"Traveling in Xi'an with my family, our flight was rescheduled to an early morning departure, so we booked an airport hotel directly to make the morning less rushed. After reading fellow travelers' reviews, which turned out to be incredibly accurate, we were pleasantly surprised by the hotel – it exceeded our expectations! The high ratings are truly well-deserved. The hotel lobby is beautiful, and they even thoughtfully provided a late-night snack. The room was very stylish, exactly my preferred aesthetic. In the morning, the front desk staff meticulously called each room to give a wake-up call, and the hotel arranged a shuttle bus to the airport at fixed times. Breakfast was plentiful and started at 6:30 AM – hats off to the kitchen staff! The value for money is outstanding. Every honest review serves as an excellent guide for future guests and also helps shape the hotel's operational focus."

"We had a fantastic stay at Orange Hotel (Xi’an Bell Tower Huimin Street Shop). The location is perfect – right next to the Muslim Quarter, with endless food options just outside the door. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and there was a convenient DiDi pick-up point nearby which made getting around Xi’an very easy. Our room was modern, clean and comfortable with a good view of the Drum Tower. If you’re visiting Xi’an and want a clean, modern hotel in the heart of the action, this is an excellent choice. We would happily stay here again."

"This Mountain View homestead overlooks Huashan mountain. The views are incredible from both the room and the restaurant. The food is delicious. Some of the best I’ve had in China! Extremely comfortable beds too. They offer a free pick-up and drop-off service to the train stations and also to the Huashan scenic area, which is only a 5 min walk away. No need to rise too early!
The family here have been extremely accommodating and friendly. I don’t speak Chinese and I am travelling alone. Luckily a smartphone allows communication and the family have really used it to make me feel at home. They have made me feel so comfortable when I’m so far from my friends and family. Everybody has greeted me with a smile and they have offered me so much. I ate here every day and they have a beautiful cat that I had the honour of brushing.
I would highly recommend this home stay for anyone visiting the region. It is in a quiet calm place compared to the hustle and bustle of Chinese cities. If I ever come back here I will definitely stay here again. 5 stars is the minimum allowed but I would give this place 10 stars if I could."

"My husband took our child and his parents on a trip, and I booked this hotel for them. My in-laws praised it multiple times, insisting I leave a good review. They said the room was large, clean, and tidy. The owner was incredibly warm and even provided pick-up and drop-off service at the train station, and gave everyone a bottle of water when they left. Yesterday, they asked again if I had left the review, and I told them I'd write it tomorrow when I had time. It's rare for them to be so impressed, and with such an affordable room price, it's truly great value for money."

"My short weekend trip to Xi'an was made even better by my stay at the Jingxin Hotel, which exceeded all expectations. Its location is a major highlight, right in the heart of a bustling residential area. The metro is just a few minutes away, providing direct access to all the major attractions. Plus, there are tons of local eateries nearby, so you don't have to queue up at famous old-school restaurants.
The room came equipped with a 'Xiao Du' smart speaker, allowing for full smart home integration. I could control everything with voice commands, easily switching between scenes for a midday nap, binge-watching shows, or getting ready for bed – it was all so simple to use. The smart toilet in the bathroom was fantastic; the heated seat was perfect for any season, and it offered various washing modes with warm air drying, leaving no unpleasant odors. The dry-wet separation in the bathroom meant no water stains, and it was impeccably clean.
Overall, the facilities are brand new, and the environment is quiet. My two-day trip was incredibly comfortable. I highly recommend it to anyone planning a short weekend getaway to Xi'an."

"This hotel is great, very new, newly renovated, fully automated, with a very clear projector. All the toiletries are brand new and sealed, not bottled. The front desk staff are excellent, and the owner is very kind. During my layover in Yulin, I felt the warmth of this city. This place is very convenient. It's very close to the food street, Confucius Temple, and the old street; it's right in the city center. A truly excellent location."

