Eher dreckige Zimmer, das Klopapier wird weder in den Zimmern noch in den öffentlichen Toiletten nachgefüllt. Das Animationsteam ist eher aufdringlich berührt Personen ohne deren Einverständnis, nimmt deren Bücher einfach in die Hand.... Das Essen war gut, aber als Vegetarier hat man eher wenig Abwechselung. Im Restaurant, welches man auch besuchen kann wurde die Information, dass ich vegetarisch esse ignoriert und dann einfach ein bisschen Gemüse vom Buffet serviert. Das Personal im Speisesaal ist teilweise sehr freundlich, aber auch teilweise sehr unfreundlich. Das Personal an den Bars ist hingegen immer freundlich gewesen und auch an der Handtuchausgabe. Alles in Allem war es eher mittelmäßig.

Resort bello accogliente e pulito presso il ristorante si trova molte varietà di pietanze molto spaziosa la spiaggia con molti lettini e ombrelloni un plauso per i bagnini sempre molto disponibili un po’ da migliorare il servizio del bar della spiaggia non offriva molto altra pecca al arrivo avevamo prenotato una stanza per tre ma manca il letto consegnato dopo 4 ore poi al momento del cke .out avendo il volo alla notte per il prolungamento della camera vi chiedono 30 euro ma al rientro in camera avevano già portato via il letto prima del tempo e per cena vi chiedono 20 euro a mio avviso troppi Un grazie a Rami del Eden viaggi per la sua disponibilità

Hotel molto bello, cibo molto buono, ristorante il pescatore buono, anche il ristorante libanese. Abbiamo conosciuto Daniela una ragazza italiana che lavora al front office guest relation molto disponibile e brava. Reception tutti bravi.

Having a great stay here everybody very friendly a shout out goes Wael the pool barman, Gamal one of the life guards and Ahmed who kept our room spotless. Pool and hotel spotless food great across the 2 Restaurants we used. Being on the beach a bonus with direct access to the red sea.

Brilliant hotel. Very well maintained from the gardens, restaurants, rooms and entertainment areas. Professional friendly staff always go above and beyond. Food is lovely, different everyday, you can watch it being cooked fresh in front of you, waiters sit you at the table and bring drinks all evening. Rooms always clean and spacious great views which ever you book. And the gardens are spectacular. Beautiful beaches pools always are always clean. Plenty of seating be it in the gardens, pools, bars, beach, restaurants. This hotel is the main chain of many others that you have access to, one of which is the aqua park. Brilliant day out for the family. I can’t rate this hotel enough. Snorting along the shallow beaches is mesmerising. Bar is right next to the beach. Toilets are always checked and clean. Coffee is amazing, drinks are a plenty. You will not be disappointed. If you are planning to come to sharm el sheik this is the hotel to boook. We originally booked with another and moved over to here as it wasn’t a scratch on this place.

Struttura Eccezionale, anche Daniela la ragazza della guest relation molto disponibile e sorridente, mi ha aiutato a risolvere un problema e mi ha aiutata a prenotare un appuntamento dalla parrucchiera perchè avevo difficoltà. Torneró in questo hotel, si mangia bene ed è pulito. Reception buona, un ringraziamento speciale a Mostafa, Andrew e Osama.
