The location is very good and in a central place. Very close to Elli Beach in the city centre, Old Town and city bus stop. The staff is very courteous and helpful. The room is big enough. It has a large wardrobe and drawers on either side of the beds. You can fit your belongings comfortably. Sheets and towels are clean. Balcony is also sufficient. While most hotels' showers are only curtained, here's a shower cabin. The breakfast options are more than enough. The bar part looked nice but we didn't hang out there. There are already markets, bars, etc. around. There is also a pharmacy right next to it. By the way, they also help with renting a car. I definitely recommend it.

Everything about Elaia-Fos was stunning. The building, the location, the room, the breakfast and the owners. We could only stay one night but we will definitely return and highly recommend this property the breakfast was superb and everyth8n was beyond perfect.

Just got back from 2 weeks at this lovely hotel. Excellent staff made the holiday better. Everyone of them helpful and friendly. Rooms cleaned and bed linen and towels changed regularly. Whole place spotless. Food at the bar reasonably priced and tasty. We had room five next to reception and although we did not have a view that the other rooms had we had plenty of space in the apartment. Hotel is located about a 15 minute walk from the main area where most of the bars and restaurants are located so may be a problem with those with mobility problems although taxis are about 7 euros each way. There is some noise from the nearby main road and dogs do bark at all times of the day and night but not a deal breaker. Would recommend this hotel an will be returning.

I'm not sure why this place has such amazing reviews... We recently stayed here and even though its far from a hotel from hell, it's very basic. Pros - It's right in old town, the middle of everything, so good if that's what you are after. - It was clean and the shower was alright. - Young lady who cleaned our room and gave us breakfast was very friendly and nice. - Free Wi Fi - Really good air conditioning Cons - Our room had no tea or coffee making facilities, despite that being advertised in the booking. - Twice during our stay, we were given sheets that were noticeably stained. - No available English TV channels. - The breakfast was not very good. No option for tea or coffee, and we were given filter coffee, which is not to everybody's liking and was cold. The rest of the breakfast was pretty poor too, cheese and ham toasty wasn't even toasted properly, and the fruit was clearly tinned. - Limited (shaded) seating on balcony. If you are planning to stay one night here, it's not to bad, however, any longer than a night I would recommend somewhere else. A little side note for the owner if they read this. Get rid of the expensive jacuzzis no one seems to use and invest in a couple of Chromecasts for the TVs so none Greek speaking people can use them and kettles for the rooms. You'll have much happier guests.

Firstly, this is a lovely history building right in the heart of the old town. If you have luggage you will have to carry or wheel it over the cobbled streets as no taxis are permitted to drive to the door. The room we were allocated for a couple has a small double bed that for us was far too soft and unless you move it at an angle it's impossible to get out of on the side. We didn't sleep well. Breakfast was ok, a plate of nibbles is given to you - vegetarians will need to give advance notice. On the plus side the staff are very friendly and there's useful baggage storage (2 euro coin) if you're out for the day.

My expectations were exceeded in every way. The room was spotless, very comfortable, nice balcony, nice view. The staff were fabulous, efficient, and kind. On request they provided me with a kettle for tea in my room. My ”cooked to order” breakfast was delicious but sadly too big for me to eat! And all this at an ”off season” price - fabulous!
