"Actually is a nice hotel but lack of maintenance, I booked 2 rooms with my family… my shower room, the water was leaking into my bedroom… And it seems the hotel really lack of maintenance… the aisle, the wall and the cleanliness… And the bad thing was… the staffs and the lady manager argued with my wife about umbrella 😖😖😖 Need more training 🥴 And the scrambled egg ham and cheese breakfast so bad taste 😣😣😣 The hotel no air con during the winter… air con only when summer time… and we have to open the window to get the air cool and the noisy sound outside the window makes us couldnt sleep well… Idk why Christiano Ronaldo want to be the partner of this hotel…🙄🤥🤪🙄🤥🤪 Rooms: 2/5 | Service: 2/5 | Location: 5/5 Food and drinks Bfast not nice especially the scrambled eggs"

"The riad is located in a good location, not noisy and yet close to Medina attractions. The room was comfortable and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a bit meh and on departure day there was no breakfast provided. We left at 07:15 like all the dessert tours from Marrakesh but the Riad provided no breakfast at all even though it was included in the booking. Other than that all things were good in Riad Belikoss."

"Although it's a 4-star hotel, the room facilities and breakfast food weren't particularly special! The room was big but lacked enough hooks for clothes/towels, and there was only one small trash can in the bathroom. Water easily leaked out of the shower! On the first day of our stay, there was still dust and water cup stains on the desk, so the hygiene wasn't up to par! To be honest, I'm a bit disappointed."

"Avoid 1st floor. The loud and deep base music at night penentrated all walls and windows. Avoid room no 18. The only window faced wire fence and back alley leading to the swimming pool, a public area. Any pool user could easily go to stand outside the windows. The advertised "city view" is non existent And the worse is the room is next to those air-conditioning coolers. The hotel charged MAD40 tourist tax for one person, which doubled the amount Trip.com stated. The location is 9min from marrekesh station. Interior amenity is good 1/3 of the breakfast is pastry..."

"We arrived at 1am after our flight was delayed. Our taxi driver called the contact number I had, and just two minutes later a lovely gentleman arrived to let us in, show us to our room, and ask what time we would like breakfast by the pool the following morning. What a beautiful Moroccan home it was! Our room, with its balcony overlooking the pool, was lovely—very cosy, clean, and comfortable. The air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping the room nice and cool, and the whole place was peaceful and quiet. Every morning, we enjoyed a delicious homemade breakfast by the pool. Our host couldn't have been more helpful throughout our stay. He was always checking that we were okay and asking if there was anything he could do to make our stay even better. The free Wi-Fi worked perfectly, making it easy to keep in touch with family back home via WhatsApp. We were also told we could store the drinks and water we bought each day from the small supermarket just a two-minute walk away in the kitchen fridge/freezer, so they were always lovely and cold when we needed them. On two occasions, our host made lunch for his family and friends and kindly invited us to join them. We enjoyed delicious homemade Moroccan tagine, which was such a thoughtful gesture and is a memory we'll always treasure. The day before we checked out, I explained that we had a 9pm flight the following evening and asked if it would be possible to stay until around 5pm, or whatever time was convenient, so we could shower and get ready before travelling home. His response was, "No problem—whatever time you like." That was the answer to most of our requests. They are incredibly flexible and genuinely want their guests to be happy. I had a wonderful four-night stay with my daughter. She thoroughly enjoyed the authentic Moroccan experience, and we met some lovely people relaxing by the pool. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, everything was perfect. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for a warm, welcoming, and authentic stay in Morocco."
