"This hotel is perfectly located, just about a 5-minute walk from Haneda T3 terminal! If you're arriving by flight, you'll find it on the Arrivals (到着) level. If you're coming from the city via the Keikyu line, head to the Arrivals level first. Look for HANEDA AIRPORT GARDEN/羽田空港花园 (as shown in pictures 2-3), go inside, and just keep walking straight. There are many shops along the way, perfect for picking up souvenirs. Eventually, you'll see a Lawson convenience store, and the hotel lobby is right behind it. The distinctive decorative pillar (as shown in picture 5) is quite beautiful~ The room wasn't huge, but we only had one 30-inch suitcase for two people, and we were able to open it and place it comfortably. We chose this hotel because we had an early flight the next morning and didn't want to get up early in the city. Plus, you can enjoy the hot springs (public bath)! As someone from the south, this was my second time trying a naked hot spring experience after Yangzhou, and I even got to drink the milk that's often seen in anime after a hot spring bath – truly a dimension-breaking experience. In summary, this hotel is indeed excellent in all aspects and highly recommended for business travelers! What I especially want to share and praise is the hotel's service – it's incredibly humane and considerate! When checking in, you can use the self-service machine – it supports Chinese, just scan your passport and fill in your information. The room provides wet/dry slippers, toiletries, and even loungewear/pajamas if you plan to visit the hot springs. We had a last-minute request to add a person to our room (a friend who was with us at the hot springs couldn't get back to their accommodation in the city due to a Yamanote Line service disruption that day). The hotel doesn't seem to have triple rooms, and there was no space for an extra bed in our current room, but the front desk, even late at night, responded very promptly and responsibly to our request. Ultimately, they moved us to a slightly larger room and added a bed! While we waited, they proactively contacted us to update us on the progress and estimated waiting time – honestly, if my colleagues at work were this reliable, I'd have no worries! All in all, my stay at Villa Fontaine this time far exceeded my expectations. I'll definitely lean towards choosing this place again when I visit Japan in the future! P.S. Before booking, I saw on Xiaohongshu that this hotel has a seal-themed room, but I couldn't find it anywhere on Ctrip, or even on their official website 😢"

"As clean as it gets for a dated hotel. Truly needs refurbishment. Location is alright, shuttle bus provided for town access. Service as expected of Japanese hotel standard. Nice hotel garden with onsen. However please note, this is the first 4-star hotel that provided me with only 2 pillow for my room. Additional pillow requires charges. Though I booked for 2 adults and 2 kids."

"Shinagawa's location is absolutely fantastic, whether you're heading to the airport or downtown. As an older hotel, some of the facilities are a bit dated, but the rooms on the higher floors offer expansive views. When I booked, I requested a room with a view of Tokyo Tower 🗼, and they actually made it happen!"

"Staff at the reception (one male, Pun Sharti who we nicknamed ”Mr. Nice” has been very approachable, helpful particularly with our taxi and bus needs going to tourist spots. Also a lady staff at the reception, answers with a smile. It's important for travellers that there are hotel staff like the above -mentioned. They make the hotel stay a quite pleasant experience. It would be okay to leave some tokens to show appreciation. Hotel is clean , lobby is spacious. More than worth its price. ⭐⭐⭐⭐✨"

"Firstly, one star for its hotel location. Located strategically right beside the dome (good for concert goers) and nearby 2 different metro stations to go anywhere. Secondly, another star for its hotel environment. Clean and huge. Hotel room and its toilet considered spacious if you compare to most other hotels. They do housekeeping daily. Bed is comfortable but their pillows are terrible, we did not sleep really well for 3d2n (even after we requested for extra pillows) until we bought our cushion from disney to use. Lastly, we had a terrible experience with their hotel staff. A local 5 stars hotel with no one that can hold a basic conversation in English. On check-in, reception was unfriendly. None of the staff greeted us and no one briefed us on hotel facilities. Most of them just rely on translator to interact and not all the time translator is accurate. We were given misleading information from Day 1 until we checked out. As we were worried, we went to the concierge for 2 nights just to confirm our concerns but unfortunately, due to their lack of basic English, we were unable to get accurate information. This resulted us wasting 3-4hours at the hotel on our last day just to get our issue resolved. They even requested us to bear the charges for the decision the hotel made by themselves. But they waived it off when we made firm stance that we are not going to pay for it. TBH, i will not visit this hotel again despite its spacious and convenient location. I would rather pay more for international hotels or stay at a smaller hotel with better services."

