"As a transit hotel, Beijing Yuanhang International Hotel (Capital Airport New China International Exhibition Center branch) far exceeded our expectations in every way, and we had a fantastic stay. We were transiting from Yining through Beijing Capital International Airport and heading back to Taipei, China. We arrived at 2:30 AM and called the hotel; shortly after, the free shuttle arrived at Exit 5 of Terminal 3. The driver was steady behind the wheel and very polite. The check-in experience was wonderful. Noticing that we had mobility issues, the front desk staff proactively upgraded our room and arranged one close to the elevator. The actual room looked just like the photos on Trip.com—no filters or exaggeration. Although the room was near the elevator, we barely heard any noise from other guests or the elevator itself. It was very quiet, and we slept soundly. Several other thoughtful details left a deep impression on us: during check-in, the front desk proactively helped us schedule our airport drop-off time. If not for her reminder, we almost would have forgotten. Afterwards, a staff member proactively helped carry our carry-on luggage and escorted us to the room. Honestly, you rarely encounter such attentive service even at hotels three times the price. Forty minutes before our departure, the hotel even called to remind us, just in case we overslept—another major plus. At check-out, we received a small gift of steam eye masks. The shuttle ride back to the airport was smooth from start to finish, and the staff helped load our luggage. As we were leaving, two staff members stood like airport ground crew, waving goodbye as our shuttle drove away. For an expensive city like Beijing, getting this level of top-notch service at such a price point is incredible value for money. If we transit through Capital Airport again next time, we won't hesitate to choose Beijing Yuanhang International Hotel (Capital Airport New China International Exhibition Center branch) once more."

"Apart from the renovation which we were told beforehand, the room we had was dark (probably because it was a windowless room), humid, aircon wasn’t strong but they provided a fan. Could smell urine even with the toilet seat covered, toilet door was closed, to a point that i was awaken by the foul smell. Had to spray perfume to have it barely covered. Ventilation was super bad. Cons aside, service was good, fridge in room had free drinks. Would recommend to book a window room if you had to even though friend that stayed in the window room said it was bad too. There’s a mall few minutes walk away which was a plus. Good view on the reception floor too."

"The room was very spacious, which was great for traveling with kids – they could easily jump rope inside. The service was excellent. They gave my child a small national flag, which was a lifesaver. The room was quiet, and I slept really well at night. I booked a vintage double room, which had an antique charm and a great sense of history. It’s just over 1 km walk to Tiananmen Square and super convenient to various subway stations like lines 7 and 8. The only downside: the shower was in a bathtub, and I don't really like showering in bathtubs. Having to stand in the tub to shower wasn't ideal for me."

"I came to Beijing for a concert and always wanted to stay at an Qiuguo hotel. Luckily, there was a new branch opening right near the concert venue. The newly opened hotel has excellent and complete facilities, it's very clean and hygienic. The front desk service was particularly good. I'll definitely stay here again next time."

"The hotel is located right on Chang'an Avenue, and to the south is the former Beijing Railway Station, which is where I used to arrive by train when I visited Beijing as a child. During the National Day holiday, I stayed with my child in the Gu Du Chang Xi room type, specifically looking for a hotel with convenient transportation for a relaxing trip with the little one. Initially, I thought the entire hotel would have the standard, somewhat traditional decor of an old-school five-star hotel. However, I discovered there were newly renovated room types with full smart home control, so I decisively switched to one of those and was not disappointed. The smart devices made our stay quite hassle-free, and the frosted glass is electrically controlled, which was new and interesting to me. The room was on the 21st floor. I asked the staff, and they mentioned that floors 20-22, as well as 13-15, are also relatively new. Our west-facing room offered a direct view of the Forbidden City as soon as the curtains were drawn. On clear days without smog, we could even see the western mountains. My daughter was so captivated by the window view that she insisted we extend our stay by two more days, so we ended up staying for a total of four days. I must also highly praise the hotel's service. From the moment we got out of the car, the concierge was very enthusiastic, helping with our luggage and introducing the lobby's facilities, including where to put food deliveries. Since we tend to sleep in late, we always requested a later cleaning time. My daughter strongly urged me to give a big shout-out to housekeeping staff member 021, whom we encountered frequently. They always greeted us with a smile, and their response to our requests was very prompt. Another housekeeping staff member, 011, also provided excellent service. The revolving restaurant on the 28th floor offers fantastic views. A friend visited, and we had afternoon tea there; you can practically see a panoramic view of Beijing, which was wonderful. I will definitely stay here again next time."
