"I stayed at the hotel for three nights. The service was generally good, especially the restaurant downstairs, which was delicious. The only imperfect service was that the card was not automatically renewed when I stayed there for two consecutive nights. When I called the front desk to open the door, I waited for a full 20 minutes but no staff came to open the door. I had to go downstairs to refresh the room card myself. Finally, the check-out time was clearly 2 pm, but when I returned to the room at 1 pm, the door could not be opened. It was too outrageous."

"The B&B is very unique, the rooms are clean and well-equipped. The big bed room we stayed in was quiet at night, the environment in the courtyard was great, and the hostess's service was superb! It takes only 5 minutes to get to Liuxing Street by Didi taxi, and it is not far from the Kazanqi Folk Customs Area. I must recommend it! I will book this hotel next time I come to Yining City"

"The first experience of Yining B&B, full score recommended!
The first time I came to Yining for a trip, I chose the right homestay to directly make the journey happy!
The core surprise of this homestay is the small yard full of sunshine. The green plants are scattered. The soft decoration details are ingenious. Sitting in the yard in the evening, the atmosphere is directly full. The degree of friends can be sent to the circle of friends.
The enthusiasm of the boss and his wife is a plus. From the initiative to help carry luggage when you check in, patiently introduce the surrounding play routes, to the caringness of daily questions and answers, as kind as entertaining friends, there is no strangeness at all.
The interior of the room also exceeded expectations: the layout is warm and stylish, the bedding is soft and comfortable, the most important thing is ”clean” - the desktop and bathroom corners are spotless, and the living is particularly safe.
Breakfast is also worth boasting, not simple to deal with, but with a good nutrition package, there are porridge, eggs, side dishes and local specialties, the weight is enough and the stomach is warm, and the day is just right.
More intimate is the small details of the yard: vending machines and freezers are filled with ice cream of various flavors, tired of shopping and come back to get one, refreshing and relieve fatigue, instantly heal the fatigue of the journey.
If you come to Yining, I really recommend this! From the environment to the service, every place makes people feel comfortable and worry-free. It is definitely a treasure choice for improving the travel experience. ～"

"The B&B is located in the old town and has its own small parking lot, which is very convenient. The courtyard is very cozy and neatly kept. When the weather is good, you can have breakfast and tea in the courtyard, and you can also have a drink at the bar in the evening. The interior of the B&B retains the characteristics of local dwellings. The room we stayed in is not large but hygienic, and every detail is carefully decorated.
The service is especially commendable! Friendly and helpful. Homemade naan, jam and beef sauce are prepared for breakfast. It is delicious and filling. If you are not in a hurry, you can stay and relax."

"The overall evaluation is very good! Because it is a B&B, I didn’t have much expectations for the facilities and health conditions at first, but this is still a surprise! The sanitary condition is first-class, there is no smell of smoke or odor, every corner of the room is cleaned very clean, and there is no scale or other common sanitary dead spots.
The interior layout of the room is also very good. The towels are disposable, which makes them comfortable to use. It is very friendly for people like me who accidentally lose the towels I brought.
The lady boss and the boss are super enthusiastic! Especially the boss lady will be very enthusiastic in recommending travel guides and precautions. She is very warm and friendly and even treated me to the skewers they just brought back. It tastes great!
The boss was also very enthusiastic and even sent me to visit Liuxing Street for free. When I joined the one-day tour group the next day, he also sent me to the designated bus location. He was mainly warm, friendly and considerate.
They also help guests wash their clothes in the washing machine. This is the most considerate, enthusiastic and hospitable B&B owner I have come across in the past few days in Xinjiang.
After the meeting in Urumqi, I originally planned to stay in Yili for two days and have a good time. However, due to personal reasons, I changed my ticket and rushed back to Urumqi Airport overnight, so I feel sorry for them. I have tormented them several times.
Overall, one word is great!

"The hotel boasts an excellent location, directly opposite the bus station and not far from both the train station and the airport. The complimentary shuttle service is a really thoughtful touch. For sightseeing, it's very close to the West Gate of Liuxing Street, just a short walk away. The Lin Zexu Memorial Hall in Yili isn't far either, about a 10-20 minute electric scooter ride. The rooms are spacious, clean, and hygienic, and I particularly appreciated the open area to hang clothes – a real lifesaver for someone like me who travels for extended periods and likes to do laundry. It's also quiet at night. Both the front desk staff and the security guards are very enthusiastic and helpful. There are a few places to eat and buy fruit nearby, though not a huge selection as it's not directly next to a market. All in all, I'd definitely stay here again."

