"Hotel is in a great location right beside the Food Hall, Mercado Del Este, and its decoration is nice. The rooms were nice and a nice size with big window balcony. Large Beds were comfortable and the room was clean. The bathroom had a strong smell of sewage though but it was only in our room as far as II know. Reception staff were very efficeint and friendly. The breakfast was not great and when something ran out the replacement would not arrive for a long time It was also hard to find the staff as well. There was a reasonable selection but again it wasnt available each morning. I would stay here again and have breakfast outside the Hotel."

"Stayed in Sep 2023. Room was clean and a good size. Bathroom was perfectly acceptable and the shower was great (good pressure). Our window opened up onto the car park (so no real view of such) and there was a bar about 50 yds down from our room. Quite lively in the evening but only the super sensitive would be affected by the noise. Reception staff were friendly. About a 10-15 min drive into the centre of Santander (5 miles). 5 min drive to get to the major ring roads/motorway."

Comfortable beds Diverse people The only thing I didn't like was that after 11pm you can no longer use any of the common areas... In this aspect very much like a boarding school... with the difference that here we are all adults And you pay to be comfortable Which is not the case"

"The hotel is quite good, away from the hustle and bustle of the city and surrounded by nature. The hotel itself is a homestay, a bit old, but it is very well maintained. The room for us is also quite big and there is a small balcony. There are two chairs outside to sit and rest at night. However, there are also shortcomings. The hotel itself does not have air conditioning. It is a bit hot in summer nights. If the window is opened, there may be a lot of light-repellent flying insects running out because there are grass trees around, but sleeping with the window closed will be a bit hot. Overall, I recommend people who like nature to live nearby."

"This Hotel is a real pearl. I stayed here for two nights after arriving on the ferry from Portsmouth, it is a few minutes drive to the coast. Breathtakingly beautiful views and superb places to eat. Small secluded beaches if you want them, excellent seafood. It's off the tourist route, but a great area to stay. My experience was so enjoyable that I decided to rest here after my road trip to Santiago de Compostela before taking the ferry back to the UK. The hotel and rooms could not be any better, clean, quiet air-conditioning, great bed and bedding of the highest quality. Windows have blackout roller blinds, so the rooms are truly dark. The attention to detail in every aspect is impressive, even the soaps etc in the bathroom. I have not slept and rested and eaten so well in many years. Thank you to all for making this such a wonderful and enjoyable place to stay. I will be back. Cheers.."
