An incredible resort with clean rooms, beautiful views and lovely staff. Everything you need is available at the resort from shops to SPA facilities and activities (some of which are at extra cost e.g. boat tours and water sports). Definitely recommend snorkelling (free but need to bring your own equipment, which you can also buy at the resort shop) as the coral reefs are breathtaking with colourful fish swimming everywhere. The pools are very nice and Ahmed by the heated pool was absolutely lovely. The food was very tasty with various theme nights and lots of choices in general. Everyone from the chefs to the waiters was super accommodating and the service was very fast. La Casa pizza restaurant and Calamari seafood place both had delicious food and fantastic staff. Special thanks to pizza restaurant manager Khaled who took extra care to make sure we were happy throughout our stay. Ramy from the Lobby Bar also deserves a mention as he made the most beautiful cocktails and always had a big smile face on his face. Overall, could not recommend this resort enough and would like to thank all the staff once again for making our stay special.

I sent an email to book a pick-up ten days before the trip. Sharm El Sheikh has no rental, so I can only rely on the hotel to book a car. I had no choice but to ask Ctrip for help, but the dramatic result was that Ctrip couldn't even contact the hotel? There is basically no difference between each meal in the restaurant ... but there are a lot of people in the restaurant. The entire hotel is very lively. There are a lot of people, mainly Russians. Basically the hotel staff will speak Russian first. Chinese people did n’t have any when we went, so they are Asian faces. It was so prominent that every time the brother who was in the event atmosphere group wanted to bring us to play ... even the staff at the hotel asked why we came here ... Chinese rarely know this place ... except for the staff The front desk brother is average, others are good In summary, the price of 500 is quite good for such an all-inclusive hotel. The water park is especially suitable for bringing children, and should come again in the future, oh yes, Ctrip! Is the cheapest hotel in all platforms! Cheaper than booking and agoda! And customer service is always online, like one! Oh, the hotel does not provide free hotel pick-up. Sham is generally expensive to use a taxi. You cannot use Uber. When you come from the airport, you can bargain to 250 Egyptian pounds. When you return, you can only book a car at the hotel, 18 US dollars or 300 Egyptian pounds ... ...

Attention: It's called Jaz Mirabel Resort, but this consists of Park, Club and Beach. The price was the same whether we booked Club or Beach Standard Room, but with Standard Beach Room you are closer to the sea and can use the adults only area. If you pay the same amount, you don't get access to the adults only area at the Club and you have to walk at least 800 meters to the beach. I think that's a rip-off for the same price, especially since you can't find this out anywhere. In addition, the jetty for snorkeling was only open from 3 or 4 p.m. and closed again at 6 p.m. You book a beach holiday for snorkeling and can go snorkeling for exactly 2 hours a day on the hotel's own reef. Food: Varied, especially lots of desserts. We liked the BBQ area (fish or meat). Drinks took at least 15 minutes and were only served in small glasses with the meal, so we had to keep ordering again. We could sit outside, but the tables were never set and we had to find staff or cutlery first. Bar: The beach bar was a disaster, far too many people (from three hotels) for 1-3 people. No self-service soft drinks and the vending machine at the snack restaurant didn't work. If you go to the beach in the morning you don't even have water until 10:00. In the evening there was only the lobby bar, everything was overcrowded and there were long waits for drinks, even though the hotel was far from fully booked. Unimaginable when you consider that many more guests could come! Drinks, well, okay Snack restaurant: There was one on the beach and one on the opposite side. Both served exactly the same thing. And clearly only junk food (fried food and bread)! What is the logic of two identical snack bars next to each other with the same offer? Why not another grill restaurant or one international and one Egyptian / Arabic / North African? Junk food, no thanks! Room: Everything worked, cleaning was OK, nothing special. After 4 days we changed hotels because it was OK for a short stay but it would have been really boring if we had stayed longer, especially if you were planning on snorkeling and swimming!

I really enjoyed my stay here, the staff is amazing. The hotel is clean and tasty food is served every day. From the hotel, you can take a bus to the sea and see the beautiful coral reef. Everyday multiple times a day there's shows for entertainment, like yoga, stretching or even magic & fire shows. Bartenders are very kind and make amazing looking and tasting drinks. There are life guards at every pool so its safe for everyone. Alia'a was very nice person, she helps a lot

Overall this hotel was beautiful, provided everything you needed and even though the resort is massive it’s easy to find your way around. Starting our holiday, they provided us with a buggy ride to our hotel room and carried our suitcases to our door :) All the staff are lovely and so welcoming, remembering your drinks and providing service with a smile. Our cleaner (I can’t remember his name but we were in room 1140) was amazing, providing us with a new towel decor every day. The food was good quality, however a roast dinner on a Sunday would of been an added bonus, and icecream available throughout the day would of been great (they started serving from 3pm) Plenty of water available in our room and at any of the bars. Lovely coffee from the machines, and plenty of juices to choose from. Waiters in all the restaurants provided excellent service, refilling our drinks and helping us find a table with ease. I’d recommend avoiding sitting outside in the morning as cute little birds try and steal your food (they do have a waiter there on bird watch to prevent this) The big pool is cold but provides a nice quiet environment, and the entertainment area has a nice heated pool. The evening entertainment is great, however I wish they provided it for longer! The fire dancing was amazing, however it’s a shame it only lasted 30 minutes. There’s a shop and pharmacy on the resort complex. However, you can find cheaper prices elsewhere. Overall an amazing holiday and a massive Thankyou to all the team!

Best value for money half board Sharm El Sheikh hotel? It's a resort! In Egypt, the water quality is not good regardless of the hotels near the beach. I definitely recommend bringing a filter! Sharm Al Sheikh hotels are usually expensive, but here you can stay at a relatively low price! The food is also delicious.

The renovated rooms (superior) are excellent. Modern, clean and have all the comforts you could need. The staff are friendly, facilities (multiple pools, slides and beach area) are well kept and the private coral reef is a superb spot to do some snorkeling! Food was slightly varied each day and you can book into one of the three restaurants free of charge (once per restaurant) for an A La Carte meal for dinner. We didn't do this due to time restrictions but looked like a good option to add some variety to buffet meals. Predominantly Russian and Italian clientele but all staff speak English. I thought this resort was great value. Enjoy :)

Only a short stay, very large room kept nice and clean. Lovely animation team working hard to make your holiday fun. All the staff were friendly and attentive. Didn't really eat at the hotel so can't comment on the food

. Everything was perfect. The rooms and the settings were beautiful. We really enjoyed the water slides!! I want to say many thanks to the kitchen staff aswell as well as the waiters. Another thank you to Andrew and another staff memeber in the red shirt, (forgot to ask his name) at reception for being so helpful and funny making our experience even better as he engaged with us and making jokes we can talk about forever!!
