Family-friendly Hotels in Shaoxing

Clear and comfortable . Breakfast is good. Personal are suave. Bedding is also quite good. I was there for business trip. Next time gonna go again.

Had a good and comfortable stay here. Staffs were friendly and helpful. The only drawback is the WiFi connection - not sure why but it didn't work even after the front desk staff helped to register. Had to rely on roaming data which usually gets used up before the day ended. Breakfast was a good spread but I sticked to fruits, green salads, boiled eggs and coffee - trying to avoid as much non-halal as possible. About 15 mins drive to textile city. Fair amount of Arab restaurants around textile city. I'll usually order for takeaway and reheat using the room's microwave.

Shaoxing is one of my favorite cities, and I always want to stay here for a while. This time, I finally chose the Italian castle between the sunny Tuscany and the petty bourgeoisie Xinchang Anlan. Let me give a truthful evaluation of the good and unsatisfactory things. Let's talk about the good things first: 1. The location is really good. I felt very comfortable driving all the way from the gate when I arrived on the first day. 2. The boss has good taste. The original flavors of Italy are concentrated, from the exterior to the interior. 3. Some waiters are still good. Unsatisfactory (prompted me to leave the hotel early): 1. When I had breakfast the next day, I contacted Ctrip to ask to leave the hotel early because the attitude of the breakfast waiters was really bad. Not only did they not smile, they did not collect the plates in time, did not turn on the air conditioner, and did not restock the milk after drinking it. The climax happened when a young lady at the next table screamed halfway through her meal because a cockroach climbed onto her thighs and ate together. 2. I emphasize again that I am very disappointed with the service of this hotel every day when I go to have breakfast. The service staff of the entire hotel gives people the feeling that they have no smiles and do not care much about whether the guests are satisfied. 3. Finally, let's talk about the details, which make this external hardware lose popularity: a/ The swimming pool is not clean enough, the disinfection pool is useless, and the sauna room has been requisitioned as a storage room; b/ There is a license plate recognition system at the door, but every time you enter or exit, a lady with a stiff tone asks you who you are with a stern face, for fear that you don't know that the service of this hotel is average; c/ This hotel really doesn't care whether the guests are satisfied. I asked Ctrip to check out early, and they asked me what I was dissatisfied with, and then said sorry to disappoint you (this era is so Buddhist, I'm a little envious).

The environment is very satisfactory. Ctrip has a promotion and bought a very favorable price. The courtyard villa we stayed in is great. We are traveling with friends. We have 2 villas. Because they need to be connected, we were given a room with several problems at first. Later, they were changed. Both rooms were upgraded. But I don't know where the upgrade is. The courtyard looks better than the previous room, but because the previous room is not connected, some vacant rooms have not been cleaned out and they said it would take about 2 hours, so we can only take the room given. On the first night of check-in, the child fell off the bed and had a bump on his head. The fence was built on one side, and then the front desk said that it needed to be fenced off and they came to deal with it. They also asked us if we needed help or accompany us to the hospital, but the child was fine, so it was not necessary. I am still very satisfied with this. The environment and service are very good. I am still very satisfied, especially the environment. I plan to bring the elderly to play next time. Although this place is remote, it is very convenient to go everywhere, it is easy to call a taxi, and it is also convenient to eat, so it is still highly recommended.

The shuttle bus is very convenient and available on call. The front desk girl upgraded my room. It is very large and well-equipped. It is in Jinghu Park and has a good environment. The set meal includes afternoon tea, which is delivered to the room by the butler. I drank tea and rested for half a day. In the evening, desserts and thermos cups were delivered. The taste was good. The breakfast was very satisfactory and the service staff was very enthusiastic. The shuttle bus came to pick me up for breakfast. It was not far away, only about 100 meters. After breakfast, I took a walk and took some photos. It is mainly quiet and a good place to relax!

The hotel has a very good location. Go out from the side door of the lobby on the first floor and walk to Luzhen and Keyan Scenic Area for 5 minutes. The hotel is very big, and every room can see green through the windows. The hotel serves breakfast until 10 o'clock, which is very suitable for vacation. There are many kinds of breakfast and the waiters are all polite. When checking in, the front desk guy patiently arranged a room for us and showed us the room. When we checked out, he thoughtfully gave us a souvenir, slippers and water, which made us feel comfortable on the way back. A piece of fruit is given in the room every day, and two desserts are given in the evening. We stayed there for three nights and nothing was the same. All this reflects that the hotel's software services are excellent. Although the hotel's hardware is not outstanding, the excellent service awareness still makes me happy to recommend this hotel to my friends.

Great breakfast. Helpful staff. Comfortable bed. Good technology. No deposit required. I loved the gown in the room and it's design. The weather was warm. There was enough space to move around and the staff helped me with everything I asked them for.

Clean hotel, receptionists speak English, breakfast is great, easy to navigate location. We struggled to order food in the restaurant, no one speaks English but teahouse was exceptional, great experience

It is very close to Yangming's hometown, the hometown of the Sage of Calligraphy, and Cangqiao Street, all of which are about 15 minutes' walk. The scenery is pleasant, and the front desk service is convenient and fast. When we heard that we left the hotel early and could not have breakfast in the hotel, the front desk was very considerate to help us pack the meals and handed them to us in time when we left the hotel. The service was superb, whether it was the guest room, catering, or the front desk, the concierge, everyone greeted guests with a smile, thumbs up 👍🏻
