3-Star Hotels in Portimao

The fact that not check in/out is very uncomfortable. It is not hotel, don't call hotel, it's rooms in a building. I want to know if the costs caused by this voices return. After all, it's all perfect location, comfort, at last. I hope they will tell the passengers the first address that we should not go back.

Excellent spacious apartments,great location, helpful staff, for what you pay for these apartments i think it is great value.Me and my wife have paid more before and stayed in alot worse places.I will definitely be staying here again. Mr a laybourne.

Amazing hotel. Had the best time ever! The hotel bar was so good and such great service!

We loved these self catering apartments and thought that they were perfect for our family holiday. The duplex apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable with a large bathroom, 2 balconies, a downstairs WC, lounge with sofa and a table and chairs and an adequately equipped kitchen. There was also a large closet to store suitcases and ample wardrobe space for us( a family of 5 with teenage girls!). We loved the pool area which was clean with parasols and sun beds and the bar served reasonably priced food and drinks that were good quality. It was approximately a 10-15 minute walk to the bars and restaurants and a 10 minute walk(max) to beautiful beaches. There are multiple supermarkets within a 5 min drive ( Aldi, Lidl. Intermarche). The staff here are all lovely and very accommodating. We loved these apartments and would love to return again. Thank you for a wonderful holiday 😊

The hotel is located near the river where the bars and restaurants are. The hotel has a very good location, the hotel has a very good location and the hotel has a very good location. The room was large, we were in a four-fold, consisting of two rooms with two single beds each, one of the rooms was the bathroom and TV, and the other was the air conditioning and the closet. Both with windows to indoor patios. No refrigerator. Beds are comfortable, but coats are like cotton. In the bathroom there are gel and towels, but not hair dryer. The checkin is made inn. We had breakfast included that with the coronavirus theme can not be buffet, unless the day before at the reception of the hotel made inn, give you a paper with the breakfast options that are there and the next day you have to go to pick it up at the reception of the other Hotel at your time. The options are a salad, another sweet, fruit, yogurt, juices, coffee and a sweet. You can pick up everything and was good. The friendly and friendly reception staff speak Spanish well. I would recommend this hotel.

The bad reviews of this place absolutely blow my mind. We've just returned from here (Oct 24), 2 adults and 4 children. The hotel is beautiful, clean, the rooms are dated but very comfortable and have absolutely everything you could need, they're cleaned frequently and we all were incredibly happy with them. The restaurant gets very busy, food choices are huge and constantly topped up with a massive variety of different options, the staff, if you spoke to them respectfully, which I'm assuming some didn't going by other reviews, were an absolute delight and always had a smile if you had one for them. We had some brilliant advice and chats with Nuno on reception, and thanks especially to Joao who was lovely, Gary in the kitchen, and Diago who we all really liked. There were a couple of staff who were a little impatient and grumpy but I put it down to our bumbling English ways rather than them Pool was beautiful, plenty big and deep enough for our 4 kids who didnt need daytime/nighttime entertainment, as we make our own fun and really can't think of anything worse than organised entertainment 😂 Overall just a fantastic experience, and we are already looking forward to coming again next year. I just want to add for anyone with mobility issues like myself, the walk to the beach is approximately 5 minutes, I hired a mobility scooter there (which the hotel kindly let me leave in reception every day) the scooter manages the area ok, but plenty of places have no drop kerbs which is a slight issue. The beach itself has about 70-80 steps to get up and down, and while there is ramp access further down the ***** on Praia da Rocha, my scooter couldn't handle the uphill so we spent every day on the smaller (and we thought much more beautiful) beach tres castelos. An amazing holiday, we didn't want to leave and will certainly return
