The hotel also offers a free, reservation-only shuttle bus directly to Tokyo Disneyland, and airport limousines to/from Haneda and Narita airports make travel hassle-free. Rooms are clean and tidy, and the renovated rooms are bright and airy. High-floor ocean view rooms offer stunning views of Tokyo Bay. The hotel thoughtfully provides baby yukata, bed rails, and children's toiletries. Microwaves in the lobby and self-service laundry machines are convenient for guests with children. "Park Hotel Tokyo truly exceeded every expectation I had — and then some. I spent 9 unforgettable nights here, and I can confidently say this is one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Without a second thought, I will be coming back on my next trip to Tokyo. From the very first moment, the level of service was exceptional. Every interaction with the staff felt warm, genuine, and thoughtful — they truly go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable and memorable. The attention to detail is simply outstanding. The views deserve a special mention. Even though my room didn’t face Tokyo Tower, the scenery was absolutely breathtaking at all times of the day — morning, afternoon, and night. I honestly found myself wanting to capture every moment on camera. And for those who dream of seeing Tokyo Tower — it is beautifully visible right from the lobby, creating a stunning and iconic atmosphere. Breakfasts were delicious and consistently satisfying. While the selection didn’t change much day to day, it didn’t matter at all — I found my perfect morning set and looked forward to it every single day. Housekeeping is incredibly flexible, which I really appreciated. You can choose a full cleaning service or opt for an eco-friendly option where towels are refreshed and water is replenished without a full clean — a great touch depending on your needs. Another very convenient feature is the laundry service. The hotel offers both professional laundry and self-service washing machines (located on 27th and 28th floors). I personally used the coin-operated machines, and everything worked perfectly — washing and drying were quick and efficient. The location is simply unbeatable. It’s incredibly well-connected — whether you prefer JR lines, metro, or other transport options, everything is easily accessible. Getting anywhere in Tokyo was smooth and stress-free. This was actually my first time in Japan, and before the trip I was worried I wouldn’t understand the transport system and would rely on taxis. In reality, I figured it out almost immediately — and thanks to the hotel’s perfect location, I didn’t take a taxi even once. One of the most unique aspects of this hotel is that it’s also an art hotel — almost like a museum. There are fascinating artworks and exhibitions throughout the floors and common areas. If you’re into art, you can even explore guided experiences. Even without that, just walking around and discovering the pieces was a beautiful experience in itself. If I could give this hotel 100 stars, I absolutely would. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay in Tokyo so special. "This hotel had everything you would expect from a standard, well-equipped hotel. First of all, the hotel allowed us to store our luggage before check-in while we went sightseeing around Kawaguchiko, and there was no extra charge for it. Secondly, the location was excellent. The hotel is very close to Asakusabashi Station — only about a 2-minute walk away. And thirdly, there is a Lawson convenience store directly connected to the hotel, so you can access it straight from the first floor of the building. We were very impressed with this place. If we have the chance to visit Tokyo again, we would definitely stay here again 🙏."

"The hotel is at great location (right across the road from the Shinagawa train station) but upon check in. They were so disappointing. First I waited in the self check in for 15 mins but were then told i can’t check in for two rooms there. Then I waited 20 mins in the manual check in queue and then all of the sudden. All receptionists left the reception desk. Waited another 15 mins and 2 complains later. The reception ladies came back out. And then there was the breakfast queues. Every morning we had to wait 20 mins to get into breakfast however this was not their fault, there were so many guests and they did try by opening the second floor and directed people to another location. The breakfast options were increditable. The amenities were great but they were all additional costs. The swimming pool was extra £25 per person to use. And when I looked down from my room. It was empty 😅。 The left luggage queue was also another 30 mins. So in total I wasted a day queueing. But the facilities and location was amazing."

"We only stayed one night in this hotel but it really wowed us. Space is big enough for our family. I loved the tatami beds. Very safe for a baby. We loved the free beer. The staff even brought our luggage to our floor, outside the room. A first for this 11 day-trip to Japan. The room had a nice view of the Tokyo Tower. They have smart TV that has netflix, disney plus, etc. Location is in quiet neighborhood, very close to food stalls, shopping mall and Don Quijote. We were not able to explore the rest of Asakusa as we were headed home the next day but I saw the Asahi bldg on the way to the airport. Which means the Sensoji Temple must be nearby, too. The breakfast is also good, cant complain about Japanese breakfast. Overall, we loved our stay. We will book this again when we come back."

"I used this hotel for my pre-trip stay. It was super convenient, being just a 30-minute bus ride from Haneda Airport, and I could get to Tokyo Station in about 20 minutes by metro. The room was spacious enough for one person, and I was happy that the drink bar at the front desk was free to use."

"The room was a bit small, but the price was great, and it was generally quite clean. Plus, it was super convenient for visiting Senso-ji Temple and Kaminarimon. There wasn't daily room cleaning, but we could easily go down to reception to swap out our towels every day, which we found quite convenient during our three-day stay. Location is super convenient — just a short walk to Higashiginza Station and easy access to Ginza and Tsukiji. Getting around Tokyo from here was really straightforward. Room is small (as expected in Tokyo), but clean and well-organised. Everything you need is there, and the bed was comfortable enough after a long day out. Didn’t have any issues with noise either. Service was smooth and efficient — nothing fancy, but no complaints at all. There’s a convenience store nearby and quite a few food options around, so it’s very easy to grab something anytime. Only thing is the room can feel a bit tight if you’ve got big luggage, but that’s pretty normal for Tokyo hotels. Overall, I’d stay here again — good value, great location, and hassle-free 👍"
