Very close to the subway station, bus stop, and Daiso. There's also a convenience store downstairs. The lobby is on the 6th floor (the elevator button is marked 'L'). Check-in time is 3 PM, but you can store your luggage if you arrive early. The room is spacious and very clean, with a separate wet and dry area in the bathroom. For toiletries, the shower gel and shampoo are in one bottle, and there's conditioner. There are no toothbrushes provided, but you can buy them at the front desk. The gym is free, and breakfast costs extra.

I stayed here with my children, and it was a very unique and enjoyable experience for us. We usually live in a detached house, so staying in a high-rise apartment with a beautiful night view and views of the sea felt really special. It was also our first time staying at a place without a front desk, but everything was easy and convenient, and we had no difficulties at all. The room, bedding, and facilities were all very clean and comfortable. The location was another big advantage. We had an early morning flight, but it only took about 20 minutes to get to the airport, which made our trip much easier. It was also well connected to Busan Station, so we could easily visit the station and enjoy the many food options there. Overall, we had a very comfortable and pleasant stay with our family. I would definitely consider staying here again the next time we visit Busan.

View - If you are keen in wharf / harbor view, this hotel (see images) is along the harbour next to wharf, Songdo, so there is no beach on the wharf. At 4am you can hear commotion at the wharf, interesting for a different view from city or sea view. Nearest Songdo beach is still at distance, it is not at door step. Booked a large room for family of 4, comes with 1 Queen bed, 1 single, the last pax ended on the floor with Futons. (Although I indicated i had 4 pax, housekeeper does not seem to be aware, replenishes only for 3 pax?). Small hand towels are issued as bath towel, just be aware. Quite common for smaller hotel accommodation here (inn, AirBnB). Floor heater, water heater works, daily housekeeping. Has bath tub not used at all for winter. Good balcony for sitting in the cold to watch the wharf bustle. Pax using futon had a few bites by bugs, not sure if flew in from outside the room, else the room is clean. Nice open terrace at roof top with telescope to look into Lotte mall at distance, and the open sea after the bridge on the right. Complimentary breakfast offering at basement kitchen is available until 9AM (not 9.30am) - kitchen staff will remind you to finish up at close to 9am, and please clear your dishes at collection area, discard leftovers, return cultery, utensils. Breakfast spread : Cereal with milk (only on weekend), ONE slice of toast with jam, egg/s, one fruit or yoghurt, one coffee/tea, ONE juice, one instant noodles (if you want). Only tried for first morning, other mornings has similar menu on the wall. Staff - looks like husband wife team. Friendly to greet at reception at upper level. Safety wise - As accommodation is located at harbour with large prime movers and containers movements, it is better to travel in groups to look out for each other. I note the drivers are generally careful to look out for pedestrians on the harbour, wharf. Can be a bit dark at night in the surrounding area of the accommodation. Plus point - Double entrance door which allow you to lock inner door in case main door is being accessed externally. Location - About 20mins or so by bus to Busan shopping area where the crowd is. Not too far, The more popular tourist spots, beach sites is further up northeast at Haeundae beach, which is about 1 hour bus ride away. Pricing -, for the pricing, there are better known hotel chains going at more economic rates. So need to do proper research before booking. Else pleasant stay, simple, large room, no fanfare.

This was my first time in Korea and Busan, and I was so lucky to stay at such a great hotel for the concert! I was really happy with the room, facilities, and the view. The subway station is right downstairs, which made it super convenient to get to the city center and the concert venue. Plus, the hotel is right at Haeundae Station; after exiting subway exit 5, it's just about 100m straight to the beach. On June 12th, some ARMYs even ran into J-hope nearby! I absolutely loved it and will definitely stay here again next time.

