✅ I chose this hotel last minute for a business trip to Australia, and my satisfaction exceeded all expectations. It's conveniently located close to where I needed to be, and I was able to upgrade my room at the front desk for an extra fee. The check-in and check-out processes were very efficient.
✅ The soundproofing in the 'Royal Fireworks Suite' I stayed in this time was excellent, and the room itself was incredibly spacious. The afternoon sun made it feel very bright and cozy, and it even had a super king-size bed (2.2m), which was incredibly soft. The internet speed was fast, the hot water came quickly, and everything I needed was provided. As a business traveler, I was genuinely touched to find such a room.
✅ The hotel has a car park, and there's a large bus station nearby, making it convenient whether you're driving or using public transport. The hotel's other facilities are also quite complete and modern; from the gym to the swimming pool, you can feel the attention to detail. You can enjoy beautiful views from various spots throughout the hotel, and every area was very clean and hygienic, which is something I particularly appreciate. #HighEndHotelsYouHaveToSleepInToUnderstand
The hotel has a very European-style decor and a classic vibe, but that doesn't stop it from being clean and comfortable. It's not as bustling as casino hotels, and the rooms are odor-free and tidy; even the sofas are spotless. The in-room amenities are comprehensive, with a coffee maker, dressing table, and several small coffee tables, plus a sofa. The bed is incredibly comfortable, and so are the pillows—as someone very picky about beds and pillows, I was thoroughly impressed. It's within walking distance of the Science Centre; just exit through the back door and you'll see the Sands, then it's a straightforward walk to the Science Centre. It's also close to the Automobile Museum. A great quiet spot amidst the hustle and bustle.
The hotel was very comfortable, and the room was excellent. It was clean, well-maintained, and beautifully decorated. The overall design of the hotel felt spacious and relaxing, making our stay very enjoyable.
Another big plus is the location. Just next to the hotel, there is a place with delicious food at very reasonable prices. We ended up having many of our meals there, which was very convenient.
I would also like to specially mention the doormen at the entrance, Jerald and Abe. Jerald kindly helped us book a taxi using his phone, and thanks to his quick assistance, we were able to make it in time for the 5:00 pm House of Dancing Water show. Abe was very attentive and would quickly come over to help us with our luggage whenever he saw us carrying it.
We truly appreciate their kindness, professionalism, and excellent service, which made our stay even more pleasant.
Accor hotels never disappoint me. I've stayed at many Sofitel properties in various countries, and they're always excellent. This one is perfectly located on Macau Peninsula, with easy walking access to fantastic food options like local eateries, cafes, restaurants, and markets. The casino being closed actually made it quieter, which was a plus. While the hotel facilities are a bit dated, they are immaculately maintained, clearly showing its past grandeur. I'll definitely stay here again; it's incredibly convenient. The front desk service was also superb.
The location is not really very convenient and it’s not directly connected to most casino so you’ll have to expect to pay for public transportation mostly. For other hotels, u can usually travel between Macau and Taipa with their shuttle buses for free. For this hotel, the shuttle bus system isn’t very good, the frequency of departure is low and the operating time is limited. The walking route that shows on google maps isn’t quite accurate so be prepared.
The staffs especially the Filipinos ( Mark Spencer ) and the lady in braces were so friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The room is huge and the corridors smells nice. But I don’t like the smell of our room because I don’t smoke. The bed was comfortable. Few meters away, you can take a bus to Macau Immigration when going to HK. Also, walking distance to bus stations ,Grand Lisbon and Senado Square. Excellent location!
Unexpectedly, I was very satisfied! I'd prepared myself for the Grand Lisboa being old, but I was pleasantly surprised by how great the value for money was, both in terms of service and facilities.👍
Although some areas of the hotel were under renovation, it didn't significantly impact my stay. I thought the room size would be small when I booked it, but it was actually perfectly adequate. It had a desk and even a small tea area with three soft, large armchairs – very comfortable!
The bathroom was beautiful! It's a shame I didn't take photos. Even though it wasn't a smart toilet, it was still comfortable.
A special, key highlight is the staff! Super professional and enthusiastic! 100 points! Full marks! 💯 Detailed, specific, and professional!
There's a shuttle bus from the hotel to the airport; you just need to book it a day in advance. 😊
This hotel is incredibly close to Macau International Airport and the Hong Kong-Macau Ferry Terminal, making it super convenient whether you're arriving by ferry or plane. They even have a hotel shuttle to pick you up after you get off. The rooms are exceptionally spacious, at 60 square meters, and include a complimentary mini-bar once during your stay. Our standard twin room faced the garden, which was perfect for photos – even for those of us who aren't photography pros! The staff provided clear and informative service, truly five-star quality. Plus, they offer shuttle services to places like the Grand Lisboa on Macau Peninsula and various border gates. All in all, a fantastic stay!
This hotel is incredibly convenient for traveling from Hong Kong to Macau. The staff are all so friendly and welcoming, always with a smile. The security guards were also very helpful, assisting with luggage and opening car doors, which made things so much easier for us. I had a wonderful stay this time – it’s my second visit, and I’ll definitely choose this hotel again if I have the chance. There’s a bus stop right outside the hotel, making it super easy to get around. Check-in and check-out were both incredibly quick, which was great when traveling with kids and on a tight schedule. The room was very clean, spacious, and bright, with all the amenities you could need. The hotel environment is also lovely, quiet, and spotless. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a wide variety of options, and it was easy to get to the restaurant from our room. Not only did we enjoy a comfortable stay, but the staff were also so enthusiastic, and the restaurant service staff were very polite. My child accidentally broke a spoon during a meal, and a kind waitress immediately replaced it, even warning us to be careful not to cut ourselves – I felt so bad! Another waiter promptly cleared empty plates during the meal. The attention to detail was exceptional, truly commendable! Thumbs up, it's absolutely great value for money!
It was alright, overall I'm very satisfied.
Facilities: Good, visually appealing
Cleanliness: Good
Environment: Decent, very spacious
Service: Overall, the service was very satisfying. The front desk, luggage storage, and restaurant staff were all very enthusiastic. My only slight dissatisfaction was that when I was leaving, a staff member offered to help me get a taxi, saying it would only be 80+ Australian dollars, but when I arrived, I was charged 121 Chinese Yuan 🥹🥹🥹

