A very good hotel which is very reasonably priced. Good recreational facilities in the form of carrom, Table Tennis, Chess coffee shop and swimming pool. We did not try spa so cant comment. It is a delight with spacious air conditioned rooms. Their evening tea and snacks were a delightful surprise. Highly recommended

Few con of the property. 1. The rooms don't have good hot water 2. Highly under staffed 3. Room service is not available for morning breakfast, as under staffed so the room service is available only after 1000 am 4. Checkout time is 1000 am which is too early. Pros 1. We stayed with family for 1 night on 03-May-23. We booked a standard room for 3 but were given a pleasant surprise when we were upgraded to a large spacious room with 2 queen beds. The rooms were spotlessly clean , the ambiance terrific and the amenities like toiletries adequate. The breakfast and food although not 5 star spread was adequate and tasty. Most importantly the staff and service was great and immaculate. Only con is that the hotel is part of a large office complex so the entrance and surrounding ambiance may not have a nice good feel. But for Siliguri transit and for business it is a great place to stay Would always return here for future stays.

Property is in a good location away from the noise of cars etc. The food preparation is good but not great, particularly the fish quality in “shorshe fish” was poor ( almost rotting) which was not expected given the reputation and price of the dish. The breakfast, however was very good and offered a great variety. Another issue requires immediate attention to the fact that the packaged drinking water with mrp rs. 20- was billed as rs. 95- (this is a blatant violation of government guidelines for the protection of consumer rights.

It’s located next to Pradhan Nagar. Ideal place to stay for seeing doctors. Excellent breakfast. Good swimming pool located in 2nd floor of the hotel. Breakfast has plenty of varieties of food. Perfect and clean rooms. Everything well ***aged. Hygienic to stay during COVID time.