Pros Comfort & Cleanliness: Spacious, clean, and comfortable room with solid soundproofing for a restful stay. In-Room Amenities: Powerful hairdryer, a full-sized fridge with a proper freezer compartment, and a versatile microwave/oven combo that makes reheating food easy. Something not suggest this. Fully Digital Access: Check-in and check-out are handled entirely via smartphone. Elevator access requires a dynamic QR code—screenshots are unreliable, and weak cellular signal in the elevator area makes loading the page frustrating. Room lights use touch panels with a slight learning curve. The system is not well-suited for seniors or guests unaccustomed to keyless smartphone access. Housekeeping & Communication: During a multi-night stay, housekeeping missed restocking facial tissues. With no in-room phone (only an online AI chatbot), we had to visit the front desk in person. Staff initially doubted the issue before providing a replacement, which felt unwelcoming. Vague Amenity & Water Policies: Written instructions simply state to collect extra towels and bottled water at the front desk, without explaining quotas or extra charges. We only learned about the water dispenser on the 29th floor (which is not open 24 hours) after asking the AI assistant. Breakfast Schedule: Last entry is 9:30 AM, but cleanup begins around 9:40 AM, quickly limiting food options. Arriving by 9:00 AM at the latest is strongly recommended. Self-service tray return is required. With minimal staff interaction beyond requested housekeeping, this property is best suited for independent guests who prefer autonomous digital check-ins. Those traveling with elderly family members or seeking traditional front-desk hospitality may want to consider other options. 優點：空間很大、環境乾淨、入住舒適、隔音不錯、吹風機很強，有冰箱可冷藏冷凍還有一機多用的微波跟烤箱可以加熱。 住宿體驗感不錯，但如果是不習慣全自助，或是無卡用手機刷門禁的可能不太推薦。 這次入住一些比較差的體驗感想： 感覺不太適合老人家入住 自行辦理入住及退房需透過手機處理 電梯需使用QR code通行， 每次進電梯前都要先重新打開QR code， 截圖的話有時候掃的到，有時候不行。 然後電梯內訊號較差會有點難開，小麻煩。 房間電燈都是觸控式面板 研究了一下才知道怎麼開關 然後是因為連續入住，有申請打掃房間， 結果打掃後房內沒有補充桌上紙巾， 沒有電話可以聯繫前台， 只有看到ai回復的幫手， 室友到前台詢問， 前台說有替換一開始沒有要提供的意思， 提出需求卻先被懷疑的感覺不太好， 雖然紙巾問題有得到解決。 然後紙張說明只寫說需要瓶裝水跟毛巾跟前台領取 並未說明需要額外付費，或是一晚僅提供兩瓶，未在紙面說明。感覺應該是提供給連續入住沒有打掃的房客領取使用，入住並未說明。 需詢問飯店AI助理才知道可以上29F飲水機裝水， 且非24小時可裝水。 然後早餐最後入場時間是9：30 基本上東西都還有，但是大概9：40就開始徹餐，選擇越來越少，建議大家最晚9：00就要到比較好，然後餐盤也是自助回收。 所以服務的部分基本上除了連續入住要申請的打掃服務，基本沒有，所以我無法評價，幾乎都是自助詢問求解。

This hotel is amazing. The harbor and city view was breathtaking. The room was really nice with a comfortable bed and nice bathroom with bathtub. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. They kept my bags before having access to the room and after check out. The location is nice. The nearest bus stop is 1 min away and underground station 8min away. The hotel is 2 stations away from Busan station. However, I’d recommend not charging for a toothbrush and toothpaste. Maybe give it at check in for those who would need them. I would definitely consider coming back to this hotel !

