that the front-desk staff able to help reserved memory foam pillows on top of the soft pillows for the subsequent nights. We have no other complains except the above.  In fact, services rendered from the front-desk were superb.  We would love to commend Ms Melody for her exceptional dedication of services rendered to us upon checked-in on the very first night.  She’s very polite, friendly and helpful.  She initiated giving attractions and shows information after knowing we hadn’t been visited Macau for the last 10 years; and when we were in need to exchange smaller HKD notes, she went all the way to the back office to help us exchanged.  We were grateful to have met Melody who also helped to ensure arranging a Birthday cake to be sent to our room on a specific timing.  Apart from praising the service staffs, we love using the Smeg kettle for making our coffee and tea.  Best is, the Jo Loves Pomelo Body Lotion that The Londoner Grand provides, leave the room in really nice fragrance after applying on our bodies. This makes me go all the way to source and purchase after returning to our home country, hehe…"

"This hotel is still in its soft opening phase, and if you get the chance, I highly recommend staying here for at least one night to enjoy a world of luxury at an affordable price. Each room can comfortably fit four adults, so sharing it with friends makes it a truly great deal! Privacy is a priority here; each room has its own dedicated elevator, and you simply scan your key card for it to take you directly to your floor. When you enter the villa, you are welcomed by a large living room stocked with complimentary tea, coffee, and snacks. Moving up two steps, there is an enclosed bedding area featuring a sofa. It doesn't have a door, but rather a curtain for privacy. A few more stairs lead you up to the guest bathroom. Further inside is the main bathroom, which is absolutely massive and beautifully designed with a black marble bathtub, a Japanese smart toilet room, a separate shower room, and twin basins. It is fully stocked with all the amenities you could need, but the standout touches were a lovely rose mask and a very high-quality hairbrush. Beyond that is the master suite, featuring a huge, comfortable bed and a chaise lounge. They offer a pillow menu where you can choose your preferred type. However, my friend asked the butler to bring a lavender pillow, but unfortunately, it was never brought to the room. As we were celebrating our birthdays, the staff put up a simple but lovely decoration, gifted us a small cake, and surprised us with a complimentary bottle of champagne. We spent the afternoon—and part of the next morning after breakfast—at the pool area. It features a spectacular plant wall, which is certified by the Guinness World Records as the largest semi-indoor vertical garden, alongside several small pools infused with different mineral waters. The only downside was the breakfast. While there was some variety, it unfortunately did not meet the high luxury standards of the rest of the hotel, and there is definitely a lot of room for improvement in this area."

"Booking this hotel really requires constantly monitoring the prices, ugh! I booked 5 days and 4 nights. Seeing the pre-tax rate was 840/night, I thought it was a great deal, so I went ahead and booked it, paying 3,900 in total. Little did I know, the lowest price could drop to 700/night before tax—that's a 700 difference over 5 days! I advise everyone not to be too hasty when booking. As for the hotel itself, the receptionist who helped us with check-in was great. When I asked if they could arrange a birthday cake for my husband, they managed it, and they even upgraded us to an Eiffel Tower view room. The hotel offers many free shuttle buses to various locations, but one thing to note is that many of these shuttles stop running quite early. For example, the one to Taipa Village (Guan Di St) finishes its last run at 8:20 PM, which is prime dinner time. You either have to eat early or pay out of pocket for a bus back to the hotel. However, these are just minor issues. The hotel environment and service are up to 5-star standards (excluding the Grand Buffet for breakfast and dinner—definitely don't bother trying that, it's not good). Everything else was great, and it will definitely be my first choice next time."

