"We stayed in this hotel for 6 nights recently and it was a really beautiful location. It's directly across from Gwangali beach, which meant that waking up every morning we could hear the ocean and from our terrace we had a great half-view of the beach. The amenities provided were towels, hair dryer, hair straightener, soap, shampoo, and conditioner. The room was a little small but it was very comfortable. It felt a little more like an airbnb than a hotel, as it had a kitchenette and washing machine. The tv had netflix and youtube premium as well, so overall the experience of staying here was positive! The only negative thing is that there is no front desk and there isn't a direct way to speak to staff if you need something. Additionally, theres's only 2 elevators and they get crowded very easily, as the building has 20 floors."

"We had trouble to modify our hotel booking because we keyed the wrong dates via another travel platform. The hotel rejected our request for free waiver nor modification. We were booked for 11-13 Nov and wanted to change to 12 to 15th Nov. We turned up a day later at 10am but we were not given our room till 2pm (and we paid for extra day!) When we complained, we were told we would be upgraded to a bigger room. Upon checking in, we did not know what’s the difference as it was 2 twin beds. It is not like they give us free breakfast or 2 queen beds.
Other than location, I do not think the service is of 5 star hotel. It is a disappointment. Surely such a prestigious establishment, one will expect the service to be top notch."

"After the bustling haeundae, this corner is slightly quiet and peaceful. No night market or mall. No shopping so we went massage at Chinatown, just a street behind hotel 🏨👍. The burger restaurant at level 2 is good. Worth the try. You can never miss Olive Young, walk out of the hotel, and towards the metro and you can spot it from afar! Just next to the Chinatown entrance. 🥳
Mart and Starbucks are just a door away from hotel at level 1, very convenient.
Busan station is just 10mins walk, and inside there are shops and eateries.
Rooms are abit on the small size, and there is no aircon 😵💫. Quite warm if there is insufficient cold blowing into the room in winter. 😓 Hotel should install at least ceiling fans.
There are only 2 washers and 2 dryers. Not really sufficient imo. Overall, it is a good location near the train station, eateries, marts and olive young. Thank you! 😊"

Room was big and clean, and housekeeping staff were polite.
Take note that early Nov in autumn they will disable the aircon and only provide heating so the room remains permanently at 28 degrees - belatedly realised there were other reviewers who warned about this. Staff will advise you to open the window if you feel stuffy and hot. However, this means noise from traffic and the baseball batting cage located next to the hotel. But I guess noise is better than getting a heatstroke.
Pretty close walk to haeundae station, and convenient to have a convenience store downstairs and McDonald’s across the road."

"Right outside the hotel is a bus stop, which we used frequently, making getting around incredibly convenient. It's also not far from the subway station, and the surrounding area has a wide variety of shops. The hotel itself is very clean, and the staff are friendly. The only thing to note, which is different from China, is that they don't provide toothbrushes and toothpaste. However, there's a vending machine at the hotel where you can buy them, and a convenience store right next door also sells them."

"Stayed at Arban hotel for 4 nights, was allocated the room on floor 11 and had a good and restful night sleep.
Things I like
- one king sized bed and one single bed. Good for my mum and myself.
- I love the LG steaming cabinet(ideal for those who are there for a longer period).
- near to many eateries/restaurants.
Things I didn’t like
- there is no door for the toilet, really strange. Was given the option of hanging up a shower curtain (however staff will expect you to retrieve it from the front desk and expect you to hang up on your own). I guess this is what to expect from a 3 star hotel.
- front desk staff are not very helpful and lukewarm attitude. (I ask them about luggage delivery and staff just handed a sign and ask my to check it out myself). Couldn’t ask too many questions as he didn’t seem happy to help.
- only small bar soap is provided, no toothbrush/toothpaste. There was even a used shower cap hanging in our toilet when we checked in.
-didn’t like the recycled room slippers provided. (Didn’t feel hygienic).
- there was a music festival happening outside the hotel on the day I was checking out and taxi couldn’t stop outside the hotel.

GGuest UserThe location is excellent, right in Nampo. For those of us who prioritize convenience for shopping and dining over beach activities, this spot was perfect. Getting around from the hotel is incredibly easy. Bus stops are just a 2-4 minute walk away, and the subway station is about a 5-minute stroll. It's very close to Busan Station, and a taxi to the airport is reasonably priced at around 15,000 KRW.
The rooms are quite spacious by Korean standards, and the facilities are impressive. Our room even featured a bidet and a bathtub, plus a complimentary mini-bar. A nice touch was the hotel's coffee, which was surprisingly good. Breakfast was delivered to our door at 8:30 AM daily, typically consisting of cereal with milk or yogurt, scones, croissants, sandwiches, and boiled eggs. The taste was pretty decent.
There's an incredibly delicious pork soup with rice (Dwaeji Gukbap) nearby – make sure to ask the front desk for directions! It's a small local eatery not found on major review apps like Dianping, popular exclusively with locals, and very affordable at 10,000 KRW per serving. At the intersection, there's also an excellent BBQ restaurant. We visited it twice; it was clearly a local favorite, as we didn't spot any tourists. A portion of meat is 10,000 KRW. The two of us girls ordered three portions the first time and four the second!
The only drawback of the hotel was a slight lack of attentiveness in service. Firstly, the hotel provides two complimentary Americanos daily. For our three-night stay, that should have totaled six cups, but mysteriously, all six were marked as consumed even though we only drank four. Secondly, when we switched rooms mid-stay, a paper bag containing various personal items disappeared. This included my own facial tissues, cleansing wipes, and some damp personal items wrapped in tissue paper that were placed on top. Everything was gone. I simply can't understand why my neatly packed belongings would be just thrown out.
Despite these few drawbacks, I would still highly recommend this hotel.

