I’ve stayed at this hotel before and always had a positive experience. The staff are consistently polite and attentive, and the suite I stayed in this time was no exception—it was luxurious and offered a fantastic view.
However, I did encounter a few issues during this stay that could have been avoided with better attention to detail. First, the gym was under construction until mid-November, which was not disclosed when I made my reservation. Had I known this, I would have chosen a different hotel.
Additionally, the pillows in my room had a strong, unpleasant odor. Even after changing the pillowcases, the smell persisted. Thankfully, I was able to find one pillow without the odor, which I used for the duration of my stay, but this issue really impacted my comfort.
Lastly, for those sensitive to noise, I would not recommend this hotel. The cleaners were quite loud while working, and the room insulation is poor, allowing you to hear everything happening around you. For a hotel in this price range, I expected better soundproofing solutions.
