It's the highest-rated apartment in the city center, and it definitely lives up to the hype. From the moment I booked, the concierge was incredibly thoughtful: calling to confirm my arrival time and travel plans, giving me real-time weather updates for Shenzhen, adding me on WeChat to send precise location details, and even waiting downstairs when I arrived, helping me with my luggage up to the 6th floor. All the ladies at the front desk stood up to greet me, offered bottled water, and even escorted me to my room after check-in. This service truly puts five-star hotels to shame! The moment I opened the room door, I was genuinely surprised! The room was super spacious, the bedding was pristine and soft – lying on it felt like being enveloped by clouds. The hundred-inch screen with a projector and membership for streaming shows was amazing; I bought some fruits and wine to fill the fridge, and Shenzhen's summer heat instantly became manageable. The balcony even had a washing machine and detergent. Lounging there in the evening, enjoying the breeze and the street view, was so relaxing I didn't want to leave. And the transportation is absolutely fantastic! Downstairs are Metro Lines 1 and 10, making it super convenient to get to Futian Port and Futian High-Speed Rail Station. Across the street is Excellence Centre, and just a short walk or two metro stops away are Huangting Plaza and Shopping Park. All your dining, shopping, and entertainment needs are covered in one place – no need for an itinerary! What touched me the most was when my takeout order didn't come with utensils, and the restaurant staff were incredibly rude, making me so angry I wanted to throw my phone. I asked the concierge, and without a word, they immediately brought a set to my room, gently reminding me to reach out anytime I needed anything. In that moment, I was truly warmed by their kindness! "The hotel located in the CBD area, so it’s quiet during weekend which we enjoyed it. The staff is helpful. Breakfast spread is good with decent selections. The beef ball noodle is good. Room is spacious and no problem for us to open 2 big luggage at one time. We travel with taxi which is easier to get. Always there are taxi queuing outside the hotel. Most of the Didi that we booked cancel our ride and time wasted for the other driver to come. So taxi is better option by showing them the address."