Although the room is small, the decoration standard is according to that of a hotel, and there is one particularly good detail. I guess they know that some guests would not like to use the hotel's cups, so the rooms are equipped with upside-down disposable paper cups."

"The beautiful pictures of this homestay caught my attention and I was determined to check it out. It did not disappoint me, the actual property looks just as beautiful, though the garden would probably need more plants. The vicinity was quiet and I enjoyed hanging out at the patio at night. Yining is quite small so taking a cab to get to the tourist spots is not a problem at all. The staff were helpful with my luggage. I will not hesitate to recommend this homestay."

We were stuck in traffic all the way from Sayim Lake to Yining City until almost midnight. We dropped off our luggage at the hotel and were starving, so the owner contacted us about a restaurant that was still open, allowing us to have a comfortable meal. It was almost 2 a.m. when we got back, and the owner was sitting alone in the courtyard waiting for us, which was a bit embarrassing. Breakfast was served separately, with porridge, which was quite enjoyable. This morning, we discovered the courtyard was filled with flowers and plants, a small Border Collie, and a pond full of fish. The kids were so happy they played until midnight before checking out. 😂😂😂

The guesthouse is located in a quiet area despite being in a busy area. From the lush greenery in the courtyard to the soft lighting and cozy furnishings in the rooms, everything instantly soothed my travel fatigue, creating a wonderful atmosphere.
The cleanliness was impeccable. The sheets and duvet covers were perfectly wrinkle-free upon arrival, even the pillowcases were neatly trimmed. The bathroom tiles and vanity were spotless – attention to detail was evident.
Before check-in, the owner proactively sent parking directions and recommended nearby restaurants. Upon arrival, they helped with our luggage and explained how to use the facilities. When we needed to borrow a charging cable, the owner delivered it to our room within minutes. They were always ready to answer our questions without being intrusive, like a true friend.
The amenities were comprehensive. The bedding was so soft that I slept soundly all night. The hot water in the bathroom was readily available and at a consistent temperature. Even the toiletries were high-quality, and they even provided emergency medication and an umbrella – more thoughtful than home. I will definitely choose this place again next time!

Service: Okay, relatively friendly, and they even offered coffee. However, they didn't change my trash bags, clean, or restock my supplies when I extended my stay.
🌟 I suggest installing hooks in the shower for hanging laundry. Also, perhaps curtains or window grilles in the bathroom would be helpful, so I can get dressed more comfortably.

The rooms are clean, large and comfortable and the lady owner who comes in at noon and works till morning is nice and helped the 2 of us book the transport by bus to sayram lake. It’s a comfortable walk by turning right and then right to Liu Xing street - along the way you have a nice cafe/bakery which operates till 11pm. The lady owners parents also help us to fix the alipay transport pass for taking a bus at 1 yuan for each trip. Apologies as I didn’t take any photos of the room.

GGuest UserMy stay coincided with snowfall in Yining, and the white guesthouse buildings against the backdrop of falling snow created an incredibly atmospheric ambiance! I thought it would be cold with the snow, but the room was so warm I had to turn on the air conditioning 🤣🤣 The room was fully equipped with smart devices, and it was exceptionally quiet both day and night—very pleasant.
PS: The owner was warm and considerate! They responded to any requests instantly. The environment was clean, tidy, and stylishly designed. It was a truly therapeutic stay; I'll definitely come back to stay in Yili, Xinjiang when I have the chance!

It is super fun to eat and chat here. The rooms are simple and clean, the furniture is arranged neatly, and the living is comfortable. The appearance of the building is also very distinctive, the red house is equipped with green trees, and the photos are good-looking. GGuest UserFour stars, the service of the lady at the front desk is very good, she reserved a parking space for us in advance, and the response speed is very fast for any needs. There is a large projection screen, the mattress is comfortable, and there is interaction with dogs and cats. Children like it very much.
Disadvantages: The toilet has a bit of a foul smell, which affects the living experience. The location of the hotel is between low houses, and there is only one road to it, and only one road is wide. When driving in and out, the car will take a long time to back up.
Also, there is no coffee for breakfast. Did not tell the guest in advance. Before leaving, I was asked to pay for two cups of coffee, one of which was the waiter's own fault 🙅 But he also asked me to pay the bill, and I was a little upset.

Overall, it was good value for money; you have to accept imperfections for a lower price! One suggestion for the hotel: just throw away that broken stool. It's better not to have it there than to leave it out! The receptionist was very kind, and the security guard was very friendly; they were generally very responsive. I lost my room key, and the receptionist helped me get a new one in the early morning. A big thumbs up!
