"I mainly came here to play tennis. Hotel guests get a 10% discount on tennis lessons, but you need to book in advance, otherwise you might not get your preferred coach. There are 4 indoor and 2 outdoor courts, which was very convenient as my child had tennis lessons arranged.
The gym looked great, but I didn't get a chance to use it.
The pool isn't huge, but it's perfectly adequate for both kids and adults to enjoy.
Across the street from the hotel, there's a Michelin-starred Fujian noodle shop. We ate there every day, and the prices were very reasonable.
The hotel's location is decent. It's about a 20-minute taxi ride to the shopping mall, but there are no massage places nearby. The closest 'Let's Relax' is almost 2km away, so you'd need a taxi for that.
Overall, I think this place is great for sports and fitness, and it's also quite convenient to get around by taxi."

"This hotel seems to be less frequented by Chinese tourists. During my three-day stay, I only saw about four Chinese guests, while the Sheraton next door was packed with them. The hotel has an old-school Western resort vibe, with spacious rooms and a large enough pool, perfect for a relaxing getaway. I probably got lucky with the price this time, under 600 a night, which was a real bargain. The only significant drawback was the breakfast; the food options were limited, and the service needed improvement. However, for someone like me who can't wake up early, it wasn't a big deal.
The hotel's location is excellent. It's right on the beach, with a 7-Eleven and laundry service just a 5-minute walk away. It's also only about a 10-20 minute walk to Jungceylon. It's convenient yet quiet enough at night. I originally booked a garden view room, but the front desk staff upgraded me to a sunset garden view upon check-in. The room was spacious and well-laid out, with a sofa and a desk. The bathroom was large and clean, and the balcony had two lounge chairs, giving it a great vacation feel while staying at the hotel. Overall, I think it's pretty good, a bit like a Wyndham or Shangri-La in China. While it's not overly luxurious, at this price, what more could you ask for? I'd definitely book again if the price is right next time.
**Facilities:** The room facilities are complete. Although a bit old, they are well-maintained. The cushions on the balcony lounge chairs were slightly worn but didn't affect their use.
**Cleanliness:** Clean and tidy, meeting 5-star standards.
**Environment:** The hotel consists of roughly three buildings flanking two pools, making it ideal for a 'staycation.' The beach is right outside, and there's a restaurant near the sea with live band performances in the evenings.
**Service:** It seems a bit understaffed, but generally, the attitude was good. Basic services like luggage assistance and cleaning were all handled well."

"I stayed at 77 Patong Hotel & Spa and the best thing about this place is the location. Everything is nearby — Patong Beach, Bangla Road, night market, shops… super convenient if you like walking everywhere. The rooftop pool is small but nice for relaxing.
Rooms are okay for the price, but don’t expect anything fancy. Some parts feel old and the AC takes time to cool. The spa is basic, not a luxury experience.
Overall, good for budget travellers who want location more than comfort. Not ideal if you’re looking for a peaceful or premium stay."

"Hi All, We stayed here march 26 for 10 days but couldn't complain about any day, staff always happy and polite. Location is good, easy to walk around and make use of the lane way to get to 7/11, money exchanges, Pupa cafe and you can either use hotel laundry or Mad Monkey Laundry in the lane.
1.2kms to Bangla road and Jungceylon mall
Breakfast buffet/ Hotel restaurant has many options from Western dishes, Asian,Indian and Middle Eastern.
Bar serves all types of alcohol and non alcoholic beverages, they also have 2 happy hours and serve til late.
Pool has many places to swim,relax and play.
Rooms always kept clean and tidy, towels changed daily ,water stocked everyday, beds made daily and linen changed if requested.
Would recommend hotel and we will come back.

"The service is excellent although there were a few issues with communicating in English. The location is right next to Bangtao Beach which is one of the longer ones in Phuket. It is very good resort with good quality and cleaniness. The breakfast is good and service is fast. The options change daily and always tasty. The facilities are getting older but there is work being done to renovate. Some of the rooms are a little dated but they have rooms with newer equipment. The washroom shower head and toilet was a little older for example. Like I said, there are newer rooms so maybe the hotel can change your room if you find the outdated ones concerning. Overall, it is a great stay and definitely a nice place to call a temporary home in Phuket."

