It was in a great location for what I needed. The room was clean and orderly. But I got in late, around 10, went to my room then the bar for a drink. They told me they were closed but to call the front desk for room service and they can help me. I tried to reach the front desk for room service at about 10:30-11:00pm and received no answer. I gave up on that. The breakfast was good. Both western and Chinese style. The view is great! They have a sauna and a steam room in the ladies room on the way to the pool. The pool is nice and was not overcrowded even though I visited during a holiday. Since I came late, they gave me late check out which was nice. I gave it a 4 out of 5 only because I could not reach the front desk for room service. Other than that it was a wonderful stay.

This hotel location is very strategic and staff very friendly, special thanks to frontdesk staff Yvonne to assist us to find 2 rooms in same floor as we come with friends and due to we booked 2 nights separately, she also helped us to combined it so that we do not need to change room again. She also teach us the direction how to walk to Yuyuan, thanks for the great service. There is another staff at level 1 who assisted us to order didi to go to 南京路步行街 but we forgot to ask for his name, thanks alot for your help too. You guys are awesome, keep it up!!!

The front desk service is very good, very patient, warm and thoughtful. The lobby is very beautiful, the flowers are real and delicate, and the surrounding transportation is also very convenient. It is a great experience to come here for dinner with friends.
