"My stay at The Parisian Macao L'Occitane themed hotel was fantastic! The vintage Portuguese ambiance was captivating, and the public areas were exquisitely designed, perfect for photos at every turn. The room was clean, tidy, and spacious, with comfortable bedding and complete amenities. The hotel has an integrated shopping street and multiple restaurants, making it very convenient. It's only a few minutes by taxi to The Venetian Macao's Cotai Arena. The staff were polite and efficient during check-in. Its proximity to the Hengqin Port makes it super convenient for returning after a concert. The only minor drawback is that the shops in the mall close quite early. Overall, the value for money is excellent, and it's a great choice for catching a show in Macau. I'd definitely consider staying here again."

"This hotel is absolutely stunning, it used to be the Mandarin Oriental. The room decor is very elegant. In the lobby, they offer sugarcane juice and sour plum juice.
The best part is the resort section. The outdoor promenade resembles St. Francis Xavier Church, with beautiful yellow Portuguese Macanese architecture and a round fountain pool ⛲️. Beyond that, there's a large swimming pool with shallow and deep sections, and even shaded areas. To the right, there's a tall, winding water slide, like a mini water park. I had so much fun on it!
There are also two other smaller pools, one of which is a waterfall hot spring pool.
The changing rooms also have hot springs and a sauna.
It's very comfortable, although getting to the city center requires a taxi or bus. However, it's right next to Sands, so taking a **shuttle bus** to the ferry terminal, Border Gate, or the Venetian and Parisian in Taipa (both under the Sands group), and from the Venetian to the airport, is quite convenient."

Even though it's not valuable, it reflects a hotel's management level, and I definitely give it a thumbs up! 👍🏿 This time, I came with my family again and overall, we were quite satisfied. Just a suggestion: please check the air conditioner in room 17948. There's a resonant echo that you can only feel when you lie in bed, so I didn't sleep that well. But my family was happy, so it doesn't really matter."

Guest UserThe best family-friendly hotel in Macau! The front desk staff were very welcoming and even told us about nearby attractions and how long it takes to get to the border gate by car. All the staff were incredibly enthusiastic. Our room had amenities prepared for children, including slippers and mini bathrobes, which was a thoughtful touch. The small tent was adorable, and they even gave us a doll – my kids absolutely loved it (100% approval!). The two adults and two children received complimentary access to the Grand Resort Deck: the water park was fantastic and came with life vests. The mini-bar was well-stocked and free. We also had free access to the 'Kids' Fun Zone' at Galaxy Kids, limited to two adults and two children per room: they had many fun craft activities, but you definitely need to book in advance. Plus, there are plenty of delicious food options downstairs!

a.linaI stayed only for 1 night and I was kindly upgraded to a double room.
The location is wonderful! Reception is friendly and nice.
Deposit is required (do not forget some cash).
Breakfast is in Chinese style, so in my opinion for westerners it is better to have some food somewhere else.
The room itself is quite comfy and fine. However, there's no desk, which might be a problem for traveling remote workers. The carpet, as in many Chinese hotels, seems never be washed or beaten.
There’s a bath 🛁, but the tap and showerhead in the room 905 seems need to be fixed (actually seems like better be changed), because of the water pressure issue and limescale.
But it is a good value for money though 💰

The trendy, artistic decor is very unique, and the guest rooms are spacious and clean, equipped with all the latest smart technology. The bedding is soft, and the bathroom amenities are top-notch. The common areas include a pool and a gym, which are really practical. My only minor complaint is that the lower floors facing the street can be a bit noisy; higher floors offer a better experience. The front desk staff is very responsive, and overall, it offers great value for money, perfect for young travelers on a short stay.

Guest UserFirst time staying at this hotel! I'd passed by it before and thought it looked nice, so I took the opportunity to experience it this time! As soon as we entered the lobby, the front desk staff at check-in were very enthusiastic! They even upgraded our room! We were so touched! The room was great and very quiet! The sea view was private yet open. We originally booked without breakfast, but my family suggested we eat breakfast before heading back, so we bought two breakfast buffets at the lobby service desk. There were so many food choices, and the taste was excellent! A really good experience 👍 Hope to come again next time ☺️

Guest UserThe room was clean and tidy, and the staff were all very friendly. The best part was having USB outlets next to the bed, so I didn't need to bring an adapter. The location is great, just a three-minute walk from Grand Lisboa and also very close to the Ruins of St. Paul's. We arrived early and our room wasn't ready yet, but we could just leave our luggage at the front desk and go out to explore. We did the same when we checked out, leaving our bags at the front desk to do some last-minute gift shopping. A fantastic experience overall!

DadadetuzixmThe room was very spacious and even had a bathtub, which the kids loved. It's really close to the Outer Harbour Ferry Terminal, making it super convenient to get to The Venetian, then head to The Parisian for photos of the Eiffel Tower, hit The Londoner for some Instagram-worthy shots, walk to Rua do Cunha for snacks, visit the Taipa Houses Museum for more photos, and finally, take the cable car at Wynn Palace in the evening to see the night view. Plus, you can catch a free shuttle from the StarWorld Hotel across the street! We had some rain this trip and missed out on a few sights, so we'll definitely have to come back again!

The hotel is a bit old, so the facilities feel a bit dated, but the cleaning lady was very enthusiastic, and the linens were clean. There's renovation work going on in the building, so it was noisy. The absolute best thing about this place is its location. It's perfect for anyone looking to do a deep dive into Macau's casinos. Wynn and StarWorld casinos are right across the street, and it's just a few minutes' walk to the old and new Grand Lisboa. After clearing customs at Gongbei Port, you can take the free shuttle bus from Wynn or StarWorld directly here. I'll definitely stay here again next time, and I'm sure by then the renovations will be finished and the room facilities improved.