"We had a wonderful stay at this resort. From arrival, Front Desk Agent Polly and Guest Assistant Minnie were incredibly helpful and friendly. Even the buggy driver kindly explained the room facilities and minibar details to us.
Our tropical garden view room was clean, comfortable and well-maintained. A special thank you to our room housekeeping for the thoughtful birthday decoration, it truly made my day extra special.
Breakfast offered a wide vegetarian-friendly selection with salad bar, cheese, bakery items, and more. I would love to see a bit more variety in the Asian local dishes, as the menu was quite similar each day. Tropical fruits are my favourite in the resort.
The resort feels like a one-stop getaway with a beautiful beach and clear water. Have to rent snorkelling gear and I recommend renting wet shoes due to stones and dead coral in the beach area. I had a small injury from the coral, but the beach staff took great care of me.
We also enjoyed the small petting zoo, the staffs were very friendly. Overall, the team went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. It’s perfect for anyone looking for relaxation and quiet time, and we would definitely love to return."

"Upon arrival, I was immediately impressed by the exceptionally helpful staff. They were knowledgeable and could answer all my questions. The cleanliness was outstanding, which I really appreciated. They also have a swimming pool, which I enjoyed using. The water was incredibly clean, and it seemed like they cleaned it constantly after each use. The pool area itself was well-maintained and beautiful. I genuinely recommend this place; it's absolutely fantastic. I would definitely come back and book a stay here again if I have the opportunity. Cleanliness: The room was very clean, and the cleaning staff came to tidy up every day.

"To give an objective review of this hotel, many people claim it has a bit of a bias against Chinese guests. I personally didn't interact with them much, so I can't really comment on that. My husband handled the check-in. However, as I was leaving, I did see a Chinese guest arguing with the front desk.
The front desk staff were quite polite and helpful when they assisted us with our luggage, and we made sure to tip them.
**Ambiance:** The actual environment doesn't live up to the grand impression given by the photos. The hallways felt cramped and small as soon as we entered, and the room itself was tiny. The facilities were also quite basic. It definitely doesn't feel worth over 1000 baht a night; 500-600 baht would be more appropriate at most.
**Cleanliness:** The cleanliness was average. We booked a deluxe room with direct pool access, but the pool was frankly ridiculous – it felt more like a small ditch tucked away in a corner of the house. It really felt unusable. However, the rooftop pool is quite photogenic. But then again, infinity pools are pretty common all over Thailand."

"This was my third time here. My first visit was in December 2024, when the hotel was undergoing renovations. By June, the renovations were complete, including the fitness center and spa. This time, we even received complimentary spa vouchers. The fitness center is quite spacious, and the grounds are very well-maintained. Breakfast is standard, as expected for hotels of this caliber. The sea is incredibly close; it's just a three-minute walk straight down from the hotel to the best part of Karon Beach. We've stayed in different buildings and rooms, and we've been pleased with all of them. The rooms are large, not brand new, of course, but everything is perfectly decent. It's December 2025 now, the weather is lovely, the sea is calm, and the water is very clear. Overall, my impressions are overwhelmingly positive. For the price, it's a truly decent hotel."

GGuest UserWe loved the overall experience as a family of four. It was only a short boat ride from Phuket. Although the beach was small, there was a private pool in our villa which we loved. We swam in the private pool when it was sunset. It was so pretty. 
The majority of the staff was also incredibly friendly, with almost every service available 24/7.
Impressed by the friendliness of the staff at Naka Island Hotel. None of them went past us without smiling and greeting us, and almost everyone we met was ready to engage in little conversation to help us settle into the environment. It was so chilled all around, the surroundings and the accommodation, our nerves were rested for a good few days. Beautiful local excursions also available. We went on a little hike to Tad zoo beach which proved to be a little of an adventure because of the 30-min arduous walk for the kids. Once there, not only did we enjoy the beach chilled atmosphere, we got on jet skis with some discounts to the hotel prices too. Upon return to hotel, we jumped into the private pool overlooking the beach at sunset. An amazing experience hard to forget.
Breakfast was exquisite. It had the blend of modern western food and local Thai food. The noodles were delicious, broth was excellent. Got a shoulder and back massage free of charge at the entrance to the veranda restaurant (breakfast restaurant) - knowing how much it would cost, it made my day. Would recommend the Muay Thai to anyone seeking a workout with a touch of Thai culture. The instructor was friendly and funny. He identified my daughter’s talent in the sport. When we go back to HK, I will have another perspective to work on.

