The customer service was top notch, check in and out process was smooth! The room was nice and exactly the same as the picture posted. Hotel also provided free usage of the mini bar.

The hotel environment is OK! Clean and tidy! The hygiene is also very good. There are no cockroaches, bugs, or dust when staying in the hotel. The corners should be cleaned every day. The aunt will take the initiative to clean the room. The location is very good. It is 300 meters away from the subway entrance and shopping is also convenient

As a country bumpkin who just came to Shenzhen, I was really flattered! I asked where to go for fun and he introduced me to the famous attractions in Shenzhen in detail. It's a pity that the weather has not been very good these days. Haha. The location of the hotel is also good. There are also food and entertainment around, and the transportation is relatively convenient. Overall, this Vienna hotel is very cost-effective at this price, and the stay experience is great. The room is tidy, the floor is relatively quiet, and the waiters are friendly. We wanted to get an extra room card, and they took the initiative to assist us. Thank you. There is KK Mall nearby, which is convenient for shopping and dining. There are restaurants and supermarkets... etc. The facilities nearby this hotel are quite ideal.

The staff at Atour Hotel Shenzhen Luohu Diwang, especially Ruo Guan, provided outstanding service during our stay. From a friendly greeting at check-in to arrangements for luggage storage when taking an excursion to Hong Kong, the staff was exceptional and efficient in meeting our every need. We chose this hotel because of its central location in Shenzhen, and found it to be very conveniently located near Grand Theatre Subway Station and a variety of neighborhood shops and two large shopping malls all within easy walking distance from the hotel. We also made use of the hotel's self-service guest laundry which was a much welcomed amenity during our two week vacation.

Clean and sanitary, with good ventilation from north to south. It was very comfortable in the cool autumn weather. I was not familiar with the surrounding area, but the front desk answered my questions patiently. Thank you, I will come again next time.

The view from the window of our room was excellent. We also enjoyed the fruits bought on the way we walked from the train station. The buffet breakfast also one of the best part on our stay. The only thing needed to be improve was the washroom which has old tiles on the floor and walls. It was clean though.

I usually stay at Shangri-La Shenzhen during my business trips for its proximity and is always my choice even for my personal trips. Even if I only swing by Shenzhen for a day trip, I will definitely have my dim sum breakfast in 香宫 before moving off to next destination. This time round, I had a last minute booking for my birthday celebration and was pleasantly surprised by the hand written note from Cheng Li - the Guest relationship officer. Cheng Li wished me a happy birthday and prepared a delicious cheese cake which was considerately stored in the fridge for me. The room is also decorated with a handmade artwork using towels which symbolized my Chinese horoscope! I am very impressed by the details and effort. I will of course continue to stay at Shangri-La Shenzhen whenever I am traveling to Shenzhen and will definitely recommend staying there to my peers!
