"This hotel is all looks, no substance. The design is stunning, but the actual experience is severely lacking and doesn't live up to the Hyatt Centric brand. Upon arrival, carrying heavy luggage, there were no other guests, but the bellhop just stood there, observing coldly, with no greeting or offer of help. It made me wonder if you only qualify as a guest if you have a suitcase. During check-in, the front desk specifically mentioned that the minibar was only complimentary for the first use, and refills wouldn't be. However, when housekeeping cleaned the room, they completely emptied and refilled the minibar, even replacing a drink I had half-finished and put in the fridge. Here's a rather ironic contrast: moss and grime were clearly visible in the sink drain, completely unattended, while the minibar was cleaned with 'spotless' thoroughness. The镂空 (open-design) balcony gets drenched when it rains, staying damp and never fully drying. Placing a fabric sofa there shows a complete disregard for usability in that environment. The breakfast setup, a combination of buffet and à la carte, was very awkward. During peak hours, the à la carte dishes were incredibly slow to arrive and completely lacked any sense of refinement. They should either stick to a traditional buffet or fully commit to a refined individual dining experience, not try to do both poorly. Around 9-10 PM, the lobby bar was extremely noisy, with guests speaking loudly. The hotel made no effort to reduce noise or maintain order, and the din echoed throughout, completely destroying the quiet, upscale ambiance the hotel should have. All staff displayed a professional smile, but it felt superficial and distant, like a 'smiling tiger.' There was an underlying sense of condescension, as if they were judging guests, which was particularly noticeable at the front desk. I wonder if the lack of local competition has allowed them to inflate prices while lowering service standards. It's a shame about such good design. If the service doesn't match, even the most beautiful hotel won't retain guests."