"The hotel room was quite small, and check-in wasn't available until after 3 PM. There are a lot of foreign staff at the front desk now, and it's difficult to communicate with them in Japanese. In the past, the Japanese staff were always easy to talk to. I requested a high-floor room when I booked, but I ended up on the 10th floor. This was also the most expensive room rate I've paid in over a decade. When I entered the room, there was an unpleasant odor. It took running the air purifier all night to make it slightly better. I used to like the restaurant on the 3rd floor, but it's no longer there. I could only dine on the 25th floor. This time, there was no queue for breakfast, so the hotel's occupancy rate probably isn't very high, which makes it even more frustrating that I didn't get a high-floor room."

"Beyond being a bit of a walk from the subway, everything else was impeccable. The room was spacious, and the corner glass windows offered great views. The tower building was affordable, unlike the main building which was out of my price range. The garden was expansive, though the cherry blossoms weren't in full bloom yet, so there weren't many flowers. The lower floors are all shopping malls; you can spend a lot of time just wandering around the hotel, from the tower to the main building. It's a great way to pass the time."

The wood-grain interior and the open atrium in the lobby create a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. All rooms are equipped with individual air conditioning. Hotel offer internet-enabled television. Please note that regular digital broadcasts are not available.

"Room is good option for budget traveler. It is just one hour bus ride from the airport. 5 min walking distance to bus stop going to disneyland and Disneylandsea and from this bus stop it is only 15-20 min ride to reach to these destinations. There’s a convenience right outside the hotel, a 2 min walk to 7/11, mcdo and other restaurants. Perfect location if u want to stay closer to Disneyland and Disneylandsea but doesn’t want to spend more for accommodation. The train station is also just 3-5 min walk. The location of the hotel is highly recommended. They also clean and change sheets everyday. You can also borrow charger from them. They have heaps of selection for android and iphones."

洪洁As a Marriott titanium bonvoy member, and members of several other hotel chains, I’ve stayed in many great hotels. I can say Park Hotel Tokyo is truly one of the best, comparable to Four Seasons and Ritz Carlton! It is not about how fancy everything is, but the art museum fill, the artist rooms, the stunning view of Mount Fuji and Tokyo Tower, the friendly service, and the convenience to transportations, hprovided us a truly lasting memory!! I wish there are more hotels like this!

SSuSinWCZFirst time staying at Tokyo and not very familiar with Tokyo hotel room size. The room has a queen size bed and still has space to open luggage wide. If you booking 2 x double room, please do expect your room will be at separate floor as staff told us they only have 1 double room at each floor. Location cannot be better with 7-11 and Ichiran right beside the hotel, Mcd and many drug stores and eateries nearby within 5 mins walk. Personally I think is very suitable for family with elderly and young children. So for whoever are tired wanted to go back to hotel first, it’s very convenient.

GGuest UserThe location is fantastic, right outside Akihabara subway station, and breakfast also offers a street view. Check-in was semi-self-service, and while not many words were exchanged, the staff seemed a bit cold, and it was the same at check-out. Cleanliness is impeccable, as is typical in Japan – everything is very clean. Breakfast, as pictured, was neither good nor bad. Overall, I highly recommend it. It's great value for money, and I'd definitely consider staying here again next time I'm in Akihabara.

DDruceI stayed for five nights, and after enjoying Mount Fuji, I took a bus to Shinjuku and then walked about ten minutes to the hotel. The lobby is very spacious and grand. There's a bellboy at the entrance who speaks Chinese. The room photos are exactly like what's shown on the website, and the room itself is a bit larger than other hotels. I was very satisfied with the bathroom; it's spacious and has a bathtub for soaking. All the toiletries and amenities are well-stocked, with a complete set for each person. The gym is also excellent, with drinking water, towels, disinfectant wipes, and even energy bars – very impressive! On the second floor, there's a convenience store and many restaurants to choose from. We tried the teppanyaki wagyu and lobster combo set, and we were absolutely amazed by how delicious it was. There are also direct buses to both airports, and it's a starting station, which is super convenient. Overall, aside from the bed being a little bit firm, everything else was great. I'd definitely come back again!

GGuest UserQuite a disappointing stay. I initially thought it was a Dormy Inn because the first characters of the name were the same, and it was also a hot spring hotel, which made it very confusing. The service here was a world apart from Dormy Inn. The room was incredibly small. The breakfast in the pictures looked very rich, and I thought it would be a lavish buffet, but it turned out to be just a bento box, and they didn't even provide cutlery. The price wasn't cheap either. It really ruined my mood. The hot spring was also tiny, and they didn't even provide hair dryers in the hot spring area.

GGuest UserThe hotel has a free shuttle to Disneyland. The airport limo bus stops directly at the hotel. No house keeping. The rooms are very small. Can probably open one luggage at a time. Take note that during winter, the aircon is on heater mode. The room is very hot and stuffy. Only returned to the room at night, hence the temperature was still bearable. If during the day, I think the room will be extremely hot without the aircon.
