房間與圖片非常一致，但是！衞生間的熱水時有時無，且需要放很長一段時間的冷水才會有，洗澡洗得生無可戀啊。

As soon as I saw so many good reviews and photos of helpful owners in the comment section, I decided to book this place. Who knew that it was really painful for me for two consecutive nights? It said 24-hour hot water, but in fact there was none. We returned around 11 o'clock on the first night. Although we were not allowed to wash our hair or take a shower on the first day at the plateau, But we have been to places with higher altitudes, so we are not afraid. However, we just planned to simply rinse our bodies and take off our clothes while putting the water in. We regretted it because the water was still ice after being put in for a long time. Yes, it was ice. I couldn't bear it. I called my boss when she got cold (first picture). She said it couldn't be ice water. No one complained to her. She said it was too late and she couldn't come over. She asked me to be considerate of her. She would send someone over tomorrow to check. If If there is no hot water tomorrow, our room fee will be refunded. I said I don't care whether the room fee is refunded or not, I only care about whether there is hot water. But she kept saying that she couldn't solve it now and asked me to understand each other. Who would understand me who was freezing to death. In the end, she had no choice but to boil a pot of hot water and my friend and I simply washed. At noon the next day, I went back to the boss and explained that the water heater wire was broken yesterday and it has been repaired now. Okay. Seeing her attitude was so good, I would forgive the lack of hot water last night. There was hot water at noon, but when I got back in the evening, it was miserable. There was no hot water for a while. I thought, forget it, it is better than nothing. In this state, I took a shower, wet my hair and applied shampoo. At this time, there was no heat. Water! ! ! I shivered and drained the water for several minutes, but it was still ice cold. I couldn't call the boss (picture 2), but the boss didn't answer. Later, he asked my friend to go down to look for her, but she wasn't there. I stayed like this for nearly 20 minutes! ! Just got some hot water! Then rush out quickly. That night and later, my boss still didn't call me back. This is my first negative review! Really angry!
