The staff at the hotel welcomed us warmly. The young lady that check in for us was polite and friendly and offered great travel tips. When we checked out the next morning, a young man served us. He too treated us respectfully and even made us coffee. When we left, he gave us some snacks. Compliments to the staff.
The room was spacious and clean. Shower and toilet worked well. The bed was really comfortable. Though some mentioned about noise from flying aircraft, we didn't hear it. We had a good sleep.
Breakfast was included. Sufficient variety and good enough for a satisfying breakfast.
All in all, and good start to our trip to Xian. We highly recommend Hotel Moon."

"Straight up the best hotel that I have stayed in China. The location is perfect right next to the Muslim quarter where you can walk around and get different types of food. It's also close to three different really amazing restaurants that we tried. We're able to get two beds for my wife and my 10 year old son. As for the hotel amenities, it's really amazing. Excellent showers, Strong water pressure. Great breakfast food, made it easy for us to get food early in the morning before we go on tours. They even had takeaway boxes. Also the AC was excellent. And the room had voice control to close blinds and TV. Free washer and dryer made it really easy for us to get our laundry done. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Honestly, what else do you want? I've traveled extensively in the US and have never had this kind of service. Here's a picture of how close we are to the drum Tower."

"My husband took our child and his parents on a trip, and I booked this hotel for them. My in-laws praised it multiple times, insisting I leave a good review. They said the room was large, clean, and tidy. The owner was incredibly warm and even provided pick-up and drop-off service at the train station, and gave everyone a bottle of water when they left. Yesterday, they asked again if I had left the review, and I told them I'd write it tomorrow when I had time. It's rare for them to be so impressed, and with such an affordable room price, it's truly great value for money."

"Extremely satisfied with this hotel! The location is fantastic, right next to the Drum Tower and a subway station. The bedding was clean and hygienic, and despite being on a main street, it wasn't noisy at all – the soundproofing was excellent.
Special shout-out to the ladies at the front desk! They were so welcoming and helpful, assisting us with luggage storage and patiently confirming our check-in time. They were absolutely wonderful! That's why we chose this hotel again! Hope the boss gives them a bonus!!!"

"My short weekend trip to Xi'an was made even better by my stay at the Jingxin Hotel, which exceeded all expectations. Its location is a major highlight, right in the heart of a bustling residential area. The metro is just a few minutes away, providing direct access to all the major attractions. Plus, there are tons of local eateries nearby, so you don't have to queue up at famous old-school restaurants.
The room came equipped with a 'Xiao Du' smart speaker, allowing for full smart home integration. I could control everything with voice commands, easily switching between scenes for a midday nap, binge-watching shows, or getting ready for bed – it was all so simple to use. The smart toilet in the bathroom was fantastic; the heated seat was perfect for any season, and it offered various washing modes with warm air drying, leaving no unpleasant odors. "This hotel is great, very new, newly renovated, fully automated, with a very clear projector. All the toiletries are brand new and sealed, not bottled. The front desk staff are excellent, and the owner is very kind. During my layover in Yulin, I felt the warmth of this city. This place is very convenient. It's very close to the food street, Confucius Temple, and the old street; it's right in the city center. A truly excellent location."

"This stay was exceptionally heartwarming, truly showcasing the hotel's genuine and attentive service, far from a perfunctory, conveyor-belt-like reception. During this rushed trip, I accidentally left a USB drive containing important work documents in my room. I only realized it long after checking out, which made me quite anxious. I immediately called the front desk, and the staff patiently calmed me down. They promptly contacted housekeeping to search every corner of the room. Within just ten minutes, my lost USB drive was found. Considering I had already left and it would be inconvenient for me to return, the staff proactively offered to keep it safe for me and clearly explained two convenient options for retrieval: pickup or mail. Their communication throughout was gentle and patient, without any hint of impatience – efficient and responsible. Aside from this, the overall hotel experience was also outstanding. The room was clean and tidy, with complete and well-maintained facilities. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the public areas were clean and odor-free. The breakfast selection was rich and delicious. More than the clean environment, it was this thoughtful, empathetic, and heartwarming service that truly moved me. The fatigue of travel was completely cured by the hotel's gentle service. It offers excellent value for money, and I genuinely recommend it. I will prioritize staying here again on my next trip."