GGuest UserWe stayed at L7 Haeundae Busan for four nights and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The location is fantastic—right next to Haeundae Beach, with plenty of restaurants lining the walkway all the way to Haeundae Market, making meals and evening strolls very convenient and enjoyable.
The hotel itself was modern, clean, and comfortable. A highlight for us was the heated swimming pool, which was open even during winter and made for a relaxing experience despite the cold weather. Overall, it’s a great choice for both leisure and longer stays, and we would happily return on our next visit to Busan.

EExpatI really like this hotel.  The staff on the 12th floor was absolutely amazing. One thing to note about this particular hotel is that holidays have very strict rules in that there are no special requests. One thing I did not like is the fact that they wanted to take down a credit card number when I checked in even though I’m using trip.com. I understand that there are not special requests and checkout times are not very flexible during holidays, though I do feel the fact that I could not use the swimming pool on the day of checkout after my checkout time of 11 AM was unreasonable. Because I had a late flight going back to Shanghai, I felt it would’ve been more appropriate to allow me to use the pool after I checked out so I could utilize my time at the hotel a little bit better. There is an alternative terrace for people who smoke cigarettes.  there are some room rooms which allow pets, and I think my room was treated well considering that. The air conditioner goes directly onto the bed, so maybe I had to get up a couple of times to turn it off or on.
The room was very clean and comfortable. Although there was not a luggage rack, I was able to make it work in terms of the seating area in the room. The view from the hotel room was really nice because you could see the train station. The walking distance to the bus stop was good. I don’t understand those little call-girl cards at the entrance, but I think that’s just part of Busan.
 The hotel had nearby bus service and the train station was only 350 m away next to the bus stop.  The view from the pool was beautiful even though there’s a lot of buildings in the process of development.  the buildings under construction had their lights on at night so it made everything really pretty and photogenic. The food was delicious, though I do think it was a little bit overpriced. I do appreciate the free perfume and feel the breakfast was tastey as well.  I would actually stay there again because of the price and hope that they can expand their luggage storage area so the lobby looks a little bit more inviting.

GGuest Userparking is very convenient as the carpark is right beside the hotel. across the road you have many petrol/charging/lpg kiosks also for easy refuel before returning the rental car. the location of the hotel is very near to the central where late night shopping/food are everywhere. right outside the hotel there is a bus stop too. the room is clean with no smell at all, aircon new and working well. front desk is very friendly also. overall a good experience. driving to the airport is not far as well within 30 mins even during late morning hours.

GGuest UserRight from the start, all the staff at the front desk were incredibly friendly. They explained everything from room details to breakfast hours and menu, and even local attractions, all with a warm smile. As expected, the room was spotless, and the view was great. You can smoke on the terrace, and there's plenty of space to enjoy takeout food as well. I stayed for 3 consecutive nights, and if I had more time, I would have loved to stay longer. I would absolutely love to come back!

GGuest UserThe hotel is very close to the beach and has the sea view. These were two important requests for me. The room is big enough. The breakfast is ok but we preferred to eat out. They took out the trash every day and made a bed once, it was all about cleaning. They do not renew shower detergents. The receptionist is welcoming and speaks English well. And again, the area is perfect for tourism and go to the beach. There is a laundry room there in the B2 floor.

