However, the Hotel didn't provide me with standard sets of toothbrush, tea or coffee bags as well as drinking tea cups, that upset me as a business traveller."

"Songdo is an amazing area to stay in as it is convenient. Room had a nice view of the seafront but was smaller than expected and there were no proper bath towels (smaller face towels for showering were given) and no option to clean the room for longer stays. Shout out to the guy at the level 4 reception for being super friendly and helping us call the car rental company despite there being a language barrier. Would recommend for a clean and fuss free stay."
