Moon Hotel is hotel near to Xianyang Airport. Before arrival, we communicated with the staff through WeChat. The shuttle service pick up was smooth The staff at the hotel welcomed us warmly. The young lady that check in for us was polite and friendly and offered great travel tips. When we checked out the next morning,  a young man served us. He too treated us respectfully and even made us coffee.  When we left, he gave us some snacks. Compliments to the staff. The room was spacious and clean. Shower and toilet worked well. The bed was really comfortable. Though some mentioned about noise from flying aircraft, we didn't hear it. We had a good sleep. Breakfast was included. Sufficient variety and good enough for a satisfying breakfast. All in all, and good start to our trip to Xian. We highly recommend Hotel Moon.

Straight up the best hotel that I have stayed in China. The location is perfect right next to the Muslim quarter where you can walk around and get different types of food. It's also close to three different really amazing restaurants that we tried. We're able to get two beds for my wife and my 10 year old son. As for the hotel amenities, it's really amazing. Excellent showers, Strong water pressure. Great breakfast food, made it easy for us to get food early in the morning before we go on tours. They even had takeaway boxes. Also the AC was excellent. And the room had voice control to close blinds and TV. Free washer and dryer made it really easy for us to get our laundry done. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Honestly, what else do you want? I've traveled extensively in the US and have never had this kind of service. Here's a picture of how close we are to the drum Tower.

This guesthouse at the foot of Mount Hua is a real hidden gem, so authentic and down-to-earth! The owner is incredibly warm and genuine, the rooms are spotless, and their shuttle service is excellent, making it super convenient to get around. It's a comfortable and relaxing stay, my top pick for climbing Mount Hua. I truly recommend it!

I climbed Mount Hua alone and chose this guesthouse at the foot of the mountain based on reviews! They offer free shuttle service to and from the high-speed rail station and the tourist center, so I didn't have to worry about transportation at all. After descending the mountain, they took me directly to the high-speed rail station, which perfectly connected with my next journey. The room was clean and tidy, with complete facilities, and the underfloor heating kept it very warm! The bathroom was odor-free with plenty of hot water. I will definitely stay here again next time!

Extremely satisfied with this hotel! The location is fantastic, right next to the Drum Tower and a subway station. The bedding was clean and hygienic, and despite being on a main street, it wasn't noisy at all – the soundproofing was excellent. Special shout-out to the ladies at the front desk! They were so welcoming and helpful, assisting us with luggage storage and patiently confirming our check-in time. They were absolutely wonderful! That's why we chose this hotel again! Hope the boss gives them a bonus!!!

This hotel is absolutely amazing! Great location, fantastic design, excellent service, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. I stayed for 6 nights, and they proactively upgraded my room type for 4 of those nights – I honestly didn't want to leave. The breakfast buffet offers a decent variety, with both Chinese and Western options, plus hand-drip coffee. The afternoon tea pastries are homemade by the restaurant, exquisite, and delicious. And the late-night snacks are superb too! Next time I'm in Xi'an, I'll definitely choose this place again and highly recommend it to any friends planning a trip there. **Amenities:** The hotel's design is top-notch, with thoughtful touches evident in both its overall exterior and internal details. The aesthetics are spot on. The facilities are new and high-quality, and they even have their own private restaurant, which is not only convenient for dining but also serves excellent food. 👍 **Cleanliness:** Every part of the hotel is meticulously clean, including the rooms, lobby, corridors, and restaurant – perfect for a traveler like me who's a bit of a clean freak. **Environment:** The location is excellent, right by the city wall and not far from the subway. Most major city attractions are within a 30-40 minute commute, and spots like the Stele Forest Museum, Wenchang Gate, and the 'Old Market' are within walking distance. There are plenty of authentic local eateries, coffee shops, and traditional morning markets nearby, yet it's very quiet and peaceful at night. **Service:** Absolutely five-star service, even better than many other five-star hotels. Everyone always has a smile. The front desk staff are mostly handsome young men – proactive, polite, and quick to respond. The restaurant waitstaff are friendly local women who are attentive and can communicate in English.

I was very satisfied with my stay. When I arrived, the young lady at the front desk even gave me a free upgrade. I arrived early with my child, and I had originally just planned to store our luggage, but the manager kindly arranged for us to check in right away. Every staff member was very polite, and even the cleaning aunties would greet me with a ”hello” every time we met, which made our stay very comfortable. The location is also very convenient, with the subway and bus stops nearby, and you can even see them from the window of the room.

This hotel is great, very new, newly renovated, fully automated, with a very clear projector. All the toiletries are brand new and sealed, not bottled. The front desk staff are excellent, and the owner is very kind. During my layover in Yulin, I felt the warmth of this city. This place is very convenient. It's very close to the food street, Confucius Temple, and the old street; it's right in the city center. A truly excellent location.

This stay was exceptionally heartwarming, truly showcasing the hotel's genuine and attentive service, far from a perfunctory, conveyor-belt-like reception. During this rushed trip, I accidentally left a USB drive containing important work documents in my room. I only realized it long after checking out, which made me quite anxious. I immediately called the front desk, and the staff patiently calmed me down. They promptly contacted housekeeping to search every corner of the room. Within just ten minutes, my lost USB drive was found. Considering I had already left and it would be inconvenient for me to return, the staff proactively offered to keep it safe for me and clearly explained two convenient options for retrieval: pickup or mail. Their communication throughout was gentle and patient, without any hint of impatience – efficient and responsible. Aside from this, the overall hotel experience was also outstanding. The room was clean and tidy, with complete and well-maintained facilities. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the public areas were clean and odor-free. The breakfast selection was rich and delicious. More than the clean environment, it was this thoughtful, empathetic, and heartwarming service that truly moved me. The fatigue of travel was completely cured by the hotel's gentle service. It offers excellent value for money, and I genuinely recommend it. I will prioritize staying here again on my next trip.