JJimiCheck-in was smooth, but I had to wait an hour, and the luggage storage staff weren't very friendly. The lady who gave me my room card was excellent; she gave me a fantastic room on the 11th floor with a beautiful night view and even thoughtfully asked if I needed children's toiletries.
The shuttle bus was very convenient, getting to the Border Gate (Guanzai) was super easy, and the staff were welcoming and even helped with my luggage.
The hotel lobby also has many shops, so no need to worry about food. There's a Japanese supermarket that sells a lot of snacks.
Yyu RebeccaThe room was very spacious, clean, and tidy. I stayed in the Banyan Tree Tower on a high floor, and there were no strange odors. I booked a Cotai View room, and the service was excellent. Eating and shopping downstairs were incredibly convenient.
On check-in day, I arrived around 3 PM. They initially said the view room would take 1-2 hours, so I planned to store my luggage and go out. However, after a quick restroom break, when I returned to drop off my bags, the front desk told me a room was already available. Overall, I was very satisfied.
The second floor has the famous Lord Stow's Bakery (Andrew's Egg Tarts), and there was no queue. On the ground floor near the elevators, there's a Jade Restaurant, where the beef noodles were exceptionally delicious, and the staff were very welcoming. Checking out was a breeze; I just handed the card to the front desk staff in the lobby and left. Getting a taxi outside was also very easy.
It's super convenient to visit the Londoner and Parisian hotels for night views and photos – just a short walk away. I wasn't offered a complimentary suite upgrade; they said it would cost an extra 500 MOP per night, which I declined as the view room was perfectly fine.
Walking from the ground floor towards the food court area, you can catch the changing of the guards performance at The Londoner. Tim Ho Wan (添好运) Hong Kong-style dim sum is also nearby; it's very tasty but gets crowded, so you'll need to get a number and wait in line.
HHulideyichuhexunlianWe requested a smoking room, but there was hardly any lingering smell, which was great. We stayed on the 17th floor, and the breakfast included a fantastic lobster buffet – truly all-you-can-eat! Downstairs, you can go shopping, and it's quite close to Wynn Palace. To get to Senado Square, there's no shuttle, so you'll need to take a taxi or other transportation. We paid 80 MOP for a taxi there. On the way back, we took a shuttle to another hotel and then walked the rest of the way. Overall, the breakfast offers much better value for money than the local cha chaan tengs, so it's definitely worth trying.

YYaoyaoduyaodeyaoLocation: It's just one light rail stop from the airport (you can buy tickets at the window using WeChat Pay or Alipay). From the hotel, you can walk through City of Dreams to reach The Londoner, MGM, Wynn Palace, The Venetian, and other key attractions.
Ambiance: The room lighting is warm and inviting, it's clean, and the layout is well-designed. It features double sinks, a separate wet and dry area, and even bath salts are provided.
Service: From check-in to check-out, the service was consistently proactive, enthusiastic, polite, and efficient. A big thank you to the two ladies who checked me in (their names are in the picture) – they introduced all the room facilities and explained the most convenient routes for getting around nearby. The gentleman at check-out also proactively asked if I needed to store my luggage, where I was going, and which bus to take, which made me, as a first-time visitor, feel very much at ease.

Rrosemary_zThe room was quite spacious, and the hotel upgraded us to a suite. The living room offered a great view of the Galaxy, while the bedroom overlooked The Parisian. The facilities were complete, and it even had a guest bathroom, which was very convenient. I especially want to commend the buffet at 'Jin Jin'. It was incredibly rich and delicious; I'd say it's the best quality buffet breakfast I've had in years. We also enjoyed the dinner buffet, and the hotel offered a great deal for in-house guests. Every dish was meticulously prepared, and the unlimited lobster was a huge plus – we were very satisfied! 👍
HHing keungIt has been over 5 years not stay in this hotel. This time made me not much excited. Regards the room service, there are only 2 bottles of water provided and it's much behind others. the saunna room still keeps same and it's the only point I forcast. Unfortunately, there still no wet towel provided, no slipper provided, the good thing is not much people use the room. the view is nice and this is the selling point.
I might not stay again unless the room rate is attractively.
