Compared with its price, the cost performance is not that high. The air conditioner in the room is broken. After six o'clock, I went downstairs to the lobby and found that the staff had gone off work. Oh, there is an additional charge for parking for guests.

Obwohl ich ungarische Verhältnisse erwartet habe war ich doch negativ überrascht. Hotel und Therme sind ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen und man sieht kein Interesse etwas zu reparieren. Das negative Highlight war aber leider das Essen. Hier kann ich nur einen Stern geben. Da habe ich schon oft in Ungarn viel besser gegessen. Service kam noch miserabel dazu.

Fiquei praticamente uma semana…. E posso dizer que: Possuem no geral atendentes simpáticos e muito educados. Infra estrutura muito boa. Acomodações espaçosas e bem limpas. Grande variedade de comida e bem saborosos! Mas poderia dar uma inovada nas sobremesas. Café da manhã com bastante diversidade. Acessibilidade para cadeirantes e pessoas idosas. Salas de reuniões amplas e com boa infraestrutura.

We come back to this hotel regularly and we are never disappointed. A nice place, friendly and helpful staff, delicious food, a hotel directly connected with the spa. During high season, there was a music performance in the lobby every night and the atmosphere was wonderful. Will 100% come back again!

As a family of 3 adults, we drove down for a 3 night stay. We chose this property as it was adjacent to the Thermal Spa. Our package had breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner as well as alcohol included. Our 2 rooms were on the 4th floor facing the reception area. Upon arrival, our check in was quick, and we had a handicapped person in our group, and with 2 handicapped parking spots right in front of the hotel, it made it easier to reach the entrance. There is nothing negative I can say about the hotel, aside from that we will not choose an all inclusive package again as it is really not needed. Now as far as the spa in concerned, I will write a separate review on their site as that has nothing to do with the hotel. We did find it very convenient to be able to walk in our robes directly to the spa itself. The hotel also in a good location to walk to the grocery store Lidl (9 minutes) as well as the castle and the town (about 12 minutes).

We are having family trip for New Year, OVER €200 per NIGHT +PARKING EXTRA are over charged. Did not rich 4 star Hotel level. The food are terrible, rooms are dirty and old. Only the spa pools directly from hotel is worth a little bit. 90% guests are 50+, I will not recommend for family or young people.

In jeder Hinsicht empfehlenswert - ideal für einen Thermenaufenthalt. Große Speisen- und Getränkeauswahl. Personal sehr höflich und aufmerksam. Wir waren schon sehr oft hier und werden sicher mit Freunden wieder kommen.

Gerne mal wieder hier wellnessen. An der Professionalität muss noch gearbeitet werden. Wir fühlten uns in den 3 Tagen sehr wohl. Beim Essen muss man sich etwas zurückhalten :-) Wir waren schon an die 10 mal hier und kommen immer wieder gerne vorbei.

Perfect services, everything was perfect - from pools, spa, food to accomondation. We booked full pension and were absolutely satisfied Also we have been there many times and we definitely plan on coming next year again!
