The hotel's overall value for money is pretty good. The location is great. It's just a few steps away from Seaport Village and the USS Midway. The rooms are comfortable and the toiletries in the bathroom are all Balmain. However, the quality is obviously a little bit behind the Grand Hyatt brand. Especially the service is just average.
