Riads in Marrakech

"Риад удобно расположен, внутри очень красиво и уютно. Номер был чистый, было и всё необходимое. Можно дополнительно заказать завтрак, если вдруг при бронировании упустили эту опцию. На самом верху есть большая терраса, на которой вечером приятно посидеть и выпить чашечку мятного чая. Персонал очень дружелюбный, учли все наши пожелания. Рекомендуем это место от всей души! "Riad Amely is a great place to stay. The service is amazing. Saïd & Ftah were both amazing ! Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed with fresh Moroccan tea, which was extremely refreshing. The room was nice and clean. The A/C worked brilliantly. The only downside was a shared bathroom. However, it was always kept clean and topped up. There is a nice seating area on the roof to enjoy your tea and food. The breakfast is a traditional Moroccan breakfast with good size portions. Whenever we exited or entered we were always greeted warmly. Thank you for everything guys !"

"Location: very near to the centre and other tourist spots. The area is well guarded as it next to the Royal Palais (which apparently where the royal family resides, you will find guards every corner, and they were all polite. On our first night we were scared at first as we thought the place looks dodgy but it changes quickly as there area is quite popular to other tourist and quite large number of riads could be find in the area. Breakfast: they served us bread, pancake, honey, cheese traingles, orange juice and coffee -generous amount of milk. They were also kind to provide us moroccan tea in the afternoon but you have to ask (whenask about the fee they say it's on the house) Massage: they offered very cheap massages comapre to other spa house, the massage lady was very sweet and friendly. They also offer cheap laundry but my husband lost one pair of his sock. They also serve other things like dinner (but we opted to eat outside) and ammenities. The only thing that we had a problem with is the bathroom because it does not drain quickly so we have to wait till it drained till the next person can do shower. Overall the riad is a good place, noting about their extra ammenities, friendly staff and its price."

"The interior is just as beautiful and colorful as pictured. I really appreciated the mineral water and the powerful hairdryer in the room. Breakfast was also incredibly delicious. However, the area around the riad isn't the safest, and there are scammers lingering around offering directions. If you're a woman traveling alone, I'd advise being cautious when moving around. It's also quite a distance to various tourist attractions. I also had a massage, which was excellent. Every staff member was very attentive and helpful."

"The room was nice and clean. The bathroom didn't have a door, but it was designed so that water wouldn't get all over the floor. The hotel restaurant was nice, and the bar staff were very friendly. They would be a little slow when there were many people."

"Great hotel, very good location and very close to the market square and Bahia palace which is one of the main attractions, staff was very friendly and helpful and going the extra mile for you. Overall, l would stay there again if went back to Marrakech.😊"

"We had the pleasure of staying at Riad Jibril during our visit to Marrakech, and what a delightful experience it was! Our host, Iheb, truly deserves the title of a legend. From the moment we checked in until we checked out, he made our stay memorable. Whilr it may not be a 5-star hotel, it provided a unique and authentic Moroccan experience that exceeded our expectations. The riad itself, with its traditional architecture, was clean and inviting. The highlight was undoubtedly the serene terrace, a peaceful oasis away from the hustle and bustle of the medina. One evening, we indulged in sheesha on the terrace, a delightful experience that only cost us around 70 MAD. We also had the pleasure of dining on the terrace, where we enjoyed delicious tagines at a very reasonable price of 60 MAD each. The chef's culinary skills were truly impressive. The breakfast served each morning was traditional and homely too! What made our stay truly special was the warm and welcoming atmosphere created by Iheb and the staff. We arrived as guests but left feeling like friends. We were even befriended by the two adorable resident kittens, Sofia, the long-haired tabby, and Leena, the ginger kitten. Their presence added an extra touch of charm to our stay. The location of Riad Jibril was perfect, and the camel in front of the money exchange served as an excellent landmark. The riad was on the opposite alleyway, second door, making it easy to find. We especially enjoyed its proximity to Kasbah, near Zeitun Cafe, a favorite spot of ours to visit at night. The lantern-lit terrace at the cafe provided majestic views that made our evenings even more memorable."

"Nice riad with excellent service. They picked us up from the taxi on the first day and helped us meet the driver on our return. The breakfast was good, which was much appreciated as we would have found it difficult to start the day looking for somewhere to eat. It's a 20-minute walk from the main square."
