"This hotel offers incredible value for money! For just 260, it had everything I needed. I was only staying in Tokyo for one night before heading to Disneyland the next day. I arrived at Narita T1 in the evening and followed the signs to take the shuttle bus, which got me to the hotel very quickly. Self-check-in was a breeze. The room was standard and there was no noise at night. You can scan the QR code in image 3 to learn more about the hotel. The best part? For 260, you also get a self-service breakfast, and it was all delicious! Talk about great value! There's a 24-hour Lawson convenience store right downstairs. The next morning, I took the bus back to the terminal and then caught the direct Disneyland bus from there (you can store your luggage at the terminal first). This route was super easy and convenient! Seriously, fantastic value for money!"

"This was my first time flying Japan Airlines. We arrived at Haneda late on the first night and had an early flight to Osaka the next morning, so we chose the Villa Fontaine at T3. It was an excellent experience! Although the room was small, it had all the facilities we needed, and we even got complimentary tickets to the Sky Spa on the 12th floor, which was amazing! (Kids must be at least 4 years old to enter the spa.) The hotel is just a 10-minute walk from T3, so we didn't have to rush for check-in and baggage drop the next morning. Maybe it's because we had a stroller, but the airport staff said we only needed to check in 20 minutes before departure, so next time we won't be so stressed. Overall, I highly recommend staying at Villa Fontaine if you have an early morning connecting flight. There's even less need to rush for domestic flights in Japan. Thumbs up!!!"

"Excellent hotel! It's right across the road from Shinagawa Station (Takanawa Exit). You can take the Keikyu Line directly to Haneda Airport, which is super convenient! Plus, it's a hub for multiple train lines, so you can easily take the subway to all the popular attractions. Highly recommended! There's a 7-Eleven convenience store on the 2nd floor of the Annex Tower, remember, it's the 2nd floor, not the 1st! All in all, I definitely recommend this hotel!"

"The hotel location is excellent, near Kyoto Hall, with many restaurants and supermarkets downstairs. The environment is comfortable, and facilities are comprehensive. I arrived around 8 PM that night and spent a while looking for the front desk, only to find it on the third floor. They offer both assisted and self-service check-in. The self-service machine has a Chinese option and requires a card payment for tax, then it automatically dispenses the room key card, which is very convenient. Check-out is at 11 AM; you just drop the key card into a large box in the morning. The hotel lobby provides complimentary items like face masks, cosmetics, and toothbrushes for guests. They also offer services such as a microwave, laundry room, and luggage storage. There's an airport shuttle bus downstairs, but you need to buy tickets in advance. WeChat Pay and Alipay are not supported; only cash or credit/debit cards are accepted.
The hotel's downsides are that the room is too small, making it a bit inconvenient to fully open a large suitcase. It can also get quite lively with many guests. It's not particularly close to the subway, and a bit of a distance from Shinjuku Station."

"Beyond being a bit of a walk from the subway, everything else was impeccable. The room was spacious, and the corner glass windows offered great views. The tower building was affordable, unlike the main building which was out of my price range. The garden was expansive, though the cherry blossoms weren't in full bloom yet, so there weren't many flowers. The lower floors are all shopping malls; you can spend a lot of time just wandering around the hotel, from the tower to the main building. It's a great way to pass the time."

"I booked this hotel, simply because my flight from Narita is quite early in the morning, and I didn't want to get up early to travel 90 minutes to catch my flight. Although, the facilities were basic, they were well-built and sufficient. I had a lovely time there. The check-in and check-out processes were also very simple and lightning fast - perfect for an airport hotel where every minute matters. The hotel kindly provided shuttle buses between the hotel and all three terminals, which I find extra helpful.

洪洪洁As a Marriott titanium bonvoy member, and members of several other hotel chains, I’ve stayed in many great hotels. I can say Park Hotel Tokyo is truly one of the best, comparable to Four Seasons and Ritz Carlton! It is not about how fancy everything is, but the art museum fill, the artist rooms, the stunning view of Mount Fuji and Tokyo Tower, the friendly service, and the convenience to transportations, hprovided us a truly lasting memory!! I wish there are more hotels like this!

SSuSinWCZFirst time staying at Tokyo and not very familiar with Tokyo hotel room size. The room has a queen size bed and still has space to open luggage wide. If you booking 2 x double room, please do expect your room will be at separate floor as staff told us they only have 1 double room at each floor.
Location cannot be better with 7-11 and Ichiran right beside the hotel, Mcd and many drug stores and eateries nearby within 5 mins walk.
Personally I think is very suitable for family with elderly and young children. So for whoever are tired wanted to go back to hotel first, it’s very convenient.

Check-in was semi-self-service, and while not many words were exchanged, the staff seemed a bit cold, and it was the same at check-out.
Cleanliness is impeccable, as is typical in Japan – everything is very clean. Breakfast, as pictured, was neither good nor bad.
Overall, I highly recommend it. It's great value for money, and I'd definitely consider staying here again next time I'm in Akihabara.

GGuest UserReally enjoy my stay here, the location is unbeatable since it's walking distance to many metro lines, the staffs are very friendly and accommodating, the onsen is also very clean, the juice bar in the morning and bar in the evening were also great touches. There is only one elevator but I didn't find it to be a deal breaker, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

AAnonymous UserEvery time I visit Tokyo, I stay at this hotel, and the service is consistently great. My only recurring comment, which I've made before, is about the breakfast. It hasn't changed in years, not even the layout. I really hope the hotel can improve this and start offering eggs, whether boiled or fried.
