Qualified staff available and always careful ! The new top rooms are well made ! No more moquette is present but a splendid parquet, completely refurbished ! Note negative forget the boxes , they have been removed and replaced with metal layers that give a sense of disorder and in the shower there is no longer a shampoo shower layer!

Ho soggiornato una notte in questa struttura in occasione di una trasferta lavorativa. La camera era spaziosa e pulita, il personale alla reception e in sala ristorante gentilissimo. Ho anche cenato e devo dire con un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Se devo trovare un cosa negativa posso dire che c’era una festa quella sera e di conseguenza non c’era silenzio ma non è andata troppo per le lunghe la festa.

Ormai quanto voglio un po' di relax in intimità è la prima scelta, servizio ottimo e cordiale e soprattutto ottima la strutta che offre tutto ciò di cui hai bisogno ad un prezzo davvero ragionevole. Ormai quando scendo a Caserta è diventato uno dei miei posti fissi dove alloggiare. Unica pecca la strada per arrivare all'hotel che ahimè è piena di buche ma non dipende dalla struttura, consiglio di non andare troppo veloce lì nei dintorni.

Generally speaking, the hotel is not too high in terms of location and cost performance, and the reservation for this trip is seriously inconsistent with the reservation description. The triple room is just two beds in an ordinary standard room, and it is OK to bring children. After negotiating with the hotel, They said that this is Ctrip’s tagging error, and it has nothing to do with them. There is nothing to do. Fortunately, Ctrip is also positive about the matter and handles it properly, and it doesn’t affect the mood too much.

It is the level of a fast hotel. It is convenient to make a tip on the road back to Rome. When I first came out of the hotel, the surroundings were dark and it felt very unsafe. I wanted to go to Carrefour to buy something to eat so I went back to the hotel to bear it. Then go out and turn right, turn left at the intersection, and walk to Carrefour. After a 5-minute walk, I arrived at Carrefour and the street became more popular. I took the courage to walk for about 5 minutes and enter the local pedestrian street. Just in time for the weekend, there were more and more people, and I found an inconspicuous restaurant. As a result, the more people came into the night, it turned out to be a small bar for local young people to have supper. I drank a lot and went back to the hotel to sleep, and had a hotel breakfast the next day, which was also a fast hotel standard, *return to Rome. It can only be said that it is a good place to live, no surprises and not too bad.

We gave this hotel one star, and that was for housekeeping because they were great! We had a south facing room which faced the square. Because of the transition in seasons, the air conditioning was not yet operational. When we asked about possibly getting a fan for our room the woman at the front desk laughed at us. Saying it wasn’t hot for them. (the hotels we’ve stayed at subsequent to this had no problem with offering and supplying us with a fan) This left us no choice, but to leave the windows open at night and being on the square it was very noisy at night. Breakfast is served until 10 AM, we generally arrived at about 9:15 AM, when we asked about items that were empty such as bread, rolls, or ham and cheese we were told there was no more. We made the mistake of having dinner at the hotel restaurant, my husband ordered a steak medium rare, and it was served well done and charred.. All in all a bad experience. We spent five nights at this hotel, it was five nights too many!!

Confortevole b/b in pieno centro raggiungibile in pochi minuti a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria, molto comodo per la sua immediata vicinanza alla Reggia. Il palazzo è antico ma ben ristrutturato, la nostra camera ”Verbena” era molto spaziosa, luminosa e ben arredata con mobili in linea con lo stile del palazzo. Bello anche il bagno con grande doccia. Il b/b è disposto su due piani e la sala colazione è all'ultimo ma se non si vuole fare fatica è presente un comodo ascensore. Ottima pulizia ovunque. Il signor Onorato e la sua collaboratrice sono molto gentili e disponibili: ”Al Centro” è più di un semplice bed and breakfast perché l'ospite viene accolto e seguito con calore e questo contribuisce a farlo sentire a proprio agio come a casa propria! Speriamo di tornare presto!

Our balcony was a nice amenity and worth the increased room rate to walk out onto the balcony. We saw the Royal Palace just outside our room and a lively piazza. The balcony door did insulate the room from street noise. Traffic below the balcony was heavy from 5pm to 9pm, but quiet afterwards. The bathroom had big fluffy towels and a nice free standing drying rack. The shower was spacious shower. The bed comfort was satisfactory. There are adequate electrical outlets for charging telephones. An espresso maker in the common are was a very nice amenity. Breakfast was provided by using a coupon at a nearby cafe. The coupon included cappuccino, fresh squeezed orange juice, water and a pastry. The walnut pastry was amazing. Automobile parking was off-site. It is not included in the room rate and it is not free. Metered parking goes from 8am to 9pm. Overnight it is free. The parking pay kiosks did not accept credit cards, so you must have plenty of coins. Visitors can park only in a limited number of blue outlined spaces, located about 250 m away.
