Busan Hotels with Parking

We stayed at this property for a couple nights last month when we had our family emergency in Korea. The property is located in a central area by Yeonsan station - Line1. But it was a little difficult to find it by car/taxi. You should just look up for Hyatt place instead of HLB. The room was big enough for family of 4 - nice and clean and there's an upstairs without furniture or bed - literally nothing. We moved our sofa up there for kid's bed. There's also a laundry machine under the stove which takes forever to wash and dry (3-4 hours) and you need to keep the room key inserted while its run. Otherwise, the machine will stop working. It's got a great city view and stunning day and night. They had a little stove and fridge but no kitchen dishes/pots/utensils were available. Thankfully, there was a convenient store downstairs and lots of restaurants near by. The most disappointing part of this hotel was that they charge for using a swimming pool per person. It was not even cheap or amazing pool rather small. We didn't even bother almost spend $100 per day to use the pool. Forget it! However, The staffs were nice and very helpful and tried to keep our suitcases when we had our early checkout. Overall, I don't think we will go back to the hotel for that much money and with hidden cost.

The location is right in front of Busan Station. If you arrive by KTX, just exit from gate 9 or 10 and follow the elevated walkway for about 7-8 minutes. It's also convenient for subway access. The only thing is that check-in and the rooms are in different entrances. Upon arrival, you'll need to go to the 2nd floor of Building B for check-in, then go down one floor and enter the building through the adjacent entrance. The two staff members had excellent service, and since it was our first time and we weren't familiar with the layout, they kindly directed us to the elevator, which was very thoughtful. Even though the hotel is large, it offers good privacy, as you need your room card to access everything. The room environment was excellent, very large and spacious; we were amazed as soon as we walked in. You can cook, and it's equipped with an oven and a large refrigerator. Plus, the sea view from the window was unbeatable, and there are two small supermarkets downstairs, making it very convenient to buy things. We will definitely stay here again next time we visit Busan.

The transportation is very convenient, only more than 200 meters away from the MRT station. If you rent a car, you also provide free parking service. The service attitude is good. You can store your luggage before and after check-in. The environment is clean and the overall is comfortable.

Pros: The staff were warm and helpful. There was even a Korean-speaking oppa who could communicate in Chinese, and other colleagues spoke English very well, which was convenient. We needed to book an escape room online, and when we asked the staff for help, they booked it for me on their computer and even called the venue to explain the situation, which I greatly appreciated. The room came with a microwave and a mini-fridge, making it very convenient to heat up our own breakfast. The shower had excellent water pressure, and the staff helped us get hot water ready, which was very convenient. The water quality in Korea is so good that my hair didn't frizz after washing, unlike when I'm back home. The same goes for my face; because of the good water quality, my lotion and BB cream applied smoothly, whereas back home I can only use face cream, and my skin still feels a bit dry – sadly, I can't bring this water home! The location is right in Haeundae, at the end of the street leading to the beach. However, the elevator goes directly to the subway station on the B1 level, which was very helpful as it rained quite a bit during our stay. It is indeed the furthest hotel from the beach on this street, but it's still only a pleasant seven or eight-minute walk. Olive Young is nearby, and convenience stores like GS25 are also very accessible. We also had some delicious Korean beef. The location mainly depends on personal needs; I usually prefer places closest to the subway station, so I was very satisfied with this aspect. The hotel's soundproofing is excellent; it has a balcony, and the windows are thick, so when the windows and balcony glass door are closed, you can barely hear any outside noise. It was very quiet. Cons: This is a serviced apartment with a small kitchen, like those open-plan studio apartments you see struggling female leads live in on K-dramas. Although there are four elevators, with two serving the lower floors, we often had to wait a long time. I'd read about this in reviews while planning but didn't pay much attention, only to find out it was true. During the rainy days, going up and down frequently from the hotel was quite frustrating. It might be better if you only leave in the morning and return at night. You must allow plenty of time for check-out, as it's nearly impossible to squeeze into an elevator with luggage. The mattress was too soft; it felt like I was constantly fighting gravity while sleeping. I wasn't the only one; my child also felt very uncomfortable on the first night. There were also yellow stains on the sheets that looked like they wouldn't wash out, which for a hotel, was a bit off-putting. During our stay, there was a sudden power outage – the first time in my life I've experienced one at a hotel – and someone also accidentally triggered the fire alarm. However, for a short trip, the usual price might be acceptable. Since we were traveling with a child during the summer, we couldn't pay too much of a premium, and the overall experience didn't quite match the price. In summary: Excellent staff service and good location.

View - If you are keen in wharf / harbor view, this hotel (see images) is along the harbour next to wharf, Songdo, so there is no beach on the wharf. At 4am you can hear commotion at the wharf, interesting for a different view from city or sea view. Nearest Songdo beach is still at distance, it is not at door step. Booked a large room for family of 4, comes with 1 Queen bed, 1 single, the last pax ended on the floor with Futons. (Although I indicated i had 4 pax, housekeeper does not seem to be aware, replenishes only for 3 pax?). Small hand towels are issued as bath towel, just be aware. Quite common for smaller hotel accommodation here (inn, AirBnB). Floor heater, water heater works, daily housekeeping. Has bath tub not used at all for winter. Good balcony for sitting in the cold to watch the wharf bustle. Pax using futon had a few bites by bugs, not sure if flew in from outside the room, else the room is clean. Nice open terrace at roof top with telescope to look into Lotte mall at distance, and the open sea after the bridge on the right. Complimentary breakfast offering at basement kitchen is available until 9AM (not 9.30am) - kitchen staff will remind you to finish up at close to 9am, and please clear your dishes at collection area, discard leftovers, return cultery, utensils. Breakfast spread : Cereal with milk (only on weekend), ONE slice of toast with jam, egg/s, one fruit or yoghurt, one coffee/tea, ONE juice, one instant noodles (if you want). Only tried for first morning, other mornings has similar menu on the wall. Staff - looks like husband wife team. Friendly to greet at reception at upper level. Safety wise - As accommodation is located at harbour with large prime movers and containers movements, it is better to travel in groups to look out for each other. I note the drivers are generally careful to look out for pedestrians on the harbour, wharf. Can be a bit dark at night in the surrounding area of the accommodation. Plus point - Double entrance door which allow you to lock inner door in case main door is being accessed externally. Location - About 20mins or so by bus to Busan shopping area where the crowd is. Not too far, The more popular tourist spots, beach sites is further up northeast at Haeundae beach, which is about 1 hour bus ride away. Pricing -, for the pricing, there are better known hotel chains going at more economic rates. So need to do proper research before booking. Else pleasant stay, simple, large room, no fanfare.

