We stayed for a full week all inclusive in December as a young British couple. We were very happy with our room, the food and all the friendly staff at the resort. We had one of the newest renovation rooms which was impressive. Everything was super clean and the staff were amazing. They even brought cake to the room on my birthday which was a nice touch One thing to say, avoid using the clinic at all costs! We were super happy with our stay until we visited this clinic where the fraudulent doctor tried pushing treatment such as X-rays and Injection for just a sprained toe! Upon leaving the resort he demanded payment of £120 for just a cream and some pain killers, writing fake reports saying he already informed us of the price and also that it was ‘an ankle sprain’. We tried to check out and leave and the very rude receptionist simply ignored us and said ‘just pay the doctor and you can leave it’s common sense it would be that much’. The medication given to us was around £25/30 so this was terrible practice from both the doctor and the receptionist. If it wasn’t for this doctor we would definitely return to Sharm but sadly this has made us hesitant to revisit

The hotel staff are excellent. I have to mention Mahmoud Saied In the lobby bar, Ahmed the concierge Mohamed at the relax pool and Ramadan my room Stewart. Mr Mahmoud the General Manager greets me every day and Anna the Guest Services Manager speaks with guests to see if they have any concerns. The restaurant and Chef's are all very helpful and seem to remember you on a return visit. Bella Vita is the Hotel Beach where Atef is on hand to serve you a refreshing drink. I am sorry if I've not mentioned all the wonderful staff by name who make my return visits enjoyable.
