"Upon arrival, I was immediately impressed by the exceptionally helpful staff. They were knowledgeable and could answer all my questions. The cleanliness was outstanding, which I really appreciated. They also have a swimming pool, which I enjoyed using. The water was incredibly clean, and it seemed like they cleaned it constantly after each use. The pool area itself was well-maintained and beautiful. I genuinely recommend this place; it's absolutely fantastic. I would definitely come back and book a stay here again if I have the opportunity. "Good reception upon arrival, quick communication asking if ok to check in late. Given the most important info there and then (breakfast etc). Busboy / porter always on point yo help, same for reception and breakfast / bar staff. Room was ok, the shower had good pressure and temp, plenty of space to manage family stay or otherwise. Room clearly is a bit older as white spots that have been repainted easily seen, or sealant in shower weathered. Safe worked no issues. TV is a bit old but that's nitpicky, would be nice to cast too or screen mirror via usb. Housekeeping on point and no issues. Spa staff are attentive and knowledgeable. Pool area is well maintained, lobby singers every night. My one real pet peeve is maybe have a more varied playlist for the lobby. The amount of times 'The girl from Ipanema' was playing could arguably ruin it 😅 Overall I would stay here again, it is close to the heart of Phuket whilst simultaneously being quite quiet compared to the popular beach areas."

"This place offers unbeatable value for money! It has a pool, a gym, and even a shuttle to the airport. The room was super clean, and the bed was massive – bigger than any I've ever seen! We stored our luggage in advance, and it had already been delivered to our room when we returned. Special thanks to Manager Li from Guest Relations, who gave us very detailed advice when we inquired about nearby sightseeing routes. 3. Room and Facilities: The room was more spacious than expected, with a modern minimalist design, clean, tidy, and offered a great view. The bedding was very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, ample hot water, and the toiletries provided were of good quality. "The hotel is very nice and stylish. It was a good value for the price. We had nice room with acces to the pool. The room was clean and big enough for us. TIt could have better tv inside that would be nice to have especially because unfortunately was raining a lot during our stay but thats not hotel issue. The breakfast was ok. There are a lot of stores nearby and restaurants also some bars. If you want to go to the beach you need to take motorbike that they also rent there so thats nice. The sea is actually very near the hotel but i dont recommend swimming there. The hotel has also washing machine that guest can use and a good affordable laundry service. To sum up, we had pleasant stay and not much more to say there."

"The location of this resort is good situated right in front of shops, and beach. Plenty of parking space if you are driving. Big compound and rooms might be recently refurbish, new and thoughtful with umbrella, slipper, double pillow, and etc. Our pool access room is right in the middle assessable to whole resort. Staff are kind and good manner especially the front counter staff by the name of Lily, she is friendly and can converse well in Chinese. But the crowd are 90% Russian and I hardly see Asian there. Breakfast are more western style, and is the same almost everyday but they keep refilling to make sure you are full and they cater for vegan too. Also, they give small token to kids who completed a simple mission. Good job! Only drawback is the lady at the spa counter is not very friendly. Overall experience is good but if the hotel provide mosquito repellent will be superb."

I was particularly impressed that even unoccupied rooms on my floor were opened daily for ventilation and cleaning, showing great attention to detail. The staff were consistently warm and polite. For breakfast, there were both Western and noodle options, and everything tasted delicious and was well-prepared! I arrived around noon, and thankfully, the front desk allowed me to check in immediately, likely due to available rooms. This early check-in was a huge plus, as it meant I didn't have to rigidly wait until the afternoon. And the shower in the bathroom? "The best thing about this hotel was it's location.It's a walking distance from patong beach, bangla walking street, all the nice clubs, street food areas and very close to the Simon Cabaret show.If you want to experience the lively nightlife of bangla walking street then this hotel is perfect.The hotel's restaurant serves a wide variety of dishes.The staff are also very friendly.They stored our luggage while we went to phi phi island the entire day.The location is also suitable for pickup by other tours such as Phi phi island tours."