Im a first timer in busan, saw a travel blog sharing this hotel location and service is great and pricing is afforable. I paid about 150 per night for double room (for 2pax). Encounter quite a few issues but because one of the staff (a young man) his service is the best there and it provide me some comfort. 1) bath towel shortage I was given face towel x2 as a replacement for bath towel. I only know this after i ask on the 2nd day. I also mentioned there were no bottle drinks replaced. So when someone come over and pass me, he told me no more bath towel and gave me 2 x face towel and a semi wet bath towel. Then he wanted to come in and see if i lied about the mineral water. When he open the fridge he saw the drinks (3 bottled) and say there is drink but these were yesterday ones and i asked for 1 only. From what i see, when they come in clean the room, of the room still have water and towel they will not replace or they will replace half? 2) staff being rude There was this guy, probably middle age i encounter him on 4 Apr night time, i went to inform no bath towel on the 1st day. The room only had 1 bath towel and 4x face towel. So counter dont know of the towel shortage. He give me a unhappy face and ask me ”so”, ”what you want”... im speechless and i dont want to spoil my holiday mood. I told him i will comw later to get and he says 1st come 1st serve he dont have so many at the counter. :( 3) no aircon This seems to be a norm for most hotel during cold season. So i had to open rhe balcony door and it was noisy. Anyway i will not come back to this hotel to stay but i must say the location is great. Just beside the traditional market and the stretch has loads of restuarant.

The hotel is located just off Nampo Station, with two CU convenience stores nearby and close to a well-organized street lined with large stores like Converse and ABC Mart. It was very clean and excellent. I booked it for a BTS concert, and the price remained the same as advertised. I really wished I could have stayed longer. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit Busan.

From check-in to check-out, my stay was smooth, and I found the hotel to be a solid mix of comfort, cleanliness, and character. Check-in & First Impressions: Upon arrival, I was greeted by courteous front desk staff who spoke basic English and were very accommodating. The check-in process was fast and efficient, with minimal hassle. The lobby itself was tastefully decorated—nothing extravagant, but definitely welcoming. It had a quirky charm that felt a bit more boutique than your average budget hotel. Room: I stayed in a standard double room, which was surprisingly spacious. The decor was modern and minimalist, with a few unique touches that gave it personality. The bed was large and comfortable, with clean, crisp linens. I appreciated the small details like a well-lit vanity area, USB charging ports, and a mini-fridge. The room also had good soundproofing, which meant I could rest peacefully even though the hotel is near a busy area. The bathroom was spotless, equipped with a full set of toiletries, and had a surprisingly luxurious rainfall shower. Water pressure was excellent, and hot water was consistent throughout my stay. Some rooms also offer jacuzzis or bathtubs, depending on the tier you book, which I thought was a great value. Amenities & Services: While Hotel Elephant isn’t a full-service luxury property, it offers everything you’d need for a comfortable stay. There’s a vending machine area, complimentary bottled water, and in-room amenities like a kettle, coffee, and tea. Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, even during peak hours. The hotel doesn’t have a restaurant or gym, but there are plenty of cafes and convenience stores nearby to make up for it. Housekeeping was thorough and respectful. My room was cleaned daily, and towels and toiletries were replenished without needing to request anything. Location: This is arguably one of the hotel’s strongest points. It’s just a short walk from a nearby subway station, which made commuting to places like Haeundae Beach, Jagalchi Market, and Gwangalli very easy. There are also tons of restaurants, bars, and local shops within walking distance. Whether you’re into street food or want to try Busan’s famous seafood, you’ll find great options nearby. If you’re into nightlife, there’s also plenty happening in the area, but thankfully, the hotel itself remains peaceful at night. Staff & Hospitality: Every staff member I interacted with was polite and eager to help. While not everyone was fluent in English, they made an effort to assist with directions, transportation tips, and even helping me book a cab using local apps. Their hospitality made the stay feel much warmer and more personal than I expected. Overall Impression: Hotel Elephant may not be a five-star hotel, but it delivers more than what you’d expect from its price point. It’s clean, cozy, and well-located—perfect for solo travelers, couples, or even friends on a budget-friendly getaway. If you’re visiting Busan and want a reliable place to stay that offers good value without compromising on comfort, this hotel is a solid pick. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Busan.

Check-in is at 5 PM. If you want to check in earlier, you have to pay 10,000 won. I went at 3 PM but couldn't check in without paying the 10,000 won. Check-out is at 11 AM. I tried to check out at the kiosk, but the machine was broken, so I had to go to an office in another building to check out. The service was 'um' (this 'um' is different from the previous one). The window doesn't open.