Here is a detailed breakdown of what to expect. The Room & Amenities The first thing you’ll notice is the generous room size. Unlike many cramped city hotels, there is plenty of space to move around. The View: The highlight of the stay is undoubtedly the stunning harbor view. Watching the bridge light up at night is a great way to wind down. Comfort: The beds are comfortable and provide a good night’s rest. Condition: While the room is clean, some of the furniture is starting to show its age and feels a bit dated. Facilities: Basic toiletries, drinking water, tea, and coffee are all provided. Note that the toilet and bathtub are in the same space (not separated). Climate Control: Be aware that during winter and early spring, the air conditioning is disabled. If the room gets too warm, you’ll need to crack the window to let the crisp Busan air in. The Elevator Challenge (The Biggest Downside) The most significant drawback is the elevator situation. The hotel only has three elevators, which is insufficient for a building of this size—especially since it is a popular choice for large tour groups from Taiwan, Thailand, and Hong Kong. Peak Hours: Between 7:30 AM – 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM, the elevators are perpetually packed. The Struggle: It can be so challenging to catch a lift that I actually had to walk down the stairs from the 15th floor to the lobby. If you have mobility issues or heavy luggage, this is a major factor to consider. Dining & Convenience On-site Eats: There is a Korean Fried Chicken restaurant on the 2nd floor that is definitely worth a try—the taste is quite good! Convenience: A CU convenience store is located right in the lobby, which is incredibly handy for late-night snacks or essentials. Breakfast Tip: I recommend skipping the hotel breakfast package. The restaurant is on the 24th floor, meaning you have to wait for the elevator to go up, and then wait again to get back down to the lobby to start your day. You’ll save money and time by eating at one of the many local spots nearby. Location & Accessibility The location is a strong point for shoppers and explorers: Metro: About a 7–8 minute walk to Nampo Station. Shopping: Very close to Lotte Shopping Mall and the famous Gwangbok-ro Shopping Street. Note: The building is shared with another hotel (North Harbor Hotel), which contributes to the high foot traffic in the lobby and elevators. Hotel Adela is a solid choice if you value a spacious room with a beautiful view and want to stay near the Nampo-dong action. However, the elevator delays are a serious test of patience. If you choose to stay here, try to avoid traveling in and out of the hotel during peak tour group hours! Pack your patience for the lobby wait, and definitely grab some fried chicken on the second floor!

Im a first timer in busan, saw a travel blog sharing this hotel location and service is great and pricing is afforable. I paid about 150 per night for double room (for 2pax). Encounter quite a few issues but because one of the staff (a young man) his service is the best there and it provide me some comfort. 1) bath towel shortage I was given face towel x2 as a replacement for bath towel. I only know this after i ask on the 2nd day. I also mentioned there were no bottle drinks replaced. So when someone come over and pass me, he told me no more bath towel and gave me 2 x face towel and a semi wet bath towel. Then he wanted to come in and see if i lied about the mineral water. When he open the fridge he saw the drinks (3 bottled) and say there is drink but these were yesterday ones and i asked for 1 only. From what i see, when they come in clean the room, of the room still have water and towel they will not replace or they will replace half? 2) staff being rude There was this guy, probably middle age i encounter him on 4 Apr night time, i went to inform no bath towel on the 1st day. The room only had 1 bath towel and 4x face towel. So counter dont know of the towel shortage. He give me a unhappy face and ask me ”so”, ”what you want”... im speechless and i dont want to spoil my holiday mood. I told him i will comw later to get and he says 1st come 1st serve he dont have so many at the counter. :( 3) no aircon This seems to be a norm for most hotel during cold season. So i had to open rhe balcony door and it was noisy. Anyway i will not come back to this hotel to stay but i must say the location is great. Just beside the traditional market and the stretch has loads of restuarant.

The hotel is located just off Nampo Station, with two CU convenience stores nearby and close to a well-organized street lined with large stores like Converse and ABC Mart. It was very clean and excellent. I booked it for a BTS concert, and the price remained the same as advertised. I really wished I could have stayed longer. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit Busan.

Good location , closed to train station, nearby shopping area - Lotte Mall, Daiso and lots of eateries nearby. New hotel but room & shower room (not shower curtain so floor always wet after shower) slightly small . TV not working properly, volume not working. No free water refill.

Check-in is at 5 PM. If you want to check in earlier, you have to pay 10,000 won. I went at 3 PM but couldn't check in without paying the 10,000 won. Check-out is at 11 AM. I tried to check out at the kiosk, but the machine was broken, so I had to go to an office in another building to check out. The service was 'um' (this 'um' is different from the previous one). The window doesn't open.
