It was pleasant stay their, In morning breakfast so good, in evening also they keep cold drink, coffee, biscuits,noodle , bread 🥪, overall it's good experience. Staff is very good and humble 🙂.

I will stay here for 5 days and 4 nights when I go back to my hometown to sweep graves. As a hotel that has been operating for more than 10 years, the depreciation situation is not bad. There is a bath. The hotel manager also provided breakfast for all residential days. There are cartoon-shaped bags that children like. There are not many choices for breakfast, but the taste is very good and authentic. Snacks/or fruits are also provided in the evening. The service attitude is good. Near Dehui Plaza and City Hall, the address is very convenient.

The room is big and well equipped, but the price is unstable. It costs more than 20 yuan to stay the next day. I changed places.

This is my first time visiting Shishi, this is really a treasure hotel! The service attitude at the front desk is very good, and the auntie in the room service is also very nice. The room is clean and tidy, highly recommended!

Shishi Jinjing Hotel is located in a bustling downtown area with a very advantageous geographical location. It is very convenient for shopping and tasting local food, which is worthy of recognition. The attitude and efficiency of the hotel's front desk staff are impressive. They have demonstrated good professionalism and customer service awareness, making the check-in reception process quite smooth. However, at the same time, the hotel's performance in other aspects is obviously insufficient. First of all, the parking lot management and service are not satisfactory. Not only are the parking spaces tight, but the relevant service processes may not be standardized, which has brought many inconveniences to self-driving guests and reduced the accommodation experience. Secondly, the sanitary conditions are indeed worrying. The carpet in the guest room is obviously lacking in cleanliness and the stains are conspicuous, which not only affects the visual perception, but also has a direct impact on the sanitation of the living environment, which does not meet the standards of high-quality hotels. In addition, the problem of the internal structure and layout of the hotel has also caused a certain degree of trouble. The hotel shares the same elevator with the KTV and foot bath downstairs, resulting in mixed traffic at night, and the noise problem is particularly prominent, which seriously affects the rest quality of the guests staying in the hotel. This design obviously does not fully consider the sound insulation and privacy requirements between different functional areas, which is undoubtedly a pity for business or leisure travelers seeking quiet and comfortable. In summary, although Shishi Jinjing Hotel has a good location and excellent front desk service, it urgently needs to improve parking management, room hygiene and public area order to improve the overall service level and customer satisfaction.

The hotel is in a very good location, with free parking. There are various businesses and snacks downstairs, not far from Bagua Street. Although the hotel is a bit old, the room is large, clean, and the bedding is very comfortable. The front desk also gave two breakfasts and welcome fruits. The point is that the breakfast is very rich at such a cheap price. Later, I stayed for another night. It was great!

I came to Shishi to play and booked this hotel. It was cost-effective. It cost more than 200 yuan. The room was large and the hygiene was not bad. The most important thing was that the service attitude was very good. The front desk would enthusiastically provide help. The hotel environment was also good and it was close to the shopping mall.

➡優點： 1.環境乾淨整潔，新開的酒店，設施很新； 2.餐廳提供了免費宵夜，品類不多但是味道很好，這個服務值得點贊，餐廳環境設計也很nice; ➡不足： 衞生間是獨立的，洗手枱在一進門的位置，方便梳粧，但是如果同行的旅客要早起洗漱，開燈會影響房間其他人，這個看個人，不算缺點但是個人而言不喜歡。 ➡缺點： 1.所住房間風機聲音特別響！吵的睡不着（聽視頻）！ 2.服務很有問題，我們因為這個聲音問題實在睡不着，打給前台反饋情況，接線人員説“我們亞朵都是這樣的”，這是第一個讓我覺得搞笑的地方。 隨後要求酒店派人過來房間自己感受，來的女生説因為滿房，衹有一間房可以換。提供的房間在高層，且那一側的房間是迎風麪，當晚風特別大，換這個房間可能被外面的風吵醒，所以我們沒換。最後提供的解決方案是“給耳塞，然後明天會反饋給經理”，女生表示自己權限不夠，衹能換房或者給耳塞，其他要等明天8點經理上班了才能跟進。結果第二天也沒人聯繫我們，更別提跟進解決問題，完完全全就是把人晾着，知道你不爽，但是就是不管你。 我們因為當晚沒睡好，第二天都很沒精神，坐車暈車，去景點也無精打采，行程受到很大影響，中午實在頂不住回酒店休息，主動要求延遲退房兩個小時，這點前台是同意了。但是考慮到整體服務，本來最後一個晚上也預訂的亞朵，當天我們直接取消預訂，也取消了行程，真的很令人失望！ 我和朋友都不是第一次住亞朵，也不是第一次住品牌酒店，這個亞朵的服務和解決問題能力實在是見過最差的！過來亞朵之前我們住另一個品牌酒店，入住的時候前台小姐姐提！前！告！知！附近有工程施工，第二天八點半開始可能有施工噪音，為了補償給我們贈送了早餐，這種為客人切身考慮的服務態度好好學學吧😅
