"Traveling in Xi'an with my family, our flight was rescheduled to an early morning departure, so we booked an airport hotel directly to make the morning less rushed. After reading fellow travelers' reviews, which turned out to be incredibly accurate, we were pleasantly surprised by the hotel – it exceeded our expectations! The high ratings are truly well-deserved. The hotel lobby is beautiful, and they even thoughtfully provided a late-night snack. The room was very stylish, exactly my preferred aesthetic. In the morning, the front desk staff meticulously called each room to give a wake-up call, and the hotel arranged a shuttle bus to the airport at fixed times. Breakfast was plentiful and started at 6:30 AM – hats off to the kitchen staff! The value for money is outstanding. Every honest review serves as an excellent guide for future guests and also helps shape the hotel's operational focus."

"We had a fantastic stay at Orange Hotel (Xi’an Bell Tower Huimin Street Shop). The location is perfect – right next to the Muslim Quarter, with endless food options just outside the door. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and there was a convenient DiDi pick-up point nearby which made getting around Xi’an very easy. Our room was modern, clean and comfortable with a good view of the Drum Tower. If you’re visiting Xi’an and want a clean, modern hotel in the heart of the action, this is an excellent choice. "My husband took our child and his parents on a trip, and I booked this hotel for them. My in-laws praised it multiple times, insisting I leave a good review. They said the room was large, clean, and tidy. The owner was incredibly warm and even provided pick-up and drop-off service at the train station, and gave everyone a bottle of water when they left. Yesterday, they asked again if I had left the review, and I told them I'd write it tomorrow when I had time. It's rare for them to be so impressed, and with such an affordable room price, it's truly great value for money."

"Extremely satisfied with this hotel! The location is fantastic, right next to the Drum Tower and a subway station. The bedding was clean and hygienic, and despite being on a main street, it wasn't noisy at all – the soundproofing was excellent.
Special shout-out to the ladies at the front desk! They were so welcoming and helpful, assisting us with luggage storage and patiently confirming our check-in time. They were absolutely wonderful! That's why we chose this hotel again! Hope the boss gives them a bonus!!!"

"My short weekend trip to Xi'an was made even better by my stay at the Jingxin Hotel, which exceeded all expectations. Its location is a major highlight, right in the heart of a bustling residential area. The metro is just a few minutes away, providing direct access to all the major attractions. Plus, there are tons of local eateries nearby, so you don't have to queue up at famous old-school restaurants.
The room came equipped with a 'Xiao Du' smart speaker, allowing for full smart home integration. I could control everything with voice commands, easily switching between scenes for a midday nap, binge-watching shows, or getting ready for bed – it was all so simple to use. The smart toilet in the bathroom was fantastic; the heated seat was perfect for any season, and it offered various washing modes with warm air drying, leaving no unpleasant odors. The dry-wet separation in the bathroom meant no water stains, and it was impeccably clean.

Upon learning that I had already left the city, they kindly packaged the glasses and arranged for shipping, tracking the entire process. From the environment and cleanliness to the staff's service, everything was outstanding. There was no rigid, formulaic service; you could genuinely feel the sincerity in every interaction. HH2O_cfMy stay is on the 15th floor with a mini window and a very comfortable bed. They have separate wash from for bath and toilet , while the wash place is outside the toilet. Check out time given was up to 2pm. Convenient and near to metro station within 5 minute walk. Just the floor is an old style make it feel dirty but is clean .

GGuest UserThis was my first stay at an Ibis hotel, and what impressed me most was how clean and tidy everything was. Although the bathroom was a bit small, it was spotless. The room didn't have a shower cap, but you could pick one up at the front desk. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, and I slept really well. Hot water came quickly. The shower head and breakfast weren't particularly great, but the overall cleanliness and tidiness more than made up for these minor shortcomings. The front desk staff were also very enthusiastic and friendly, even giving out small gifts.

GGuest UserGreat location, really easy to get around the city from thé hotel. Friendly staff, some speak english, some happy to communicate through translation apps, and are clearly used to that. Washing machine and dryer available too which was helpful. They also allowed us to pay on the day for breakfast, which we hadn’t booked.

SShuriyatiThe hotel ia strategic, near and easy access to all the scenic area. Food is not a problem since the shopping street is surrounding the hotel area. We have a great time staying there. The host has been very helpful and friendly during our entire stay. Laundry services is also available at the hotel and it’s convenient for us. If you are tired from walking at the scenic area, the lower ground shop-lot have lot off massage parlours where you can relax after the hectic day. The owners’ cats are so cute and super friendly and being and additional friends for us 😍

GGuest UserThe B&B's location is fantastic, super close to the Bell Tower and Muslim Quarter! It's right next to the ancient city wall, which was a major reason I chose this place. The overall decor is a lovely Chinese style, with two courtyards! There's also a beautiful rooftop terrace – sitting up there with a coffee, just chilling out, is incredibly enjoyable. The bed in the room was really comfortable, and the room itself was very spacious! All in all, I'd definitely stay here again next time.

GGuest UserThe hotel environment is very comfortable and cozy. The room is clean and tidy, the bedding is very comfortable, and there's plenty of hot water. The cleaning staff are also very enthusiastic. The front desk check-in was fast and professional, with warm service. They even proactively offered us a local tourist map for reference. The washing machines in the laundry room were easy to use, and clothes could be worn directly after drying. The facilities are complete and very new, and the TV supports screen mirroring. Breakfast was delicious, with local specialties like 'liangpi' (cold noodles) and freshly ground coffee. The Hanfu (traditional Chinese clothing) makeup and styling experience was also great. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit Xi'an.

It's a shared ride in a clean minibus, and everyone gets their own seat. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, proactively offering assistance. The room was spacious and spotless, with a great wet/dry separation in the bathroom. The breakfast had a wide variety of options, including delicious fresh Italian coffee. The restaurant staff were also excellent; even though I was a bit late, they waited for me to finish my meal. It was just a one-day layover in Xi'an, but it was a wonderful trip, and I hope to come back again.