Located conveniently within the city, the hotel serves as a great base for travelers looking to explore Busan’s vibrant neighborhoods, beaches, and culinary spots. From check-in to check-out, my stay was smooth, and I found the hotel to be a solid mix of comfort, cleanliness, and character.
Check-in & First Impressions:
Upon arrival, I was greeted by courteous front desk staff who spoke basic English and were very accommodating. The check-in process was fast and efficient, with minimal hassle. The lobby itself was tastefully decorated—nothing extravagant, but definitely welcoming. It had a quirky charm that felt a bit more boutique than your average budget hotel.
Room:
I stayed in a standard double room, which was surprisingly spacious. The decor was modern and minimalist, with a few unique touches that gave it personality. The bed was large and comfortable, with clean, crisp linens. I appreciated the small details like a well-lit vanity area, USB charging ports, and a mini-fridge. The room also had good soundproofing, which meant I could rest peacefully even though the hotel is near a busy area.
The bathroom was spotless, equipped with a full set of toiletries, and had a surprisingly luxurious rainfall shower. Water pressure was excellent, and hot water was consistent throughout my stay. Some rooms also offer jacuzzis or bathtubs, depending on the tier you book, which I thought was a great value.
Amenities & Services:
While Hotel Elephant isn’t a full-service luxury property, it offers everything you’d need for a comfortable stay. There’s a vending machine area, complimentary bottled water, and in-room amenities like a kettle, coffee, and tea. Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, even during peak hours. The hotel doesn’t have a restaurant or gym, but there are plenty of cafes and convenience stores nearby to make up for it.
Housekeeping was thorough and respectful. My room was cleaned daily, and towels and toiletries were replenished without needing to request anything.
Location:
This is arguably one of the hotel’s strongest points. It’s just a short walk from a nearby subway station, which made commuting to places like Haeundae Beach, Jagalchi Market, and Gwangalli very easy. There are also tons of restaurants, bars, and local shops within walking distance. Whether you’re into street food or want to try Busan’s famous seafood, you’ll find great options nearby. If you’re into nightlife, there’s also plenty happening in the area, but thankfully, the hotel itself remains peaceful at night.
Staff & Hospitality:
Every staff member I interacted with was polite and eager to help. While not everyone was fluent in English, they made an effort to assist with directions, transportation tips, and even helping me book a cab using local apps. Their hospitality made the stay feel much warmer and more personal than I expected.
Overall Impression:
Hotel Elephant may not be a five-star hotel, but it delivers more than what you’d expect from its price point. It’s clean, cozy, and well-located—perfect for solo travelers, couples, or even friends on a budget-friendly getaway. If you’re visiting Busan and want a reliable place to stay that offers good value without compromising on comfort, this hotel is a solid pick. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Busan.

GGuest UserI stayed on the 4th floor, where the shared living room and dining area are located. The rooms are much, much smaller than in the photos, and the walls are very thin — you can easily hear the neighbors, especially from the dining area. Although there’s a rule to be quiet from 10 PM to 8 AM, it’s not respected (this is not the host’s fault).
The hostel is right in the city center, in a very lively area (bars, restaurants, karaoke, concerts, etc.), so if you’re looking for quiet, bring noise-canceling headphones, or earplugs!
Breakfast is simple: cereal, milk, and instant coffee sachets… 🫠😂 Better to go and have a real local breakfast just 2 minutes away.

我住在四樓，那裡有共用的客廳和餐廳。房間比照片上小很多很多，牆壁很薄，能輕易聽到隔壁房間的聲音，尤其是餐廳那邊。雖然有規定晚上10點到早上8點要保持安靜，但並沒有遵守（這不是房東的錯）。
旅館位於市中心，非常熱鬧（酒吧、餐廳、卡拉OK、音樂會等等），所以如果你想安靜，建議帶降噪耳機或耳塞！
早餐很簡單：麥片、牛奶和即溶咖啡包… 🫠😂 不如步行兩分鐘去吃真正的在地早餐。
洗衣機需付費，沒有烘乾機。
地方和房間非常乾淨 ✅
床很小（我身高1.70米 😅）。
位置超好，靠近地鐵、診所和購物區。👍
J’ai séjourné au 4ᵉ étage, là où se trouvent le salon et la salle à manger partagée. Les chambres sont beaucoup, beaucoup plus petites que sur les photos, et les murs sont très fins, on entend facilement les voisins, surtout depuis la salle à manger. Malgré la règle demandant le silence entre 22h et 8h, elle n’est pas respectée (ce n’est pas la faute de l’hôte).
L’hostal est situé en plein centre-ville, dans un quartier très animé (bars, restaurants, karaokés, concerts, etc.), donc si vous cherchez du calme, prévoyez des écouteurs ou un casque réduction ou des bouchons d’oreille !
Le petit déjeuner est simple : céréales, lait et café instantané en sachet…. 🫠😂 allez plutôt prendre un vrai petit dej local à deux minutes à pied.
Machine à laver payante, pas de sèche-linge.

ホステルは市の中心にあり、とても賑やかなエリアです（バー、レストラン、カラオケ、コンサートなど）。静かに過ごしたい方は、ノイズキャンセリングヘッドホンや耳栓を持って行くことをおすすめします！
朝食はシンプルで、シリアル、牛乳、インスタントコーヒーだけです… 🫠😂 2分歩けば本格的な地元の朝食を食べられるので、そちらがおすすめです。
洗濯機は有料で、乾燥機はありません。
場所も部屋もとても清潔 ✅
ベッドはとても小さいです（私は身長170cm 😅）。
地下鉄、クリニック、ショッピングに便利な立地です。👍
