Hotel has big potential, is kind old fashion design "hotel room with kitchen annex and private restroom. But all facilities were old one. Hotel breakfast is just muffin and coffee. Whole hotel was marked as nonsmoking, but corridors were smelly and coldly. Rooms are not silent one, you hear snoring of your neighborhood or party in next room. Air con is so old and noisy.

This hotel is very misleading, they do not offer any amenities,no standard basics, like soap, shampoo, lotion, not even coffee or tea, no continental breakfast, you have to pay extra for the bare basics, you will get locked out after hours, the front desk is closed most of the day, there is no housekeeping on weekends, which is crazy to me, they don't answer the phone, my sister and I went to dinner came back at 9 pm we were locked out, used the courtesy phone , it rang for several minutes, no answer, we waited 10 min then called again still ringing, no answer, finally I decided to check around the back of the hotel and was able to get in through that door, extremely unsafe for a woman at night. They had white powder all around the room which tells me that had a problem with roaches. Ceiling was cracked with a horrible patch job, The kitchenette has nothing, you have to buy pans, plates etc.. I did appreciate the fridge and microwave. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, my advice would be to spend a few more dollars to stay at one of the other hotels in the same area.

BEWARE of booking and paying for stays at Extended Stays America hotel chain for future reference. Their manager at the Lexington Park location stated that the company policy required hotel guest to present valid ID not only for the registered guest but for all your family members in your party above 18 years old regardless if they don’t carry one or not. They are required to scan a valid ID, either a drivers license or passport and keep electronics copies of all your group’s ID. When I refused to provide my other family member’s ID for them to scan, I was denied the stay for the night on my fully paid reservation for a room. I had to notify my booking service to request a refund and drive away to another town to get a night stay. This policy was not explicitly stated in their website or booking policy. I contacted the manager , the customer care hot line and they refused to address this issue at a higher level except stating that they would offer a full refund at the request of my booking agency. They can not or will not notify this complaint to corporate for this unreasonable policy that I have never encountered at any other hotel chain before. I also think this situation should be considered an invasion of privacy for a company to gather unnecessary PII information that can lead to future identity theft opportunities for consumers of this hotel chain. .

Honestly, there was really nothing I liked about this hotel. The location was good for visiting my son at St. Mary’s, and the staff member that checked me in was friendly. Otherwise, this was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. Don’t let the pictures of the room fool you. The staff was unbelievably rude, there were a LOT of broken things in my room, the bed was so bad I may as well have slept on the floor, there were hairs imbedded in the sheets, and the toilet paper was like sandpaper. I’ve been an airline pilot for 20+ yrs, so I’ve stayed at a LOT of crappy hotels, this was one of the worst ever. I arrived at 2pm, there were barely any cars in the lot. I was told no rooms were available, I had to wait til 3pm. I later learned that this hotels policy is to not allow early check in’s or late checkout’s. I sat in my car until my room was ready. Upon checkin, I was read a 5 minute list of rules and restrictions. I felt like I was at a hostel, NOT a hotel. I get to my room, start unpacking, notice that there are zero dishes of any kind actually IN the kitchen, you have to call for a ‘welcome kit’ if you want them. Then I pull the curtain closed and the entire curtain rod fell off onto my head, slicing my scalp open. I call the front desk and was told maintenance wouldn’t get there for 5 more hours, and the fix itself would take at least an hour. The phone was not working properly, so I could barely understand what the staff was saying, and they either didn’t hear me when I said my head was bleeding, or they didn’t care. I told them to not bother with maintenance. I regretted that decision a couple of hours later when it was dark out, and suddenly a massive spotlight turned on, aimed directly in my room. The bed was so uncomfortable and hard, that after laying down for less than 6 hours, my entire body hurt. After little sleep, I called the front desk at 4:15am asking for a late checkout and was told that only the manager could approve this, to call back at 7:10am. I called at 7:07am, the manager VERY rudely told me that ‘many people’ had already asked for one, and I couldn’t have one. She hung up on me before I got a word out. This is when I called downstairs (on my own phone because the hotel phone was now completely broken!)…at this point I called back and went OFF. No sleep, pain everywhere, she finally gave me an extra hour. Around 9am’ish I had just finally started falling asleep, and the maid starts knocking on the door VERY loudly, I said ‘Hold on a minute!’, and she just keyed right in and hit the slam lock. Checkout isn’t normally til 11am and they DONT have the signs for the door that ask for privacy, so this was beyond obnoxious. At this point, I had had enough, I quickly packed and went to checkout. I wanted to make sure I wasn’t charged for all of the broken things, so I told the manager, She was very rude and rolled her eyes at me when I told her what was broken. Never again!!!

Stayed at this hotel several times in 2019, and it was a solid place to stay. Nothing fancy, but it was cheap and clean. Stayed again in 2022, and will never be back. The room was nasty, and the front desk staff were not only rude, they did nothing to change our room or fix the problem. I'm sorry, I know checking in after 8pm is late for checking in to some, but if the shower still has hair from the last person to use it, that's gross.

Room was clean and Personnel at the desk were helpful and friendly. I don't know why they charge you a 100 dollar deposit this is the only hotel I've seen recently that charge you a deposit. There were no dishes or pots and pans in the room, you had to call down to the desk to have them deliver them ot was a huge hassle and didn't like it. When I check Into my room I like to have everything available to me in the room. There was no chair for the desk and had to use the room chair for a desk chair. I will be spending alot of time in this hotel in the future and hopefully will not have any issues.

Misleading Hidden fees after being given a different quote on Priceline Website I was asked to leave due to a additional $100 security deposit that I was not expecting when booked through my reservation. I have never had to pay this amount even going to other High End hotels and this low budget hotel expected this amount. Beware
