This time during the Chinese New Year, I saw direct flights and decisively chose Phuket. Since I only booked two nights, the hotel did not provide airport transfers. Waiting for the bus on the road, the traffic jam somewhat affected my mood, but when I arrived at the hotel, I saw the front desk staff welcoming me with smiles on their faces, and the bad mood was swept away. Aman's service decision was the ceiling. When I arrived in the room, I was very moved when I saw the layout of the room (I informed Ctrip in advance that it was an anniversary and I hoped to get the layout). Everywhere you go in the hotel, there will be staff greeting you with a smile, and they will find out any of your needs in a timely manner. There are no service staff who can speak Chinese in the hotel. It is a bit laborious to order in English, but it does not affect communication at all. The hotel has its own beach with very fine sand. We borrowed the hotel's snorkeling tools and boats to have fun. When you are tired, you can read and relax on the beach. There is also a special kidsclub for children. Just put your children there (over four years old), and the staff inside will be very patient and play with them. It is really a standard holiday feature.