AAnonymous UserThe resort isn't very big, a rectangular area, and the villa section takes up a significant portion, so there's limited space for activities. BUT! There's a beautiful, uncrowded beach, haha! The coastline is very long, which is a huge plus.
The rooms seem to have been renovated; they're a mix of new and old. For instance, some of the bathroom fixtures are clearly old, but the doors, windows, and furniture look new. At the very least, the grout and wall seams have been redone and look pristine. The air conditioning is incredibly efficient, and the room is well-insulated – even after being out with the power off for half the day, it's still chilly when you come back in. The room provides a clothes drying rack on the balcony for dripping wet clothes and swimsuits, which is a thoughtful touch.
However, the BBQ buffet dinner, which costs over 2000 THB per person, doesn't include any basic beverages, only water. The BBQ items are so few you can count them on one finger, non-BBQ items on another finger, and desserts/fruits on a third finger. There were only two or three seafood options. My child is sensitive, so after removing what they couldn't eat, spicy dishes, and disliked flavors, there was almost nothing left! Can you believe we couldn't find two dishes they'd dare to eat from the entire buffet?
The breakfast selection is much richer than the dinner buffet, and it's only a quarter of the price... but the dishes were exactly the same every day. After two days, we started missing 7-Eleven. This isn't some isolated island with supply difficulties; would it be so hard to come up with more rotating menus? Please offer more variety for guests staying multiple nights.

GGuest UserI would like to say thank you for Noku for the birthday arrangements and also the kind service from the staff; I do not like complaining but I do have to raise up my issues as I do believe there can be massive improvements in the hotel and how they handle issues ($550USD for two night stay)
- I booked a HILL VILLA KING; I requested prior to arrival that I wanted a certain view and they replied we will try to the best of their availability (which is totally understandable)
- When I arrived the service was good and they were very kind and again I appreciated the birthday setup they did in the room
- After I checked in ROOM H11; which I saw was weird was there was 2 separate bed bases; and using common sense I thought why would a KING bed have 2 bed bases
- After trying to sleep at night I noticed that it was actually a 2 twin beds put together which explains the two separate bed bases; during the night the bed moved in the middle (with obvious two twin beds and the line in the middle) the bed sheets did not fit because it was two twins and they gave me two separate blankets (it was me and my girlfriend) so it is weird having two separate blankets
- I went to explain my situation to duty manager (AM is his name) he was very nice but very inexperienced I must say; I went to the front desk and I said “hi may I know what type of room I booked” then they said “king bed Hill Villa” I said perfect then I said I would like to speak to a manager (they knew what I was going to say)
- When AM came out he did not let me speak he just talked and said sir because you requested for a nicer view we gave you this room and because the king bed broke which is why we put two twins together. I asked if that is the case why did you not inform me at check in? He said oh we did not im so sorry; let me change your room for you and I will send a fruit plate as apology (TBH I don’t want a fruit plate I can easily get one for $2USD anywhere in Thailand) I said please I had lunch yesterday which was around $25USD pls waive that for me as courtesy and everything would be fine. AM replied of course that’s not a problem sir (I THOUGHT everything was resolved) not sure if he did not understand but I spoke slowly in English due to the language barrier
- We went to my new room at night and saw the fruit plate (thought it was a bonus) room was better and was a king bed which is what I wanted. I go to check out the following morning (I DID NOT HAVE TO) they do not take a deposit which is weird because I signed a lunch to my room so I could have just left. I met AM again and he showed me the map of the whole hotel; Pointed at H11 and you can clearly see that the room has two twin beds (So the BED was not broken they just put me in a twin bed combined into a King) He said yes lol not sure why because its not what he said yesterday that the King bed broke. Then he said oh sir you do have a lunch that you had to pay for (Yesterday he just said yes no problem I will take care) now I need to pay for it; I said did you not say you will take care of it he replied “sorry sir because this is another department” To me its one hotel; how you deal with costs internally is not my problem ( I WAS NOT GOING WRITE A REVIEW BUT AFTER THIS I HAD TO)
- Also just to add First day breakfast I asked for (ICE THAI COFFEE) they said they do not have and interesting as im in Thailand all hotels have this but it was fine; BUT the breakfast colleagues said at afternoon session they have so I said no problem! But one of the staff offered “sir tomorrow morning we can offer if you would like” I thought amazing that’s service; next day I went “SIR WE DO NOT HAVE THAI COFFEE” after the disappointments above I gave up and adding to the bill not being waived which is a fraction of the cost of the room I gave up
- All in all this hotel tries to be “high end” but there are many improvements that can be made