I accidentally left my prescription glasses in the room, and when I called for help, the front desk staff were incredibly friendly and quickly assisted in locating them. Upon learning that I had already left the city, they kindly packaged the glasses and arranged for shipping, tracking the entire process. From the environment and cleanliness to the staff's service, everything was outstanding. There was no rigid, formulaic service; you could genuinely feel the sincerity in every interaction. HH2O_cfMy stay is on the 15th floor with a mini window and a very comfortable bed. They have separate wash from for bath and toilet , while the wash place is outside the toilet. Check out time given was up to 2pm. Convenient and near to metro station within 5 minute walk. Just the floor is an old style make it feel dirty but is clean .

GGuest UserThis was my first stay at an Ibis hotel, and what impressed me most was how clean and tidy everything was. Although the bathroom was a bit small, it was spotless. The room didn't have a shower cap, but you could pick one up at the front desk. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, and I slept really well. Hot water came quickly. The shower head and breakfast weren't particularly great, but the overall cleanliness and tidiness more than made up for these minor shortcomings. The front desk staff were also very enthusiastic and friendly, even giving out small gifts.

GGuest UserGreat location, really easy to get around the city from thé hotel. Friendly staff, some speak english, some happy to communicate through translation apps, and are clearly used to that. Washing machine and dryer available too which was helpful. They also allowed us to pay on the day for breakfast, which we hadn’t booked.

The location is absolutely amazing. It's a 5-minute walk to the Huaqing Palace scenic area, and you're right there as soon as you exit A at Huaqingchi Metro Station. In the evenings, it's just an 8-minute walk to Xidajie (West Street) to explore the night market, which is packed with super lively food stalls. The room's mattress is a King Koil, and the pillows are the same memory foam ones used at Atour Hotels – once you lie down, you won't want to get up. The rooftop skylight design adds a fantastic ambiance.
The biggest surprise was the terrace. It faces directly onto the 'Song of Everlasting Sorrow' performance venue, so you don't need to buy tickets or brave the crowds; you can enjoy the entire show right from the terrace. The view is superb, though the sound is a little distant. The stay also includes afternoon tea and a ceremonial breakfast. The breakfast features local specialties, with a wide variety, and is served until 12 PM – perfect for late risers! Enjoying tea by the fire pit on the terrace is incredibly relaxing, and the snacks are delicious too.
The owner has three cats, making it pet-friendly. The location, service, and attention to detail are all impeccable. If you want to explore Huaqing Palace and see the show without dealing with crowds, this is the perfect choice!

GGuest UserThe B&B's location is fantastic, super close to the Bell Tower and Muslim Quarter! It's right next to the ancient city wall, which was a major reason I chose this place. The overall decor is a lovely Chinese style, with two courtyards! There's also a beautiful rooftop terrace – sitting up there with a coffee, just chilling out, is incredibly enjoyable. The bed in the room was really comfortable, and the room itself was very spacious! All in all, I'd definitely stay here again next time.

GGuest UserThe hotel environment is very comfortable and cozy. The room is clean and tidy, the bedding is very comfortable, and there's plenty of hot water. The cleaning staff are also very enthusiastic. The front desk check-in was fast and professional, with warm service. They even proactively offered us a local tourist map for reference. The washing machines in the laundry room were easy to use, and clothes could be worn directly after drying. The facilities are complete and very new, and the TV supports screen mirroring. Breakfast was delicious, with local specialties like 'liangpi' (cold noodles) and freshly ground coffee. The Hanfu (traditional Chinese clothing) makeup and styling experience was also great. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit Xi'an.

IIkaahThe hotel is really beautiful, clean and spacious rooms with floor to ceiling windows. The hotel customer service is also very attentive and helpful. But also I loved the restaurant with the roof top bar, varieties of drinks for different vibes from day time to night time. At night the bar is very beautiful with all the lighting. There's also a beautiful pool which I think it would be so convenient in the summer time.

GGuest UserThey offer a complimentary airport pick-up service, so you can head straight to the hotel after collecting your luggage. It's a shared ride in a clean minibus, and everyone gets their own seat. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, proactively offering assistance. The room was spacious and spotless, with a great wet/dry separation in the bathroom. The breakfast had a wide variety of options, including delicious fresh Italian coffee. The restaurant staff were also excellent; even though I was a bit late, they waited for me to finish my meal. It was just a one-day layover in Xi'an, but it was a wonderful trip, and I hope to come back again.
