What a brilliant hotel, great all round . Felt clean , modern and quite luxurious. Definitely recommend to anyone after a nice break. We had breakfast only, which was 10/10 the best fresh breads and pure orange juice already squeezed in jugs ready! The steak restaurant was unbelievable m, after having 2 steaks outside the restaurant and then eating our last dinner in the hotel restaurant , we couldn’t believe how much better the steak was and upset we didn’t eat that one first lol!

The room's soundproofing was terrible, and the price was bad. There was no private beach, just a pretty pool for sunbathing.

We have been going to the Mediterranean Palace for 13 years (up to 3 times a year) and wouldn’t go anywhere else. The animation/ entertainment team…..Alejandro, David, Alejandro, Elsibetta, Betsida, Yani, Serijo, Orlando, Rosi, Didi, Virgilio, Axel, Maria, Ivana, Marina, Islander, Candy…..bar staff David, Ivan, Wilmer, Macarena, Papi, Laura, Martha, Carmen, Raquel, Khalid etc…..pool attendants Jesus, Ancor, Aaron, Bobby, can’t do enough for us and treat us like family always going above and beyond to make our holidays special ❤️ Special mention must go to the housekeeping, reception and maintenance staff too. Our 13 year old daughter has grew up with the staff and enjoys spending time with them She loves to dance to the Mare Nostrum dance at aqua gym every day of her holiday! Looking forward to our next stay at this beautiful hotel with the most amazing team…… The Dream Team

Transfer from the airport by coach was about 40 mins ( but clearly this will alter depending on how many other hotels to drop off at) and arrival at the hotel was very quiet but it was late. First impressions were very good, very impressive bright and light, and when we got to our room it didn’t disappoint either very spacious and plenty of storage, a safe and a fridge with a couple of bottles of water in. At breakfast there was plenty of choice, and some very delicious pastries that tasted as good as they looked. We were only bed and breakfast as with being on the golden mile wanted to eat at different places and there’s plenty to choose from. I could imagine in peak times though it would completely different hotel, maybe be a little noisy if on front, be hard to get by the pool even though there is loads of sun beds, we actually went for walks most mornings and could still get loungers mid afternoon, pool towels are provided, didn’t witness the queuing for breakfast like mentioned (went around half 8). Never really watched or stayed in hotel in evening so can’t comment on entertainment at all. But we did enjoy our stay very much and would easily stay again, we also chatted to many guests who were repeat visitors for many years Very good location

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The hotel itself was clean, well-maintained, and the rooms were spacious. We were lucky enough to have an amazing view overlooking the pool and evening entertainment, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The food was good, and there was always something to enjoy at the buffet. However, I personally prefer all-inclusive hotels with more restaurant options, as the buffet could feel a little repetitive after a few days. The standout part of our holiday was definitely the kids’ club and entertainment team. I honestly didn’t think my children would be interested in the kids’ club, but once they tried it, I could hardly keep them away! There was such a varied timetable of activities, catering to children of different ages and interests. It would be great to see more activities aimed at older children (12+), as the kids’ club is particularly well suited to younger kids. That said, the kids’ club and entertainment teams were absolutely incredible. They brought such positive energy everywhere they went—whether in the kids’ club, around the pool, in the gym, or during the evening entertainment. The team are a real asset to the hotel. They made everyone feel welcome and included, were always cheerful and approachable, and were fantastic with the children. The entertainment and kids’ club team even encouraged guests to take part in the gym activities and fitness classes, helping to create a fun and motivating atmosphere. The gym is small but well-equipped, with everything needed for a good full-body workout. There were also exercise classes available both in the gym and in the pool, which was a great addition. The hotel backs directly onto the beach, and I loved heading out for an early morning run along the coastline. The scenery was beautiful, and there were plenty of other runners out enjoying it too. The area felt very safe, and the local people were friendly and welcoming. As a single mum travelling with children alongside another single mum, we felt completely comfortable and safe throughout our stay. I also felt confident going out for runs on my own, which isn’t something I’ve experienced everywhere I’ve travelled. Thank you for an unforgettable holiday and for creating such wonderful memories for both me and my children.

