So after reading loads of reviews we were a little bit worried as it was booked as a cheap we get away for a week before baby arrives, After arriving I could not be happier we were room 319 gets the sun in the morning and slept peacefully every night, rooms are dated but we knew that coming and again you’re hardly in the room anyway, beds are 2 single beds just so people are aware, didn’t realised you could put the fan up levels till the last day ‍♂️most of days went to beach so can’t really judge pool area the few times we were there didn’t have an issue, very strong smell of grease from the snack bar at the pool which put us off ordering anything, prices a little bit high to but again could not fault these apar**ents Would recommend after our experience

This hotel work's amazingly for young children. Mine are 2 and 4 and the small children's pool and the aqua park meant they could safely stand on their own in the pool with their floats and us watching on the side. This meant we felt we could relax more than we had on previous holidays and we were more social with like minded parents which was nice. It felt like we had a good balance for the kids and us. Both kids loved the nightly mini disco with a special shout out to Shelby - luigi! Who really went above and beyond, knowing all the children in the resort by name. My daughter loved her and was genuinely sad on nights she wasn't working. The rooms were clean and large. The bed was massive and meant we were still comfortable when our daughter got into our bed every night instead of the cot. We did find the pillows a bit hard but that is personal taste. My husband said the meat and fish options were incredible. I prefer to eat more vegetarian and did find that on some evenings the choice lacked, sometimes feeling limited to the salad bar. The salad area seemed to get better on the second week of our holiday than our first. Even presented better but unsure of the reason. My husband thought he saw the owners and that could be part of the potential noticeable positive changes. But that was a guess. When we booked the holiday we thought we'd be fine with the half an hour walk into the nearest towns but the reality was that we found that difficult with the children especially in the heat. We were probably a little naive. A consideration for people booking. I'd have preferred to have been closer to outdoor amenities. Taxi not expensive. Hired a car one day to go to Mount teide which was easy to organise. Overall we loved our holiday. If we needed to book somewhere we could guarantee the children would enjoy again, we would consider coming back here. They were sad to leave and special memories were made.

It's a crime that we have to leave, we said to ourselves, as we sit on the balcony hearing the waves wash against the shore, but it's our last day in paradise, and we have to leave this beautifully appointed Hotel at the end of the Golden Mile and a short walk through the amazing Hotel gardens to the private beach where each evening you can watch the beautiful sunset. The breakfast each morning had everything you could ask for, from Capers to Smoked Salmon, from Hard Boiled Eggs to Eggs Benedict and a range of breads and cheeses that we've never seen bettered in any other Hotel Breakfast Buffet. All staff from cleaners to the management were friendly, professional and attentive, you don't have to fight for sunbeds as there are more than enough to go around, you've the pick of being by the pool, cafe/bar area or in a more hidden locations snuggled amongst the trees, we've stayed in many good Hotels in Tenerife, and this Hotel is head and shoulders above any of them, as you may guess, we'd a wonderful stay and we go to Tenerife 2 or 3 times a year and in the future this will be our go to Hotel.

It's been 15 years since my last trip to Tenerife and the comments below are based on international five star hotel experiences around the globe. So here's what I experienced on this reservation:- Positives 1.Check in / out process fast and professional. 2.Direct beach access via the pool area. 3.Breakfast buffet with internal and external seating choices was excellent. 4.Evening entertainment between 21:00 and 23:00 Hrs was good. Negatives 1. Allocated R3101 upon arrival and entered to find the bath tub was extremely dirty and required solvent cleaning to remove large accumulation of water scale dirt around plug area (Approx 200mm in dia). Root cause of this problem is a leakage from the shower hose connection which remains to be fixed. 2. TV was on and could not be turned off. This was rectified by Maintenace changing the batteries within the remote control. 3. Sink plunger mechanism was broken and I was shown how to remove the plug on a daily basis once housekeeping cleaned the room. 4. Locking mechanism on the balcony sliding door is broken and extremely hard to open / closed. 5. Only one, yes one pool towel provided / guest at the pool via a plastic card that you are required to exchange at the pool towel bar. If you forget this card it's a return trip to the room. General Travel Tips. 1. Taxi from TFS Airport to hotel cost 25 Euro each way. 2. Hard Rock Cafe located next door (£££). 3. Great Italian, Thai, Japanese and British restaurants located on the second floor off the shopping complex across the road from the hotel (££££)
