1. The location is good. - If you walk from the main gate, it's not very far, but you will need to climb a few stairs. For easier access by car, you can contact the hotel directly. - It's within walking distance to Dukezong and other shops. 2. The reception staff/owner was helpful. - As we were lost and I had an issue with my knee, the owner helped me carry my bags. - To catch the early train back to Kunming, the owner helped us by taking us to the train station. 3. The room was spacious, clean, and had a nice view.

First , no reply from them thru trips.com messages. Without proper communication ,i wouldn't know where to stop. There is no wechat provider for foreigners to communicate as well .The best way to walk to the hotel is thru "North Gate"/Bei Men . The location is actually top of the hill meaning requires a lot of step to the hotel ,of course its rewarded with good view from the hotel .But my mother cannot cope with the staircase . Room 203 - Water heater was very difficult to control, its either too hot or too cold .There are alot of sharp nails at the edge of the bed ,no idea what or where it from ,but its annoying every times i step near the bed and get the sharp pain. Walking to the main streets was near just required alot of stairs.