"This stay at The Parisian Macao was excellent value for money. Priced at 857 during the National Day holiday (on the 6th), it was a great deal. The hotel room was quite spacious (around 30+ square meters). I booked a 2-meter king bed room, but it was changed to two 1.4-meter double beds, which was perfect for traveling with a child. The hotel lobby boasts a magnificent French-style decoration. There's a casino on the first floor, luxury brands on the second, a food court on the fifth, and a children's playground and water park on the sixth. It's incredibly convenient for shopping, dining, and entertainment. My child (12 years old) was most thrilled with the spinning waterslide at the water park, saying it was exciting and fun. Yanty, who handled our check-in, had a wonderful attitude and patiently helped us find a non-smoking room. Later, a staff member called to follow up on our stay and offered a small gift for the child, but we had already checked out quickly and left, so unfortunately, we didn't get it. Overall, it was a very good stay. The Parisian Macao will be my top choice for my next visit to Macau."

"I've been wanting to stay at Grand Lapa Macau for a long time, and finally, it was time. I used a voucher I bought during the 9.19 sale and paid an extra fee to stay during the National Day holiday. This was our first time in Macau. Getting from Chimelong to Hengqin Port was incredibly convenient – I'm so envious of the people of Zhuhai! Since there wasn't a direct shuttle to Sands on the Peninsula, we took a taxi directly to the hotel, which cost 130 MOP. We checked in at the hotel but couldn't get our room key until after 3 PM. So, we went to the street behind the hotel for lunch. Both Xinghai and Dieji had great food and were very close by. We finally got our room key around 3:30 PM. Children under 12 could get an extra bed for free. My package included a 500 MOP dining voucher. When I checked in, the front desk told me that for two nights, I'd get 1000 MOP in dining vouchers, which could be used at the hotel's restaurants. The next day, we had lunch and bought bread at the hotel, and then the front desk called to say there was only a 500 MOP dining voucher. Later, with the help of Trip.com, the hotel confirmed that they had given incorrect information during check-in but also confirmed the 1000 MOP dining voucher. In short, I'm very grateful for Trip.com's help. Grand Lapa is next to Sands but doesn't have a casino, so it's very quiet. The resort's pool and children's play area are both excellent, and it's very close to the Science Center. We even watched the National Day fireworks show in the pouring rain. Our first impression of Macau: it's not a large place, and it's all about lavish indulgence. We had our child with us, so we didn't get a chance to visit any casinos. The Venetian, Parisian, and Londoner were all packed with people. The Wynn Palace cable car is highly recommended. The shuttle buses are very convenient. Make sure to visit the Ruins of St. Paul's early. Rua da Cunha is tiny. New Yaohan is worth browsing. Next time, I want to experience the City of Dreams Water Park."

"The hotel is in a great location, very close to downtown and local attractions, making dining, shopping, and getting around incredibly convenient. The surrounding area has plenty of amenities as well. The property is beautifully decorated, and Ms. SUKI at the front desk was very warm and welcoming—she even proactively helped me secure a quieter room. The staff are polite, attentive to details, and the room was spotless and tidy."

"📍Location Sharing a lobby with The Londoner Macao, it's very close to the Eiffel Tower and Big Ben, making it convenient for quick photoshoots right outside and enjoying the night view. 🛏️Room The room is quite spacious, not cramped at all. The toiletries are Byredo, with a sophisticated scent, a great touch that adds to the experience. 🎁Conrad Macao Souvenirs This time, I got all the purple slippers, the bear, and the soap duck! They're so cute, a dream come true for Conrad Macao souvenir collectors. I recommend asking the front desk when you check in; they usually give them if they have stock. 🍳Breakfast Breakfast is served in time slots, such as 7 AM, 8:30 AM, etc., and there's a wide variety of options. Just go during your reserved slot and fill up before heading out for a day of exploring. 🏊Pool The pool is really photogenic! When the lighting is good, any snapshot looks great. Remember to set aside some time if you want to take beautiful photos. 📌Summary Great location, spacious rooms, Byredo toiletries, abundant breakfast, a photogenic pool, plus the chance to snap photos of the Eiffel Tower and Big Ben. If you're looking to collect the purple bear and soap duck, go for it. Souvenir quantities are limited and subject to the hotel's actual stock."
