My experience at windsor hotel shimla is good ,nice and clean rooms ,food is good and tasty ,polite staff, and specially manager mr.jai prakash is so nice humble and so much help full Problem is only stairs to the hotel which is very down to the entry of hotel and old people can't do up and down very easily Plus point is it is near to Mall road you can walk but not easy for old people or person who can't climb stairs easily For youngsters it is nice place to stay Best price hygienic nice staff clean rooms Contact mr. Jai prakash he is very nice and helpfull if you stay here at windsor shimla

The best experience we had in our last leg of stay in India after travelling for 7 weeks throughout India in last week of March ‘2023. A small cozy hotel with immaculate clean rooms, well decorated and furnished, good food and very friendly helpful staff. It is away from crowded city Hotels but still part of Simla and located in secluded very quiet scenic neighborhood. To top it off the owner lives in Bungalow next door to take care of any special needs of yours and we did took advantage of it, he was gracious enough to arrange camp fire and Barbecue for us on short notice. We would highly recommend this place for a good lifetime experience at budget price. Rooms: Good-sized rooms with view and Balcony. Immaculate clean bathroom with all amenities including coffee and tea available in room. Unlike many places we stayed had plenty of outlets to hook up your gadgets. Nearby activities: Secluded quite neighborhood yet close to central part of Shimla with all activities. Safety: Being a small Hotel in secluded forest like environment and owner living in next door Bungalow, It can’t be any more safer. Walkability: Not too far or close from Mall (Shimla central district). For a walking enthusiast Mall is only 30 Minutes’ walk. Cabs are easily available. Food & drinks: Hotel has in house Kitchen with a good Chef and good taste of Indian dishes. With short notice you can enjoy Barbecue or anything special you need or want to eat and not on regular Menu. Noteworthy details: The management bent backwards to serve you and take care of any special needs you have. The best part was for management to arrange for us Shimla Walk with a well-known travel writer, historian and guide Sumit Raj and founder of Shimlawalk.com. It was the best guided walk we ever had.

It's great property with colonial Castle charm. The view from the property is mesmerizing . Food is quite homely style with balanced taste and above that the hospitality is commendable. They served us till quite late without any reluctance . From front desk to house keeping every staff of the property had welcoming gesture. Must visit property far from hustle of city crowd with great weather . All the best team galleu !

I booked to stay for 5 days at the Hotel Kapil. My room was simply stunning. No other way to put it. The bed was so comfortable and warm, the room and the bathroom were spotless. The view from my window was epic; an endless vista over the valley and far off mountains. The staff go out of their way to welcome you and make sure your every comfort is attended to. Room service food was delicious and served with a smile. Plenty of hot water available throughout my stay. Tea and coffee making facilities included in the room. This hotel was quite possibly the best place I stayed in during my entire 3 month tour of India. Thank you to all the team and Namaste

Away from the busy street's with a 10 mins drive from the mall road, we had an amazing stay for 02 nights. Mr. Anil from front desk, Mr. Manmohan and Mr. Punit from F&B took great care of us. Given a spacious room, with good meal package. Highly recommended for a tranquil stay.