SShenchendejianziThe room was fantastic! I felt the Deluxe Seaview Room was even better than the Romantic Room, with an unobstructed sea view. It was a bit close to the road, but they thoughtfully provided earplugs, which was a nice touch. I couldn't book a continuous stay, but the hotel helped move our luggage when we switched rooms, so we didn't have to worry about a thing. I'd definitely stay here again if I get the chance! The views are beautiful, and breakfast was delicious too.

Hhellenxiao831Reading other reviews made me a bit nervous at first, but after checking in, I found it to be absolutely wonderful. The hotel was very clean, and the Thai-style gardens and pool were fantastic. Plus, the hotel is right on the beach – just a short walk from our room, which was incredibly convenient. My child loved it so much they didn't want to leave!
The only downside is that there's nothing much outside the hotel; it's a bit isolated. So, if you're looking for a relaxing hotel stay with family fun, this place is perfect. There are a few restaurants by the sea, and the prices are quite reasonable. It's really great! I'd definitely come back if I get the chance.

GGuest UserFacilities: The hotel has a large bathtub and a big balcony, perfect for drying clothes after swimming every day.
Cleanliness: It was clean and tidy.
Service: We emailed them beforehand to let them know it was our first family trip to Phuket. We booked a twin room, and adding an extra bed usually costs more. However, when we arrived, the front desk told us they had prepared a rollaway bed for our child, free of charge! Thumbs up for that! The Caucasian manager in the breakfast hall was also very friendly and humorous. He proactively introduced the hotel's free children's activities and invited us to participate.
Environment: The infinity pool is beautiful and very photogenic. The sunset at CASA HOBO is stunning, but you need to book your spot early. The Hyatt is perfect for relaxing and staying in the hotel. Overall, I recommend it! (Everything was great except for the lack of shopping centers and convenience stores nearby.)

Room was very spacious, very clean and modern. Nice design, comfortable bed, all amenities working.
View over the pool was nice.
Walking distances within the hotel are quite long, not good for people that have issues with that.
We loved the breakfast buffet, which was a brunch with loads of hot options like a soup and salad bar and huge variety of hot savory dishes (Asian and western food) and highly recommend booking it with the room rate.
Only they didn’t have any milk alternatives which wasn’t great for me as someone allergic to dairy.
Coffee wasn’t good, but two 7 eleven just around the corner for your daily dose of iced coffee 😋
Pool super clean and pretty. Layout is cool, temperature is great, enough chairs available, swim up bar with music and reasonably priced drinks.
Location was convenient for us, not too loud but loads of Restaurants, bars, night market and shops around the corner. If you wanna spend time at the beach rather than the pool I would recommend a hotel that’s closer to the beach, even though the Aurich has a free shuttle service to the beach and it’s not that far to walk (feels longer in the heat or with kids though)
We recommend as a great stay for couples and if we come back to Phuket will certainly book again :)

The hotel has several swimming pools, which makes it very easy to find a quiet spot to enjoy the day 🌊🏝️ There are also many dining options inside the resort, so you can try different types of food without leaving the hotel.
One of the highlights of our stay was the spa experience 🧖♀️✨ They offer special packages for couples, and the massage was absolutely spectacular. It was one of the most relaxing moments of our trip.
The breakfast was quite good with many options, although I personally expected a little more variety. Still, everything we tried was fresh and tasty 🍳🥐
Overall, it’s a great hotel if you want a peaceful and comfortable place to rest while visiting Phuket. Highly recommended for couples looking to relax 🌅

