"I had a wonderful stay at Splash Beach Resort in Mai Khao as a couple. The resort is spacious, peaceful, and perfect for relaxing away from the busy tourist areas. Our room was comfortable, clean, and well maintained, with a calm resort atmosphere that made our stay very enjoyable.Breakfast is served with various meals. One of the highlights is the beautiful Mai Khao Beach, just steps from the resort. The beach is quiet, natural, and perfect for long walks together, especially during sunset. A big bonus is the famous airplane photo spot near the beach, where planes fly very low as they land at Phuket Airport. It’s an amazing and unique experience, and the huge airplanes make incredible photos, not only for couples but also for families. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the resort facilities, including the pools and restaurants, were convenient and relaxing. Overall, Splash Beach Resort is a great choice for couples looking for a peaceful beachfront stay with a unique photo spot and memorable experiences. Highly recommended"

"The hotel is clean. A few restaurants nearby and a 7-11. It takes about 7 minutes to get to the beach. Good value hotel, but you need a moped or car. The staff is really friendly. There is a mosque right next door, which is lovely. Deluxe room, downstairs."

"checkin very late night, don’t know why receptionist give the twin beds room to a solo traveler (She know I come alone) After change to the kingbed room, it is better. Room is huge and works great for me. The excellent location makes me explore easier in Phuket Town! I wouldn’t recommend to take the breakfast. I dont find the joy through breakfast. Phuket Town has lot of better food options!"

"Facilities: Very comprehensive, there's a pool, and the lobby is also very quiet. Cleanliness: Super clean. Ambiance: Very good, bright and airy. Service: Excellent, Thai service is exceptional. The room was great, super good value. I was worried about the noise mentioned in some reviews, but it really wasn't an issue at all. It was just the air conditioning sound, not as terrible as some made it out to be, saying you couldn't sleep all night. The only thing was that they dropped us off at international departures for our airport transfer, so make sure to tell the driver clearly next time – we didn't, but luckily it was a short walk."

Location and Environment: The hotel's location is excellent, right in the city center. It's only a 5-10 minute walk to the subway station and main commercial areas, which is very convenient. Although it's in a bustling area, the hotel's interior is very quiet and completely undisturbed by external noise. 2. Service and Front Desk: Must highlight this! From the moment we got out of the car, the bellman enthusiastically helped with our luggage. The front desk staff handled check-in efficiently and professionally, with warm smiles. We stored our luggage in advance, and it had already been delivered to our room when we returned. Special thanks to Manager Li from Guest Relations, who gave us very detailed advice when we inquired about nearby sightseeing routes. 3. Room and Facilities: The room was more spacious than expected, with a modern minimalist design, clean, tidy, and offered a great view. The bedding was very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, ample hot water, and the toiletries provided were of good quality. The mini-bar drinks were complimentary and restocked daily, which was a nice little touch. 4. Breakfast and Dining: The breakfast had a rich variety, a blend of Chinese and Western, including local specialties as well as pastries, bread, and salads. The ingredients were fresh, and the taste was excellent. The restaurant environment was elegant, and the service was prompt. Small Suggestion: If I had to pick one thing, I wish the swimming pool's opening hours could be extended a bit. Summary: Whether for business or leisure travel, this is an excellent choice. Pros: Good location, convenient for getting around. Cons: · Hygiene: The room carpet had obvious stains, and there was hair in the bathroom drain, which was unpleasant. · Facilities: The air conditioning was very noisy, affecting sleep at night. The Wi-Fi signal in the room was intermittent. · Service: Check-in at the front desk was very slow, and the staff's attitude was rather cold. When we requested a room change, we were told there were no rooms available, but booking platforms still showed availability. "The room was very clean. Everyone was very helpful. It wasn’t really close to anything, but a few restaurants no beach accessible. Unless you wanted to go swim with a bunch of boats. Laundry was very easy. It was right by the front desk. The pool was kept very clean a pretty nice relaxing area. I loved my balcony. I was on it all the time. I was in the older building. The newer building seemed a little nicer.  I would stay again. "

"Travelled with teenage son and got room for 3 adults. Bed super comfy, easy checkin and heaps of sun lounges. Money changer directly across the road and tour organisers also. Had the worst massage across the road even asking for soft. Always went to one to left of 7 Eleven across road and was brilliant. Lots of Russians staying at hotel who are very rude and not friendly at all. Staff very polite and helpful. Buffet breakfast has good selection but not very hot and only like 2-3 dishes change daily. Buffet dinner nights we went to Italian only and had good range but once again not very hot. Hotel has a mini mart attached also but there are so many within 500m. Son loved the water slides and pools were clean, coldest one was the kids pool. Enjoyed our stay however won’t be going back to Phuket as too expensive. Bali, KL and Vietnam cheaper."

"They refund and cancel policy is tricky. They didn’t refund my money when I booked for 3 nights but I wanted to cancel it 2 weeks before. They even didn’t accept that I pay for the first night and cancel the second and third night or even 1 night refund. It’s not fair I stayed there for a night but I didn’t want to stay there more because I didn’t like it. They didn’t accomodate my needs and didn’t address the issue properly. I ended up paying 3 nights although I didn’t want to stay there even a night. I checked in and checked out for a night but paid for 3 nights because if their strict refund policy. I hope they can address the issue asap."
