Gesang Zangyi Inn is really recommended. There are ladies picking you up at the gate of the ancient city. No matter how early you need them, they can help you get there. In the evening, when we returned to the homestay, the owner took out his plum wine to share with everyone. We roasted fire and chatted with friends from all over the world and shared what we saw and heard. I also talked a lot with a Dutch couple that day. I heard from the owner that this small courtyard has a history of 200 years. He has just taken over for half a year. It is very popular on foreign websites, so I often receive some foreign tourists.
The morning sunshine in the homestay is particularly good. The kitten "Guoba" is fattened by the owner. When we were leaving, the owner heard that we were going to drive to Meili Snow Mountain by ourselves, and reminded us to pay attention to safety. It was an amazing stay. The host made this place the best in our vacation. A friendly guy who offered us coffee and later even cooked for us twice. The food was amazing and we talked the rest of the night with him and the other guests. We had a blast and I would recommend this stay also for the very good location. We went on hikes and saw the old town. The hosts even brought is to the bus station when we had to leave!
