Although we didn't speak the language, we were able to communicate via WeChat. After arriving at Hodogyeop trekking, I requested to have my clothes washed for free and they left them in front of the door. They also responded diligently to my inquiries about renting a motorcycle, purchasing a lost selfie stick, and recharging my Alipay card in cash due to issues with using it. They provided free tea in the lobby (tea with ginger in cola - it was very helpful for warming up my cold body after riding a motorcycle). The hotel's courtyard interior was also unique in the *** style (there was also Mani tea). Shangri-La is located in a highland area, so altitude sickness can be severe, but they provided medical oxygen tanks in the lobby (I tried the experience car: a disposable hose was inserted into the nose). Breakfast was also good, with local food. In particular, the spicy stir-fried vegetables such as cucumbers and peppers are very suitable for Koreans. I couldn't use the free airport and train station pick-up and drop-off service because of the time, but the service was good, such as making a reservation before use and confirming before departure. After the Hodogyeop trekking, you can get off at the Goseong Dongmun before the terminal when taking the Shangri-La bus. The location is also good, a 5-minute walk from the Dongmun. Goseong Square, food, and shopping streets are all accessible by road. There is a whirlpool bathtub in the room, but I didn't use it. There is a hot air blower on the top of the shower room, which is convenient on cold days.

The boss was very enthusiastic and turned on the floor heating at night. The room was really clean, but the surrounding environment of the hotel was not very good.

The location of the hotel is very good, right in Dukezong Town, and it is very convenient to enter and exit. The facilities are very new and the rooms are large. The area for guests to rest in the lobby is spacious enough. The boss puts fresh fruits in the lobby every day and cooks fruit tea, which feels very warm. The room, breakfast room and everywhere are very clean and tidy. The bathroom is equipped with disposable toilet seats, bath towels, and face towels, which are very safe to use. The breakfast is delicious 😋 Stir-fried dishes and side dishes have the taste of Sichuan cuisine, milk, soy milk, butter tea, millet porridge, white porridge, and barley cakes; we stayed for three nights and had three breakfasts. On the third day, we also had soft, sweet and fragrant Tremella soup for breakfast; the rice noodles are especially delicious, and we eat at least one bowl every day, sometimes for two nights. The hotel can also pick us up from the airport for free (make an appointment in advance); the boss personally drove us to eat toast banquets and watch local performances, which is very distinctive. The hotel is very pet-friendly. There are two cute dogs in the hotel 🐶~ Tangyuan and Doubao, and you can bring your pets to stay in the hotel. The hotel has floor heating when it is cold, so it is not cold. There is also a famous red wall at the entrance of the hotel, which is very convenient for taking photos. Parking is very convenient at the hotel. It really exceeded our expectations and is highly recommended!