HH2O_cfMy stay is on the 15th floor with a mini window and a very comfortable bed. They have separate wash from for bath and toilet , while the wash place is outside the toilet. Check out time given was up to 2pm. Convenient and near to metro station within 5 minute walk. Just the floor is an old style make it feel dirty but is clean .

GGuest UserThe room was tiny with poor ventilation, and the air conditioning was incredibly loud. The bathroom had a lot of stubborn black grime, and there were even stains on the pillowcases.
It's an old hotel, really just banking on its location. When booking on the app, they don't specify the room type. Upon arrival, I was told there were no windows, or rather, the window opened into a corridor, making air circulation poor. If I wanted an outside-facing window, I'd have to pay extra.
Parking was insufficient, so I had to park in the neighboring complex and pay separately – 3 yuan an hour, which they called a 'special rate.'
Overall, it was a particularly bad experience. I paid budget hotel prices for a stay that felt more like a 4-star hotel in terms of cost, but certainly not quality.

GGuest UserGreat location, really easy to get around the city from thé hotel. Friendly staff, some speak english, some happy to communicate through translation apps, and are clearly used to that. Washing machine and dryer available too which was helpful. They also allowed us to pay on the day for breakfast, which we hadn’t booked.

SShuriyatiThe hotel ia strategic, near and easy access to all the scenic area. Food is not a problem since the shopping street is surrounding the hotel area. We have a great time staying there. The host has been very helpful and friendly during our entire stay. Laundry services is also available at the hotel and it’s convenient for us. If you are tired from walking at the scenic area, the lower ground shop-lot have lot off massage parlours where you can relax after the hectic day. The owners’ cats are so cute and super friendly and being and additional friends for us 😍

GGuest UserThe B&B's location is fantastic, super close to the Bell Tower and Muslim Quarter! It's right next to the ancient city wall, which was a major reason I chose this place. The overall decor is a lovely Chinese style, with two courtyards! There's also a beautiful rooftop terrace – sitting up there with a coffee, just chilling out, is incredibly enjoyable. The bed in the room was really comfortable, and the room itself was very spacious! All in all, I'd definitely stay here again next time.

The cleaning staff are also very enthusiastic. The front desk check-in was fast and professional, with warm service. They even proactively offered us a local tourist map for reference. The washing machines in the laundry room were easy to use, and clothes could be worn directly after drying. The facilities are complete and very new, and the TV supports screen mirroring. Breakfast was delicious, with local specialties like 'liangpi' (cold noodles) and freshly ground coffee. The Hanfu (traditional Chinese clothing) makeup and styling experience was also great. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit Xi'an.

法法国狼I really liked my stay at his hotel. It’s extremely well located, walking distance to the bell tower (and the subway) and to the Muslim quarter (and therefore many food options). As it was my first time in Xi’an, the location couldn’t be more perfect. It’s located on one of the busiest streets of the city (although slightly tucked to the side in front of a bunch of trees with locals hanging out in the shade), but despite that, the sound of the streets was not a problem at night, it was quite faint, the window soundproofing is very good. If anything the soundproofing between rooms could be a bit better, I could sometimes hear my neighbors TV, but nothing that stopped me from sleeping (and I’m a light sleeper). My room was big, modern and very confortable. The view is not shown on any of the hotel photos so I was expecting something not great, but actually the window gave out on the trees in front of the hotel, which was nice. Overall cleanness was good, except for a hair next to the hinge of the toilet that i saw immediately when I opened the lid for the first time, but oh well, mistakes happen. Apart from that, the room was cleaned each day, with towels being changed and water being restocked, so it felt nice going back to the room each time after a long day. The front desk was extremely nice to me and helpful, despite the language barrier. The front desk even had some of my shirts washed after I dropped them in the morning and gave them back to me cleaned when I returned at night, at no extra cost. That was truly really helpful as I stupidly had not brought enough shirts for my trip, so thank you for that! One thing that could be improved is the “free airport pick up”advertised on their page. My wife who is Chinese got in touch with the person organizing the rides to arrange one for me, but it seemed very complicated for them to do it since I was a foreigner and didn’t speak fluent Chinese. Ultimately i gave up on the idea, i just wish this service would be available to everyone, Chinese or not. Or if not possible, maybe don’t advertise it on the English trip.com page of the hotel.