The room is controversial. We had to wait till exactly 14:00 to check in. We couldn't even check in at 13:58. The toilet is a joke. It has a big glass with a frosted part so you can see a silhouette of a person in the shower. The sliding door has a big gap so you can see a person sitting on a toilet through it. So there's no sound proof on the toilet and you can see and hear almost everything happening inside. I had to go to the first floor toilet to do my things. And water pipes are noisy and might start buzzing in the middle of the night. A few times we heard loud music somewhere in the hotel so we had to call the reception to solve the problem otherwise it was impossible to rest in the room. There also was dust somewhere in the room.
I'm not sure I'll stay there again.

MMrV12341234LOVED our stay here and would recommend the place to others. See my below pros and cons.
Pros:
-the staff was very friendly. They all worked very hard to make sure the guests are happy.
-The food was delicious (especially the curry’s). Everything is good except maybe some of the western things like the hamburgers. Stick with the Thai dishes. The breakfast buffet was slightly above average.
-The rooms were very clean. No bugs.
-They provided us a very nice crib for our nine month old
-we never once heard our neighbors, or any guests, through the walls.
-The ac worked great.
-There is a free shuttle to old town Phuket each day (but see cons below on this).
You can use the Bolt or Grab app to call a taxi. This is much cheaper than the on site taxi.
-Free ride to and from the local beach (it’s not realistic to walk there because the road is too steep).
-The beach is very quiet compared to most beaches in Phuket. There is a bar at the beach that serves all kinds of drinks.
There are free beach chairs for you. If they are all taken the staff has large picnic mats for you to use (see below for negatives about the beach)
-beach area has a small children’s playground. One of those plastic castle style climb / slide things. There is also two small football (soccer) goals and a volleyball net.
-the beach is really nice in its own way. The sand and water is not as beautiful as other Phuket beaches, especially those on the west side, but the views of the nearby islands make it very serene and something the west side beaches don’t have. If you’re not coming to snorkel and see fish, it’s a good beach. There is also lots of shade if needed.
-you get one free kayak rental per stay
-The sheets in the room were changed every day and were very clean and comfortable
-The hot water was really hot and never ran out.
-our room had a mini fridge that worked great and had a little freezer section.
-The pool is very clean, cool, and relaxing. You can order drinks right in the pool
-The upper pool has an amazing view of the Thai islands. Make sure to get to the pool early (8-9am) and secure a chair or two if you plan to have a pool day.
-speaking of the view, because you’re on the east side, there are many islands in the distance, making the view’s spectacular. The west side beaches you’re looking out into open ocean. Here you see mountains and hills in the distance.
Cons:
-they give your room 2 water bottles each day, but you’re stuck at the resort unless you hire a taxi. So we had to continually buy water from the desk or restaurant until we went out to the 7-11 (I recommend stopping at a convenience store on your taxi ride to the resort and stock up on water, drinks, snacks etc that you enjoy)
-you have to get a taxi everywhere, even to a convenience store.
-There is a small store on site that sells snacks, drinks, souvenirs, cigarettes, etc. but it was never open. We got really frustrated because our 9 month old uses water for his formula and we simply couldn’t get enough water, so we had to repeatedly ask to use the store and then a worker finally came and let us buy some water.
-Our room did not have electric outlets next to the bed (could be a pro for some?). Actually, there was only one outlet in the room that was reasonably accessible to charge phones. (Plug outlets are multi purpose, had USA & Europe holes)
-The snorkeling is terrible at the Supalai beach. Very murky and cloudy water (The tides are rather extreme here, hundreds of feet of shore line exposed), leaving a muddy/marsh like area at the beach each evening. We even did a day trip over to Naka Yai island and Nahka noi island and the snorkeling was also pointless because the water is so cloudy. If you plan to snorkel don’t stay in the east side. But if you just want to side by the shore, relax, and get in for a quick dip… the beach is ok.
