This accommodation just opened in 2024, everything is new and clean, it was one of the best accommodation that we stayed this trip.
Host was really helpful throughout our stay there, he also has a really cute Samoyed puppy called Tangyuan who loves to play with the guest.
We felt so comfortable and well cared for during this trip, would wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation to locals/foreigners looking to stay near the ancient town :)

This is the most satisfying homestay in Shangri-La. The gate is very easy to find, right on the road, and there are restaurants on both sides, so you don't have to walk far to eat. And there is a very spacious small courtyard where you can rest and drink tea during the day. The room is decorated very stylishly. I was attracted by the decoration style and booked this place. The original wood-colored room is very textured. And there are oxygen concentrators, humidifiers, projectors in the room, and very complete living facilities, as well as cola and mineral water. The most important thing is that the boss is very enthusiastic! There is a car pick-up and drop-off, and we are also invited to drink tea and coffee when we arrive. We want to go out and play, and the boss also gave very good suggestions and helped us contact the car! And there is a super cute little Samoyed! If time is not tight, I want to stay in this house for two more days!

I would give this hotel 100 stars. Good location & Clean room. Most important things are hospitality and services. We are foreigners with zero in Chinese and hotel staff is not English speaking. We can communicate each other with translation app. Hotel’s coffee is much better than some cafe. Sometime in the evening we drink tea brewed by hotel owner. Also, they have 2 friendly and lovely dogs here
One is Border collie
Another one is Samoyed puppy.
We had pleasant stay at this hotel and will definitely come back 😊

Shangri-La was the last stop of my Yunnan trip, so I chose this place. I stayed there for one night in a hurry and didn't take any photos... but it was also a very satisfying stay.
