Was moved to this hotel when our pre-booked hotel canceled on us , I agreed on the principal that the same requests were met as the original booking , IE, kitchen separate bedroom private pool, However when it came to the booking although this hotel was double the price I originally paid none of the amenities were met. Trip.cim representative seemed to think providing a more expensive place to stay would compensate however not the case , everything in this hotel was 3-4 times the price of walking out to the local shops , Sure the pool was big clean and good , however we felt trapped and unable to enjoy this place as we are not millionaires who can pay £240 per night for the amenities we had booked having booked for 4 nights . So overall it may be a good hotel for those who want this but not for us therefore the review is irrelevant Did not want to stay in this area so busy , so loud and so expensive even going to local restraunts to make up for not being able to cook for ourselves was 3 times the price as not being in patong

I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed. The food and drinks were outstanding, with breakfast offering a fantastic variety to accommodate different dietary restrictions. Nice fresh hotel. Unpretentious breakfasts. The rooms are clean, if you need to clean, put the sign by the door in the ”Cleaning” position. If you need at least some views towards the sea in Patong, then take rooms with sea/city views and from the 4th floor and above. On the 6th floor (roof) there is a small bar and a swimming pool, a gym in the area of ​​15 sq.m. It’s not clear who uses them at all. Only if during vacation over 14 days, and that’s not a fact. This is considered the 4th line, to the night market where there is a sea of ​​street food about 800m. Near the hotel there is a 7/11 store, a laundry, simple cafes, and exchange offices. We ate mainly at the market or closer to 2-3 lines. The hotel is not for families with children or the elderly. If you have pain in your legs, this is not for you either. I don’t understand people who deliberately choose this hotel and write reviews that it is on a mountain and is constantly going uphill. It’s difficult to please you in everyday life, too. Both the view and the facilities were fine. However, the service at the front office was totally terrible! We booked 2 twin bedrooms for 3nights. However, they told us to stay in a double bed room and check in again tomorrow. The staff first told us that we should do so without explaining or understanding the situation. We didn't want to take the inconvenience, so we talked to the manager next to her. But she said there was no other way because the hotel was full, and if you don't want to change, you can cancel the reservation and go to another hotel. Is this what the MANAGER would say? The service staff laughed at us next to see us talking to the manager Overall, there was no service training for the staff. They said they would check out the next day and move our luggage to a new room. But it wasn't done at all. Totally we did our self. When I check in again, another staff gave us two completely different room keys (it seemed like they didn't take a handover about the situation). I don’t want to visit again or recommend it to anyone. The staff telling us that to ‘come here and get your keys’ as if they were dealing with their subordinates. In the breakfast restaurant, all customers' plates are stacked, but there were no working. Overall, education on service is required

The hotel is perfectly located, a 10-minute walk from Bangla Road, so you can have some peace and quiet or go all-out at your leisure. Plenty of food options at your footsteps, and plenty along the way to Bangla. The rooms are perfectly clean and comfortable, and the service quite good as well. But the facilities were n maintenance and the pool, while clean and comfy, had the bar unattended, so there was no option to have a drink or a bite, that shortens the pool time significantly. The Wi-Fi was slow by today's standard, but it worked for email, browsing, and short video watching. Overall, a great choice to stay!

Good day! It's true one of the best hotels in price ratio - quality. Clean, big rooms, free tea, coffee, water every day, huge bed, towels. We booked a room with breakfast and not much regret, delicious, diverse, fruit every day. It is also possible to note the pool on the 7th floor with a chic view, the photo from there is bombed. But it is not the most important plus of this hotel, the best location could not be chosen. Before the night market of Mallin Plaza 5 minutes walk (when you leave the hotel to the street turn right to the intersection and then to the left). Trust me, in this night market you will eat because there is such a variety at pleasant prices (Tom yam with seafood 100 Batt, roasted steak from chicken 70 Batt, roasted fish 100-200 Batt). To the sea also 5 minutes walk, only when you leave the hotel turn left to the Hard Rock cafe and again to the left to the end (a lying 100 Batt) but you can not take it. To the Bangla Road and the CC go 1 km, approximately 12-15 minutes of unspeeded step. So this hotel is now the favorite on Patong. And, if you go on a tour, picking you up will be the last because mostly everyone goes through Karon and it's the closest thing to us. But to take you away will also be the last one-way movement, for which it was necessary to make a circle around the city. Good location. 5 minute walk to the beach. Easy access to taxi's and tuk tuks right outside the hotel. Hotel is ”tired ” looking - several areas in need of repair around the pool (damaged tiles etc) jacuzzi didn't work. The shower in the room was shocking. Very low pressure and temperature changed from hot to cold throughout the shower. The glass door also wasn't long enough so the bathroom floor was soaked after every shower. Room very basic however clean enough. Lighting in the room was too low also which made the room seem rather dark. Robes,slippers and toiletries all provided and kept full throughout stay. More a 3 star resort than 4 in current condition

Traveling to Phuket for the first time as a family and we had a wonderful stay at OZO. Good location near the beach and opposite the Kata night market with lots of food choices. Kata is a family oriented area compared to Patong. We checked in about an hour earlier and it was nice of the hotel to include a single bed in the living room without charge. Bed is comfortable and room is spacious with ceiling fans in both areas. Good that hotel provides free parking too. Breakfast selection is ok. Pool area is popular with families and nice to have a slides for kids. Overall a good hotel choice for families.

The Chinese boss is very kind, the boss lady is warm and beautiful, and I instantly felt safe in a foreign country. The room is clean and tidy, the garden courtyard, the guest room, and the restaurant have a sea view. There is a small road at the back door of the hotel that leads directly to the beach, where you can go to the beach. The hotel is convenient for living. It is next to SPA, 711, tpos, and food stalls. It takes only two or three minutes to walk to Rawai Beach. It takes 25 minutes to walk to Rawai Beach. The experience of the trip to Thailand is great! I will stay here next time!