Do not stay here. First all, do not buy all inclusive. Not worth your money at all.. the food is all slop. There breakfast is cold and they don’t even have the main breakfast items (hash browns etc) the staff are quite nice but there’s the odd rude member of staff who will stare at you or give attitude. The tvs in the room don’t work, you can’t connect your phone to it like it claims you can. Rooms nice though and the cleaners are respectful. The location is nice but it’s not a “private beach” like they say.. altogether save your money and book somewhere cheaper as I don’t understand how this is a 5 star hotel. Looks? Lovely but on the inside it’s not as good as it seens

Had to give 5 stars as don’t believe it deserves the 3.9 rating! This is a beautiful hotel, modern with great facilities in an outstanding location, right beside a beautiful beach, boardwalk and lots of great restaurants. We travelled with our 4 month old baby and the hotel was super baby friendly totally catering to our needs with baby baths, bottle warmers (we didn’t use), and special shower gels and towels etc. the highlight was a box of floaters for babies down at the pool! We had a room right over the nightly entertainment which was great as after we went out for dinner, we would put her to bed and sit on the balcony to watch the entertainment. There are a lot of reviews about the entertainment being too loud, we thought it was fine and we literally couldn’t be closer. This is with the exception of the carnival night which was incredibly loud! However this can’t be helped as the entertainment is of a much higher standard than I’ve seen anywhere else! Cons: Food was not great- breakfast, huge selection but standard wasn’t fantastic. However you will find something to do you and this does tend to be an issue across most European hotels. We ate lunch in the pool bar one day and it was not good, so we went out for lunch every other day. Like I said huge selection of excellent restaurants nearby- for lunch I really recommend Palapa Beach club which is really nice and owned by the hotel group. Another small con is the service can be a bit slow- not at the bars, they are excellent. But a couple of times we called for items to the room (iron, baby bath) and were told they’d be 10 minutes and despite following up both times they were still 2 hours. All in all we really enjoyed our stay and will most definitely be back! Can imagine it only gets better and better as kids get over and can use kids club etc.

The service at the pool bar during our stay was extremely rude and unprofessional. After I politely pointed out that my beer had been served in the wrong — and visibly smaller — glass, Marta reacted completely inappropriately by raising her voice and behaving aggressively in front of other guests. She then decided to “prove” her point by dramatically pouring water from one glass to another right at our table, complete with commentary, turning the whole thing into an unexpected poolside performance. The only thing missing was background music and applause. Since facts are usually more convincing than theatre, we decided to do a simple test ourselves — we poured the contents of a larger Coca-Cola glass into the noticeably smaller one. Unsurprisingly, the result fully respected the laws of physics: the larger volume simply didn’t fit into the smaller glass. The whole situation felt less like professional customer service and more like an awkward magic show. I would honestly recommend moving Marta to the kids’ pool as an entertainer, where her water-pouring tricks might be appreciated a bit more. Unfortunately, I still haven’t managed to perform this magic trick myself. :(

I stayed at this property with a group of friends to celebrate a 40th birthday. We opted for the all-inclusive package, which unfortunately was not worth it. There are several dining options nearby that are significantly better than the food offered at the resort. The food overall was very disappointing, and even the specialty restaurants were underwhelming at best. Honestly, the location is the strongest thing this resort has going for it beyond that, it falls short. The most concerning part of our stay happened on our second to last night. A group of us got stuck in the hotel elevator for about 50 minutes. We were told the engineer had already left and had to return to assist us, which only added to the delay. It was a very distressing experience some of us were crying and having panic attacks. What was most shocking was the complete lack of response from the hotel afterward. There was no apology, no check-in, no empathy, and no attempt to make things right. I personally went to guest relations to report the incident and provided all of our room numbers so they could identify those affected. I was told someone would follow up, but that never happened. I later learned they had communicated with another group who was in the elevator with us, but somehow did not have any record of my group (five Black women), despite us reporting the incident directly. After returning home, I followed up via email and still received no response. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this property. The lack of basic courtesy, accountability, and empathy is unacceptable.
